How do you know he didn't sell them in that big rundown? Do they have to announce such things? There were lots of sells the last couple days. Just curious.

Hi all, just wanted to chime in on this stock... I think this stock has a really good chance. I just don't think there's any way I couldn't think that. Ever since Netflix came out, I've been saying I wanted a service that had video games, too. I'm a gameznflix subscriber now, I love it! (although their website is lame, but I hear they're fashioning a new one.) They're hooked up with CC, and I think that makes them a long-term player. Ta da.
So I'm holding and buying low when possible. And playing Soul Calibur III

I've not posted on this one before, but I know my opinion hasn't changed. I'm a video game junkie, and I think the company's got a great chance. Admittedly, I don't know whether the stock itself has a great chance despite the company's chances, but I'm laying down some cash on it.

I know just for giggles I was going to take some of the positive posts and then right next to it put the negative posts from the same people and paste the price right next to it just to show how much the attitude changes with the ups and downs..lol But it would take to much time and I really dont care that much anyway... Im a core holder and believer in the stock and company, so thats all that matters.

me too i have just been accumulating since I made the mistake of buying many shares when it peaked over .02, I have my average down to .015 but I am still a long way from being positive on this one and I dont plan on getting out until I am positive so we shall see.

But, keep in mind that as the pps drops the volume becomes less impressive.

I was reading in an earlier post that this stock was at .10 this past summer. Why did it fall so much...is there more O/S now then there was in the summer?

Might be a good time to get in before the 10QSB/A comes out... I've decided against buying in for now. The negative possabilities outnumber the posative ones by too much... If it is revealed that they have diluted even more when the Quarterly comes out, I will never buy into this again.

I really hope this company does well and I may in fact buy back in at some point in the future. But I really don't see any news, other than "CC NEWS", making any impact on the PPS. As I stated earlier, it is a shame that investors are only looking at the CC deal and not the growth potential of this company.

Killa, the next 10Q will be in April, right? I think the CC rollout news will be the best time to get back in. I'm going to watch it for now.

What's everyone's reaction to today's action? We did go down but it did regain some by the end of the day so we are not that far off from a penny.

Usually when insiders sell they can only do so once they have filed with the SEC. The SEC then will then post it in forms like S8=Dilution and Form 4 and 5 Which I believe is for insider trading. Unless its a pinky pretty much everthing the company does with the share structure has to be filed. It protects us from dilution and things like that.

Even if it does don't expect it to move up to much. On the daytrading sites aroundd the net alot of people loaded up and are looking to sell on news or filing. Buy on rumor and sell on news. Thats what they say.

When you think about it thats the only news that would really move this stock. This stock has a large o/s and unlike other stocks a filing won't be enough to get enough people to want to get into this.

Ok...so are you saying on the OTC that companies have to file an S8 (dilution) form before they dilute the stock? That is good news if it's true. And i do think that a filing could move this stock. Sure alot of people are waiting for the CC deal to make money and get in, but what about a filing like the 10K/QSB imagine if it showed a company that has never been profitable, come into profitability. I think that would turn a few heads.

Who knows what's going to happen. I'm betting it will go lower rather than going higher. All the "Longs" who said they'd scoop up all the shares sold around a penny didn't buy enough. They're going to run out of money and others are going to keep selling.
I think we need news to get this to close above a penny again.
Remember, the last support level is now a resistance level.
I think the best news we can hope for is a PR stating they are break even or profitable.
That may move it up a lot.

I am one of the ones that bought a fair amount at a penny! Wether it seems right or not, this is still a penny, and it swings wildly on rumors and news. I don't know what news it will take to move it, but I do believe it will flounder and slowly trickle downward until at least some type of news or change comes through. I do believe that it will come back above .02, but I doubt it will happen in the short run.
The only long term concern at this point is if GGI decides to convert their debuntures into stock while we are under a penny it could have a fair sized dilutive effect. You never know though, they have to convert them for it to happen, it isn't automatic.

First, we should get the 10QSB/A by the end of next week. Actually we have to get it by the end of next week or they will have to file for an extention.
And about the dilution which I commented on earlier: I just checked, if they did more diluting they would have to post that in an 8K immediately upon doing so, so it looks like they have not done any diluting.
Lets hope for a good 10QSB/A, if it is good this guy could easily make a run to the $.0170's again. If it is bad, who knows how low it could go, I would guess into the $.0070's.

It must hold .0075 tomorrow. I am now in the wait and watch mode. If news does come and it makes a run. I have time to get back in I feel. If it hits .0075 tomorrow. I might not be able to get out with my shirt still on my back. IMO

Thank you KillaMetz for the research on the dilution forms. So we can safely say (not for certain tho) that there has been no dilution and we remain at 1.2 billion shares?
and
someone posted earlier that an extension for the 10K/QSB was already filed.
