UBSS threw 5k shares out per minute, and only once per minute, for the last 20 minutes of the day, then filled some larger orders...

something's up here...

positive accumulation + oversold = ???

It really is unbelievable the share price keeps dropping while the accum line significantly strengthens. This will pop hard!

Daily RSI * 17 !
Weekly RSI * 19.31

I've never seen this before, has anyone else? Doing some DD, I can't figure out how this is possible and still it goes lower. Any thoughts? [Confused]

On the chart it looks like they have taken the RSI down to around 10 before.

Not sure what is going on...can't stay oversold forever...

They are a filing company, and not diluting.

Accumulation is up, RSI down.

Either she explodes, or it tanks and I scratch my head...

well, good news is that if it gets bullish it can run for miles on how oversold this is.

usually its time to buy when charts are at an all time low like this and people are panicked, thats how to make a killing, but its all a throw of the dice..

should here news soon to stabalize this doggie

looks like someone just wants out bad.. whoever that is on the .005 bid. once they are gone, it should get better.

not sure why one mm is swooped down so low on the ask though..

either seller is hellbent on getting out, or mm trying to hold this down..

chances are it will swing back with news on a replacement for the guy that resigned. investors always freak on news like that. so many advisors say to sell immediately in that situation. i looked at the latest filing and it looked to me like the resignation was on friendly terms, no disagreement, but i dont know the details of this asset sale agreement.

honestly, i dont think it matters. This looks to me like a case of overdone panic selling and, like you said before skip, mm's putting the fear of death into holders, and shaking, accumulating. the thing that may trigger it w/o news are chart traders looking for a great deal, for at least a 20% plus gain. seems like mm's are nervous about taking it below .005, as people are willing to take a chance at that level. this is one to be patient on imo.

I bought up a lot at .005, and refuse to sell for a loss, lol

I am wondering what will thinks of this one, as i am curious too for other opinions.

thats my opinion..

this is what triggered the selling..

TrackPower, Inc (OTCBB: TPWR) today announced that upon completion of the asset sale agreement with Southern Tier Acquisition II LLC, and Oneida Entertainment Holdings, Inc., as announced on press release dated October 27, 2006, and due to other business obligations Mr. John G. Simmonds has resigned as Chairman and Director of TrackPower. The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Simmonds for his years of dedication and service and wish him the utmost success in his future business ventures.

I don't know if everyone was around late last year, (Dec 05, to Feb 06) when JimSC and I posted stocks on a UHV thread. Search for threads here with UHV in them that include will & JimSc names. We had what might be called moderate to above average reulsts with our picks. I don't mention this to bragg, or regurgitate history or be evasive, but this particular stock takes my thoughts back to that time. Some popped right now, the very next day, some were what one might say intermediately timed, others were tooth pullers. You just never know. I can only tell you when a stock "fits" my model. Have I've been wromg? Yes. CEO's secretly dilute, stocks lose the "E" amd go to the pinks, but rarely do the numbers lie, sooner or later most have gains, some moderate, some good and a few GREAT, but rarely do they tank. I understand everyone's anxiousness and unwillingness to believe. It took me a long time to to have confidence in what I do, and a longer time to trust my judgement. If this fails to be a winner it will because of an outside unforseen instance, CEO secretly diluting, a surprise delisting, something the numbers and filings would not indicate or account for. I have no idea when or how much stocks will go, I can only tell you when I think they are ready or are a good candidate to run, or bounce. I am not in the habit of pumping, or trying to convince anyone of anything. My record stands and speaks for itself. If you think I am fair and have credibility, thank you, if you think I'm a jackass and don't know what I'm talking about, that's ok too.
With all that bullsh!t said, I can only tell you, it has been my expereince the longer they take to move and defy logic, the better it is going to be. I do not look at TPWR as a losing pos that isn't doing anything, on the contrary, it is winding up. This is only my opinion, but I think every day it lingers and stays in the doldrums when every thing says it should move just makes it better. So, when I say it is getting better, I believe it, anyone can doubt me and jackass at me, but I beleive.

just doing some DD on this, we should be getting some good news, major facility just got going, looks like to rave reviews.

TrackPower, Inc. (OTCBB: TPWR) today announced the Vernon Downs Racetrack opened for racing on August 31, 2006 with a crowd of over 12,000 fans. It is anticipated that the grand opening of the newly renovated gaming facility complete with video gaming machines will occur in late October.

Edward Tracy, CEO of TrackPower stated; "The opening of Vernon Downs added another excellent entertainment choice to the State of New York. We hope patrons who have visited this historic property in the past will return and enjoy the additional amenities."

Vernon Downs Casino Opening Draws Huge Crowd
October 29, 2006

People started lining up as early as 6:45 a.m. to see the new "racino". Stephen Perperian of Cicero and Deborah Dupre of Waterville were first in line. They waited in the cold through the eleven
speakers until the ribbon was cut and the doors opened at 10 a.m.

Speakers included Vernon Mayor Bill Sreca, Town Supervisor Myron Thurston, county Legislator Mike Hennessy, County Executive Joe Griffo, state Assemblyman Bill Magee, state Assemblywoman RoAnn Destito, Projects and Facilities Director Mark Phifer, Nevada Gold President John Arnesen, Track Power CEO Ed Tracy, Nevada Gold CEO Robert Sturges and state lottery Executive Deputy Director Sue Miller.

All the speakers expressed how excited they were that Vernon Downs is back and going to help the community's economy. She presented General Manager Eric Persson with an official certificate of occupation for the facility; without it the doors would have stayed closed.

Sturges jokingly said he was going to follow his father's advice. Those waiting down the line became impatient to get inside and could be heard yelling "hurry up; it's cold out here!" From the entrance to the gaming center, the end of the line could not be seen. It extended past the entrance to the race track, all the way to the water tower and beyond.

Vernon Downs employees passed out coffee and mascot Tookey entertained the waiting guests. Gerry Juliano of Frankfort and her friends arrived at about 9 a.m. But Turning Stone does not want to look at it like that.

While the line grew over the morning the VIP brunch was held in the Miracle Mile lobby and Lucky's Restaurant. Wait staff was generous with drinks and bite-size breakfast snacks such as Danish, quiche and muffins.

The ambiance was set by a piano player and VIPs received a complimentary wine flute with the Vernon Downs logo etched on it. Many voiced high hopes for the success of Vernon Downs. Doug Tudman, regional director of marketing said that the track has hired about 350 people and plans on hiring 50 to 100 more.

Tudman estimated that 5,000 people visited the gaming center by 5 p.m. and anticipated seeing a total of 8,000 by the end of the day. And the new Vernon Downs is just beginning. Owners have a long-term plan in the works and getting the gaming center open is just the first phase.

then this.. then chairman resigns. all this is good news imo, but when a lead chairman resigns after news like this, people always think the worst and feel like they have to get out before others panic. well, no one got anywhere panicking in like imo. we shall see..

We look forward to the subsequent financial reward and prospect of new gaming sector investments."
