How would Wilma interfere with any of the untilites with the path that it took?

Is anyone here selling with the intention of getting back in later, when it hits a low... or are you holding and waiting for a bounce back? I coulda swung this a couple of times, but I held on instead -- and now I'm in the red. So I'm wondering what the best course of action really is here. I figure AMEP will rebound eventually without question, but don't know how smart it is to keep riding it down while it's lacking support....

Well what I did was sold some *.075 some *.065 and bought *.059,going to buy more mid .04s if I get an opp.We have some big prs overdue.Partner subscriptions the new rig, earnings this week,3D results in both ng re entry wells, any one of these could get this stock trading where it should be.Its to cheap right now.Who ever is selling now is out some money, and if your shorting be ready to cover baby. You will kick yourself...

Lucas,
I thought about swinging this stock when it was bouncing back and forth from .064-.069. But the fact that this stock can jump in an instant and I bought in low I would rather just let it ride.
I just wish the fellows at AMEP would be better at keeping its stockholders informed with news.

Does this really mean another week of falling prices before the 10-Q comes out?

looks like the price may be holding in the .041-.042 region. Looks like a solid support at .040 (at least at the moment)......

I spoke with Joe Christopher at AMEP, Still on track, short delay to repair torque converters on engines, estimated completion of repairs this week, test next week and move to first well after that. Takes approx 1 week to drill 1st well, 1 week to production because pipelines are already in the area. 10Q was delayed because their auditor(located in FL) was hit by Wilma and just now back in business. Investment program has started, but by law, it cannot be advertised. He can publish results when it is closed. Positive things are coming...

Thanks for DD Redneck Woman. I was trying to contact Joe myself yesterday and you answered every question I had. The cold front is here, now all we need is the production to with it. Bluemound Freak, I have taken alot of crap from my friends on the hold on .14, but I will tell you that I am afraid to even sell my shares this winter. Next winter these guys could be the major player.

I have aan interest in a few oil wells, and it usually take a week to set up the equipment, drill the hole, and set the pipe.

Bob got in 188k shares * .0204 and 167k shares * .0187 So, I have no worries on initial investment, only working my patience. My friends are just pissed because I did not sell on peak and buy back on dip for double or triple shares.

I work as a surveyor for a NG production company in the Appalachia region.

A week for actual drilling is about right in ideal conditions. However, there is a lot more to making money from a well than just drilling a 3100ft hole. It could be weeks, months or even years before the well is producing and making money for AMEP, and that is assuming they don't drill a dry hole. Whether or not this prospect will be a loss or a new source of income for AMEP remains to be seen.

All that aside, I do believe this stock will soar on the announcement of drilling. Just keep a close eye out for any news afterwards, it could drop just as fast if the well is unsuccessful.

Good Luck To All.

Good close, I think that those that swung this stock are starting to buy again because they now that it won't stay this low for long. Good job to those that swung it. I just stayed for the ride. Lot of volume the last half hour of trading.
