I don't know about it being ugly. Actually, there is very LITTLE selling here. Only about $2K today. Probably some folks that need to cash out to pay the bills or make a purchase or just tired of waiting. Looks like what we need is buying pressure, which I anticipate once some news comes out. well, quite a shake up eod, i think thats what mm's have been trying to do for past two days, as you saw some panic there. I always said no one got anywhere panicking. If i had some cleared funds i would of gotten more at .0041.. still holding, i cant explain the selling, and it is a red flag. but i am thinking it will end soon. its all a roll of the dice..

Also, I called and had a very good conversation with Carrie Weiler, VP of TrackPower. Learned that the management team is just as surprised at the drop in the PPS and can only attribute it to the resignation John G. Simmonds, former Chairman of the Board. Guess he had quite a shareholder following.
Folks, the funny thing is, I learned that since opening, Vernon Downs has been packed regularly. In fact I was told they recently had to actually call in the PD for crowd control. To think that the 52 Wk. high was .049, before they were making a dime and only had expenses to look forward to. Now, they're up and running. The place is jam packed and they've got to be rolling in the $$$ and yet the PPS is in the dumps. Great opportunity here. Oh, also, got a confirmation that the A/S has not changed. great dd, i will confirm with what you are saying because i talked to carrie too, you can find her number easily on the website, although it lists her as corporate secretary. but site needs to be updated. Yes, as i said before, the dd i see is excellent here, they are rolling right now, but public doesnt know. simmonds had a repuatation as really caring about the company. but that doesnt mean current mngmt wont take helm. I talked to nevada gold IR too, and he confirmed team up with TPWR.. mm's have been accumulating this big time, today eod was a shake imo and to tear down resistance to .01..

I have no doubt that this will go...OVERSOLD...news should be coming any day! They are operating and are packed from what I hear.

oct 27th, 2006 TrackPower, Inc. (OTCBB: TPWR) today announced that is has concluded the sale of 10% of the ownership of American Racing and Entertainment, LLC. to Southern Tier Acquisition II LLC., and Oneida Entertainment Holdings Inc. for $2.3M US in cash.
After the sale, TrackPower's ownership is 10% of American Racing and Entertainment, LLC. TrackPower also receives a monthly management fee and a preferred dividend of $2.5M out of the first $5M in profits.
One million dollars of the proceeds of the sale was used to pay off the senior debt in TrackPower, Inc. to Mellilo Investments.
Ed Tracy, President & CEO stated, "The Company has created significant value in Tioga Downs and Vernon Downs and has taken advantage of this opportunity to reduce debt, fund operations and invest in new projects. With the opening of Vernon Downs gaming facility, we can now execute our plan to operate and market two facilities in an efficient manner.
