Concurrent with the completion of the transaction, Nevada Gold will also enter into a management agreement that will provide for the management of the VLT facilities at both Tioga Downs and Vernon Downs. Tioga Downs will oversee the management of the racing operations at both racetracks and will work with Nevada Gold to ensure the proper coordination of the facilities racing and gaming operations.

O/S is barely managable, but not to a billion, yet. Actually missed bottom today at .0068. You're welcome to it, I won't play it unless I can buy it .007 or less. I'll put it on watch, but it might get away before it weakens to the 52 week low again. It will catch first resistance at .011, and I would be out at .013, maybe .014.

On 10/20/06 the day they reported the current O/S TPWR was trading at .012 and did for 5 days after that, before starting its decline to .005 today. Not much has changed for them since then, except a bonehead officer resigned, "announced that John G. Simmonds voluntarily resigned as Chairman of the Board and Director. Mr. Simmonds has served in this capacity since 1998. Mr. Simmonds also resigned as interim Chief Financial Officer." Oh yea, and the chart changed, of course :
Put my order in at .0051 prior to open, tried all day between .0051 to .0056, and wasn't able to fill, finally sucumbed to Ask at .006.

Just started reading a book on candlesticks...
Starting with yesterday and today's candlestick, it appears that a "Bullish Matching Low Pattern" is forming. Gotta like that. Today's stick was a Black Marobozu or some crap like that. Sign of indecision. If you saw L2's today you'd think "No duh".
MM's were putting up a nearly invincible wall at .005. I know a couple people got in at .0051. I jumped the gun early, tempted by that RSI of 23 at .0062, but got a little more at .0052 (lucky me- didn't even realize until EOD).
Low RSI, beginning of a reversing trend. Looking good... I agree with will. o/s makes it a difficult play to predict, but should go from here.

st22, I clearly state the O/S, and make a point of saying I don't like it being so bloated. Mentioned it a couple of times. Gives me heartburn too. What the heck, we see stocks with Billions O/S run from time to time. Why can't TPWR run for a double with 744,268,540 O/S ? I think the key here is to not get greedy, and carried away with anyone's hype if / when it does start moving.
If you have guidelines, rules, discipline, that say not to buy a stock with an O/S greater than X, don't violate it. There will be more that suit your liking.

I talk about this indicator quite a bit...notice the uptrend of the A/D line on TPWR...
Now take a look at this tutorial...notice how similar TPWR's A/D line is to stockcharts.com's examples of WMT and AA (halfway down the page, look at the heading "Accumulation and Distribution Line Signals")...
now, I am not saying the TPWR is of the caliber of Wal-Mart or Alcoa, nor do I care, however, I do see striking similarities in that A/D uptrend. Something I haven't seen with a stock down here...
Notice the big breakouts in those stocks after the A/D line was in a long term uptrend. Despite being down at some times, the A/D line kept chugging upward. Eventually the market corrected and it pushed the PPS higher.
TPWR seems to be in a long term A/D uptrend, too; despite it going lower. That's interesting to me...will the market correct itself positively here too?
but, that o/s is pretty big, so it might not go huge. But, they aren't diluting anymore, at least not right now...
Something tells me that .019 is not out of the question. It was just there a couple of months ago, with the same bloated o/s, I might add...
That's just the A/D line, there are other things that make this nice as well...

Kind of reminds of AXGI, now AXGJ, late last Nov & Dec. There was a R/S so the prices were adjusted to reflect that. It began it's signaling at .005, and they took it down to .001, before letting it go to .095. This thing is wound tighter than an eight day clock. Don't get discoraged no matter how far down they take it. It will only get better. You either believe or you sell. I believe.

I tried to buy eod for last half hour, mm's would'nt fill me. looks like they got slammed. and were running low... It would of been nice to get those .0051 shares..
UBSS threw 5k shares out per minute, and only once per minute, for the last 20 minutes of the day, then filled some larger orders...

chances are it will swing back with news on a replacement for the guy that resigned. investors always freak on news like that. so many advisors say to sell immediately in that situation. i looked at the latest filing and it looked to me like the resignation was on friendly terms, no disagreement, but i dont know the details of this asset sale agreement.
honestly, i dont think it matters. This looks to me like a case of overdone panic selling and, like you said before skip, mm's putting the fear of death into holders, and shaking, accumulating. the thing that may trigger it w/o news are chart traders looking for a great deal, for at least a 20% plus gain. seems like mm's are nervous about taking it below .005, as people are willing to take a chance at that level. this is one to be patient on imo.

I don't know if everyone was around late last year, (Dec 05, to Feb 06) when JimSC and I posted stocks on a UHV thread. Search for threads here with UHV in them that include will & JimSc names. We had what might be called moderate to above average reulsts with our picks. I don't mention this to bragg, or regurgitate history or be evasive, but this particular stock takes my thoughts back to that time. Some popped right now, the very next day, some were what one might say intermediately timed, others were tooth pullers. You just never know. I can only tell you when a stock "fits" my model. Have I've been wromg? Yes. CEO's secretly dilute, stocks lose the "E" amd go to the pinks, but rarely do the numbers lie, sooner or later most have gains, some moderate, some good and a few GREAT, but rarely do they tank. I understand everyone's anxiousness and unwillingness to believe. It took me a long time to to have confidence in what I do, and a longer time to trust my judgement. If this fails to be a winner it will because of an outside unforseen instance, CEO secretly diluting, a surprise delisting, something the numbers and filings would not indicate or account for. I have no idea when or how much stocks will go, I can only tell you when I think they are ready or are a good candidate to run, or bounce. I am not in the habit of pumping, or trying to convince anyone of anything. My record stands and speaks for itself. If you think I am fair and have credibility, thank you, if you think I'm a jackass and don't know what I'm talking about, that's ok too. With all that bullsh!t said, I can only tell you, it has been my expereince the longer they take to move and defy logic, the better it is going to be. I do not look at TPWR as a losing pos that isn't doing anything, on the contrary, it is winding up. This is only my opinion, but I think every day it lingers and stays in the doldrums when every thing says it should move just makes it better. just doing some DD on this, we should be getting some good news, major facility just got going, looks like to rave reviews.

Sturges jokingly said he was going to follow his father's advice. Those waiting down the line became impatient to get inside and could be heard yelling "hurry up; it's cold out here!" From the entrance to the gaming center, the end of the line could not be seen. It extended past the entrance to the race track, all the way to the water tower and beyond.
Vernon Downs employees passed out coffee and mascot Tookey entertained the waiting guests. Gerry Juliano of Frankfort and her friends arrived at about 9 a.m. But Turning Stone does not want to look at it like that.

I was thinking that this was winding up too, and that some stocks in this situation bust the next day, and some are teeth pullers. that way mm's always have the investor confused and there is never a sure thing.

I don't much but I do know that whenever playing a bottom play, patience is the key. I've been successful with a few of these and lost whenever I decided it was going nowhere. Almost everytime I decided it was taking to long or I had time to get out and get back in, the stock ran and I missed out on some very nice profits.
I think I'll hold on and maybe even add a little on the dips. As Will stated something are out of our control like a company diluting. Those are unforeseen circumstances. Yet once the dilution is over they do run. There are too many examples of this happening.

unless I am missing a vernon downs gaming facility open pr, vernon downs is rolling along with tioga downs, just did some fresh DD and gaming facility is now open at vernon downs. I had a AON order in for ask all day, i upped it up to .0054 and mm's still didnt fill it. and it wasnt for a lot of money, but a decent buy, it should of been filled imo if the shares were there. makes me think that wall to .006 is BS and hallow, and the .006 wall is paper thin and will fall faster than the .005 wall when the time is right.

looks to me today was a mm head fake, charts say that this has got to give, weekly is so oversold its silly, its a matter of time imo. you can see the levels this used to trade at, now tioga downs and vernon downs are running, with gaming facilities going in each. looking very good for the setup to over .01 if you want to hang on for the ride..charts tell the story.. could easily run to .03 imo
more selling at the bid, pretty slow day. maybe news will come monday..

i was bored, looking for reviews of tioga or vernon downs. looks like this random guy brought a date there and had fun, gotta like how he said the gaming room floor was packed. Im looking to hear about strong revs with these places up and running.
Andrei strikes a pose in the lobby at Tioga Downs. The horses may not be racing at this time of year, but the video gaming consoles sure were packed.
next most likely pr maybe..? vernon downs just opened their gaming facility too, havent pr'ed it yet though. this guy that resigned recently may be the culprit that is selling at the bid to these levels. hopefully he's done soon.

the writing is on the wall with this one, always hard to predict any penny, but from these levels, and what they have going for them, i like my chances a lot. a situation where all the bad news could be over and now it is time for a lot of good news as i have seen this partnership with nevada gold as extremly succesful, it just hasnt been exposed to the public yet. a classic case of get in before news here maybe. I have no crystal ball and I love to speculate. but this looks like good oppty. too much selling with this one,looks exhausted. time to see some buying for a change..
looks like this simmonds guy, the chairman that resigned, could of been bad apple, recently thrown out. I think people are trading like bad apple spoiled the whole basket. not sure if that is the case.

I just don't get this one being this low, but like you say it is a penny. I thought instead of feeding the video poker machines which i do a little of, i thought i would try the other side. I sure have not seen any of these casino's down my way go under, all i see is that they continue to expand, lots of money to pay for their expansions from the gambling. The race track part of it also brings in more people and cash, but the small racetracks and some of the larger one's have trouble surviving by themselves these days without other types of gambling. Most of the tracks down here have tried to get video gambling in many times and have been pretty much unsuccessful except for Hollywood Park, they have some card games but not allowed the video gaming which seems to be where the big money is. Cannot figure how this track got their video gaming in when other big tracks in New York were turned down. Guess we will see where this one goes, i hope i can find more out about why it is so low, or it could just be that there is some games being played with the stock hard to know.

Also, I called and had a very good conversation with Carrie Weiler, VP of TrackPower. Learned that the management team is just as surprised at the drop in the PPS and can only attribute it to the resignation John G. Simmonds, former Chairman of the Board. Guess he had quite a shareholder following.
Folks, the funny thing is, I learned that since opening, Vernon Downs has been packed regularly. In fact I was told they recently had to actually call in the PD for crowd control. To think that the 52 Wk. high was .049, before they were making a dime and only had expenses to look forward to. Now, they're up and running. The place is jam packed and they've got to be rolling in the $$$ and yet the PPS is in the dumps. Great opportunity here. Oh, also, got a confirmation that the A/S has not changed. great dd, i will confirm with what you are saying because i talked to carrie too, you can find her number easily on the website, although it lists her as corporate secretary. but site needs to be updated. Yes, as i said before, the dd i see is excellent here, they are rolling right now, but public doesnt know. simmonds had a repuatation as really caring about the company. but that doesnt mean current mngmt wont take helm. I talked to nevada gold IR too, and he confirmed team up with TPWR.. mm's have been accumulating this big time, today eod was a shake imo and to tear down resistance to .01..
look at the magic of mm's.. brought that .007 wall of bricks and turned it into a flimsy wall under .005, lol

mm's accumulating with us, lol they have been shaking this all last week pretty hard, painted this all over the place on low selling friday. I dont think there are that many shares at .005, false wall. But, it looks like they issued a lot of shares to pay for tioga and vernon downs, they raised like 6 million $ I think a lot of those shares have been absorbed into the market though. and now both facilities open.
Accum line is one of the weakest indicators, to me at least. Look at BKMP.. accum line just went up and up, same with QBID i think as it tanked.
I like that we have MACD cross positive, it would be nice to cross and boom to .01.. nice pr would help it thats for sure, but even w/o news I think this will run. we'll see if it finally breaks the trend on charts at this low.
bid coming back on no selling at all. it would be nice to see that 5 wall pull back.

i agree, volume has dried up, weekly is so oversold its silly, i'll wait it out. they arent doing a good job at all telling the public whats going on, havent updated web site. I wish carrie would snap out of it and get the ball rolling, lol. right now no one knows what they are up to and its flying under the radar. .004 shares seem dirt cheap, but havent seen selling in that area really.. yet..

In the past i would of given up on stock like this at a loss, only to see a couple weeks after i gave in, it runs 100%, lol usually if your patient at these levels it comes around. ask is thinnng more and more. as people succumb to frustration. i'll hold and take the risk.

weekly sharpchart shows RSI rising , macd about to converge at a 52 week low. that looks promising since it has trended excellent from this in the past, last time it ran from .015 to .04.. im looking for 200 and 50 mda avg to converge above .009 on weekly, sometimes bottoms are hard to predict. we shall see, got more today at the bid..

Okay did some dd and made a ton of calls! I got in touch with Tioga Downs and the way they talked was that they are busy every night there and that people are really hitting up the gaming facilities. Waiting to hear from management of TPWR on getting a PR on updating the public on how things are going. As stated in an earlier post by someone else this was worth more when they were making nothing now that they are bringing in money the is no reason for the drop in PPS. Waiting this out should pay off!!!!!

Correct me if I am wrong but I believe that the financials for November will look real good because of this. Here is my reasoning first the 1 million being used to pay off debt will lower our liabilities. Can someone explain this to me. I don't see any dilutive filings from the company, so legally I don't think they can dilute since they are a reporting company.
Second, how in the world has the accumulation/distr line keep increasing higher, RSI oversold, and CMF positive for so long and this keeps going lower!

Well we have been waiting along time for this one... Our wait might be getting close to the end Volume has picked up the last month or so...The candle today is indecisive but a lot of green volume today. RSI is about 27, CCI starting to turn back up and stochs are starting to swing north
TPWR has all wondering when and only time will tell but here is something to look at click on link below and look under bullish signals, look at the Alcoa chart they have...their pps is going down, Now look at the ACCum/Dist line from Aug to Nov its rising and rising above the 20 day MA line
Now look at TPWR pps going down but the ACCU/Dist line continues up the same way rising above that 20 MA line, it is just a matter of when... patience is the key, so a wise one keeps telling me

Okay...look at the 4 month chart of this on stockcharts, and look at the accumulation line...it just keeps going up and up

Look at it move from 30 to 40 after it finally broke resistance. Point is people have been accumulating this like crazy with a positive CMF and its bound to have a HUGE breakout sometime soon in my opinion.

I agree that this is the time to get on board... I'm hoping to have some freed up money to load up before the New Year. This was at .04 last January and since this should be trading in the penny range in the first place I have pretty high hopes. Was anyone around when they punished what used to be AXGI early this year, and took it down to .001, before running it to .095 ?
If you were, then you know too well it can and does happen. If you weren't, then this could hopefully be your first experience of witnessing something that will make you smile, and just shake your head in amazement.
You can feel all those negative emotions, and have those negative thoughts, or you can choose to BELIEVE. I liked this at .007, and loved it at .006, thought, wow! they're really winding it up at .005. At .004 I was sure they'd let it go, in the .003's it does seem discouraging. It is hard to have faith, but I have learned from selling early and not BELIEVING that the more aggressive the take down, the longer the wait, the bigger the reward. If they decide to take it down more, you can bet your hat, ass, and gloves, I will add to my position.
There is nothing, absolutely no reason why this should not have went up from .005, not alone go down another 30%. I will take the shares I own to hell with me before I sell for a loss or a modest profit. I have waited too long for that.

Remember one thing - MM's can short pennies and you can't. That said, they are making money while they drag this down. At some point they will have to cover their short positions and the pps will likely spike. Just when is anyone's guess. It's a test of nerves. I'm not in this yet but waiting for a bottom.

I do not advocate taking every play to hell with you. There is a time and circumstances when it is prudent to be a man, take your losses, admit poor judgement, and move on. It is only my opinion that TPWR is still very much "in play".
My post was not intended to encourage or discourage anyone, it only related past situation I have observed. If the company, stock, and techinicals look like dilution, a possibilty of delisting or any other castostrophic or obvious negative, I would have packed it in and sold. I believe that is not the case with TPWR. Although I am not very knowledgable regarding TA I see enough people who are skillful at analyzing charts saying that the stock's behavior is contrary to the technicals. When that ocurrs it leads me to believe that the price is artificial and is being manipulated for a reason. True, the company, (as I mentioned in my intitial post about TPWR being ready), is carrying a larger than desirable O/S, (750M+), I still think it is ripe.

heres my 2 cents.. what right 42day said is coming thru on the charts, you can see from last weeks action, huge positive divergence. and friday even reinforced the indicator again. Now look at the weekly gallery chart and we are finally seeing that MACD cross on rising RSI and.. Look at the past on the weekly when charts were half as wound as this on a MACD cross.
Dec, may, March, oct 2005, aug 2005, may 2005.. It broke this trend in a big way when simmonds resigned and sold off his interest to get out and cancel debt, I am guessing he was the one selling before the end of year.
now we have current ceo who has been quiet since, I would be nervous if i didnt see all the pr's in the past with current ceo's name on it and a shareholder letter from him last year saying he wants TPWR to be a mid cam OTCBB stock.. that I like. It seems this company has a lot going for them , chances are we have an oppty to buy low on a stock that could run really high. I guess CEO could call it quits and roll up shop, but that doesnt really make a lot of sense considering he stated in the past he's here to stay. and the oppty in gaming they have. Never know, its all a roll of the dice, but If you have been accumulating slow and low, you are in pretty good shape even with current pps

According to the lottery, Vernon Downs brought in $696,227 in revenues from Thursday through Saturday. Sunday's figures were not available; the lottery records revenues on a Sunday-through-Saturday week.
Vernon Downs averaged $381 in revenues per machine on opening day, Persson said, the highest in the state. That's more than the $341 per machine on opening day of Tioga Downs, which had been the highest in the state until Vernon Downs opened, Persson said.

Trader any idea when we see some financials, looking at past filings.. Im awful with predicting even when they will come. I called a couple more times just to get some info.. no luck. What bothers me is that they still have mr simmonds on the answering machine office extension #.. and he's resigned two months now, lol.. plus web site is totally out-dated, and old.. Like I said before.. they have a "we dont give a chit" disease right now. Looks like Mr simmonds actually cared about relating to investors, and My DD shows Carrie as a life long mr simmonds employee and corporate secretary for other companies he has. I hope she is gonna stick around with current ceo. And they didnt even have extension for new CFO. regardless, If they are going bust, worse case scenario lets say, mm's will run it to get their shares back, like they do before all these R/S.. they always win somehow. still patient, but always looking for answers.. lol

All the pr's in past thanked investors over and over, Dilution paid for these facilities, thats why PPs tanked from over .07 a share.. Its right in the last filing. They have said to investors, from words of CEO.. "we want to make TPWR a mid cap OTCBB company". I really hope ceo remembers the investors that got them all this. Maybe they are waiting for some solid rev news, and then its on the way to mid cap gaming company.. that would be nice. still love that weekly chart and scarce selling

well, just looking around UWN.. nevada gold is down from 11 a share in febuary to now 3.00 a share. ouch.. plus bad news all the way around. failed deal, late filing. and there are eery similarities between both tpwr and UWN charts.. completely oversold and tanked together. Last year they filed an 8K on 1/6 and 1/20 if I am reading it correctly. If the timetable doesn't shift to much we could see something any day. It will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow and Monday. Maybe a small run in anticipation of news. Just speculating of course:)

I keep looking at NYNY too, so closely related of companies and they have been really succesful. hopefully tpwr next..

Cactus...IMO this is winding up to explode big time. Look at accumulation and positive CMF for the past months. Now MACD has crossed and is staying this way, but its getting closer and closer to a centerline pop.
Now my favorite, which I havent brought up before is look at the ADX line it keeps decreasing and is now under 20. That tells you this down trend is very very weak, and it can turn around very quickly.
Looking for a penny plus when this starts moving.

This will see a penny again. Most people probably don't know that it used to trade between .01 and .04 three months ago and the only reason for the dive was the CEO resignation. Now, of course, that is a big deal, but from what I have read I don't believe it was due to an unhappy partnership or business issues. JMHO

IMO, this is definitely the time to get in. Almost every indicator chart is screaming that this is about to break into an uptrend.
1. MACD is about to cross over the centerline 2. Accumulation/Distribution has been creating a positive divergence over the last 5 months 3. Momentum has been building since the massive dip in October. 4. The Bollinger Bands are closing indicating a strong break is approaching. Since the price has remained above the middle band the indication is UP! 5. MFI indicates that the stock is in the middle of the road
See for yourself! This is a chart players dream.
I'm very optimistic that this is going to break back into pennyland (.01-.04) within the next few weeks/months. JMHO

Stockt, I told you I was going to throw the "scope" on this one and squeeze the trigger when I thought it was ripe ~
I Noticed the WEEKLY indicator is "just at" the positive cross-over point which will signal a new uptrend. Also Noticed the CMF (Money Flow) and that it is very positve. Noticed in the Daily chart the positive cross-over of the indicator, the growing momentum bars and that the indicator is heading for the "zero neutral line" where breakouts happen (for whatever reason).

We have formed what I call a "Glass Ceiling" at .0045 [PBLS just had one of these and broke through.
--a "Glass Ceiling" with strong indicators makes a perect buy in point IMO. A ceiling with WEAK indicators does NOT.
This stock has alot going for it, very strong IMO and with each bottom being higher now all the signals are there for a breakout IMO and a new uptrend.

MM's have pulled this down so much, they are ready to run it..thats why they started this with a tight spread this morning so that it could start to run. If we break .008 i think a big run is intact.

FWIW, this chart is winding up... I believe it is only days from breaking out of this range from what I can read on the chart, we have higher highs and lower lows since mid December and what I see is the the current 4 days tells me we are pulling back before our break out.
Volume is up on positive days and lower on down days, it will be worth the wait...Yes and again the MACD did cross over the Centerline and A/D line is perfect.

Testing that break point which is normal at .045. If it were to get lowwer then .035 the old bottom, that would be a danger call. Most retest the breakpoint which allows the Stochastic indicator to reset, then we should be off.
If it then breaks above .07 we are off agian and the same cycle should follow. If we DON'T break the .07 that would be a good time to sell IMO ~ But accumulation is holding strong, low volume on down days, no red flags yet, looks good IMO.

Pullbacks are normal, and healthy for a stock, but HUGE selling on pullbacks are NOT a good sign, or the ACC indicator taking a dump, that is a red flag too. We have not had that here

the only time that it broke the weekly trend after a nice cross was in sept. And i think the dilution train caused that to pay for all this stuff, looks like selling has calmed, an update and this booms. all the other times it crossed like this december, march, and sept 05.. they ended up being 3 to 4 baggers.

Money flow is huge and accumulating heavy, is there going to be a surprise in the 10Q?!!

The low in Jan about the 5th, at .004 then the low around the 16th which was higher .045 and now we are at a new high low of .005 so it is sleep-walking it's way up with little runs here and there so that's why I say it's a waiting game.

Alot of these damn penny's really screw around, I hate the BS, the OTC is an MM's playground...
For about the same amount of money you can be trading "Big Boy" stocks and not deal with all this BS that Penny's are MADE out of.

A few more positive indicators would be nice. Right now we are oversold. A/D line still looks good. MACD is evening out waiting for another cross-over. We've hit bottom... so no use in selling now folks. It will turn itself around, just wait for the charts.

Yep... oversold, gaining momentum, crossed over center line of the bollinger bands, looks like the MACD is starting to head upwards again. American Bulls removed the sell signal and posted a hold as a white candlestick was formed today due to normal buying pressure.
It is entirely up to the MM's without news, but I have a feeling we will see a run in the next week or two. If the charts continue to improve this will hit a lot of radars again. Hoping we will be set up nicely after tomorrow for a good start on Monday.
IMO.

Finally, the boss is back in charge. And at a perfect time too.. the charts are primed... Bollinger bands have tightened up indicating big movement in the very near future. As soon as we can get a candle above the center line it's off! Momentum is building, oversold on stochastic charts, A/D line still looks incredible. And now we actually have someone in control that delivers consistant news. This baby is going to pop again, IMO!
