that broke after hours 4:40 p.m. and now it explains why both stocks have tanked imo. I dont think its bad b/c they are in business with revs, answering questions to investors. They spent a lot of money on these facilities, I didnt think it would be overnight success.
well, theres some info on tioga and vernon downs, they are dedicated to make it work it sounds like, the same day, half hour earlier, they hired an expert for the legal team, so looks like next step is to get rid of insane tax, lol. then they got downgraded my a major firm wednesday, lol.. market reaction ???

I still think this clarifies that they are in business and determined to make it work, investors really like to see company making the effort and telling investors they are for real. I regret not buying UWN at 2.90 now.. lol

Cactus...IMO this is winding up to explode big time. Look at accumulation and positive CMF for the past months. Now MACD has crossed and is staying this way, but its getting closer and closer to a centerline pop.
Now my favorite, which I havent brought up before is look at the ADX line it keeps decreasing and is now under 20. That tells you this down trend is very very weak, and it can turn around very quickly.
Looking for a penny plus when this starts moving.

I am liking ultimate oscillator lately and noticed when CMF dips to -.052 its due.. same when MACD starts to dip -20 below on PPO.. and like always.. like that article I posted .. MACD cross rules on the trend.. that is the best, as shorters get wayyy nervous then, lol

so can we expect news now from TPWR, I am guessing they were forced to wait until this news today. its good news really imo, they werent gonna come out flying roses, they are gonna milk it for all they can to get tax break. like any vice its gonna be taxed hard like liquor and smokes. but, there is other facility getting tax free, wtf.. that will change.. at least they are hiring lawyers already.. gotta love this companies response today after and before hours.. they actually care.. and i was asking why CFO filed form 4 today to buy, lol.. pretty obvious huh?

Loaded up a bit more at .0045.. I wished it could have gone lower... it probably will now that I have bought in... but I agree that this is ready to run and I don't want to miss it and that it is way undervalued! Once we hear from this new CEO and faith is restored in the company again it should be trading where it was in October.

It looks like the sells are much smaller than the buys. IMO people are either loading up or getting small amounts out to invest in something else.

This will see a penny again. Most people probably don't know that it used to trade between .01 and .04 three months ago and the only reason for the dive was the CEO resignation. Now, of course, that is a big deal, but from what I have read I don't believe it was due to an unhappy partnership or business issues. JMHO

well, he wasnt the ceo, i dont think he was.. just cfo and chairman. but a major part of the company, my guess is that he dumped massive shares when he left, looks like he did it before the new year. MM's are desperately trying to get cheap shares right now, or trying to hold this down still. its wound on the weekly, if it doesnt cross nice, im gonna be sick. lol

eh... we aren't to far from the bottom here.. and it seems they are holding .004 pretty strong. I really don't expect to take a loss on this. I would be shocked. But then again, I don't mind the wait for a good win.

IMO, this is definitely the time to get in. Almost every indicator chart is screaming that this is about to break into an uptrend.
1. MACD is about to cross over the centerline 2. Accumulation/Distribution has been creating a positive divergence over the last 5 months 3. Momentum has been building since the massive dip in October. 4. The Bollinger Bands are closing indicating a strong break is approaching. Since the price has remained above the middle band the indication is UP! 5. MFI indicates that the stock is in the middle of the road
See for yourself! This is a chart players dream.
I'm very optimistic that this is going to break back into pennyland (.01-.04) within the next few weeks/months. JMHO

I Noticed the WEEKLY indicator is "just at" the positive cross-over point which will signal a new uptrend. Also Noticed the CMF (Money Flow) and that it is very positve. Noticed in the Daily chart the positive cross-over of the indicator, the growing momentum bars and that the indicator is heading for the "zero neutral line" where breakouts happen (for whatever reason).

[based on it's angle, momentum bars, Aroon and Accumulation indicators].
We have formed what I call a "Glass Ceiling" at .0045 [PBLS just had one of these and broke through.
--a "Glass Ceiling" with strong indicators makes a perect buy in point IMO. A ceiling with WEAK indicators does NOT.
This stock has alot going for it, very strong IMO and with each bottom being higher now all the signals are there for a breakout IMO and a new uptrend.
