I would like to see a .09 close, but it seems doubtful. After the moves of the past two days people should build a base buying back in. The oil index drop of two dollars set us back today. They overlooked or forgot this is/will be a strong NG play this winter. The company has reserves and is working hard, I'm sure, to tap its resources for more gas. We can only wait to get our profit. I crunched some numbers last night and today, and if this rig can produce

man what a mess today in the ONG sector, seems many good ONG stocks are down except PAPO which is running or vapor only,I am not even sure they are still in business, still cannot reach them! are they the only ONG that survived in the Gulf or something?

look at PAPO....thats what we looked like yesterday, but so far they are nothing but vapor and momo unless someone knows differant and can enlighten me,I sure doe wish i bought a couple of million shares last week when it was at .0089 though.
Since you seem to be the expert on DD of NG stocks, I think it would be intresting to read your comparison of QOIL and AMEP. They are both involve with natrual gas and oil and their market cap is about the same. The difference is that AMEP has more outstanding shares at a lower price and QOIL has more o/s at a higher price. What are your thoughts?

Quest Oil Closes $8 Million Milestone Financing
October 04, 2005 06:00:14 (ET)
HOUSTON, Oct 4, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Quest Oil Corporation (QOIL, Trade) is pleased announce it has closed an $8 million private placement of Series "B" convertible debentures (the "Debentures"). The Debentures, which are convertible in nature, contain a feature that provides the Company with the ability to make interest and principal payments in cash as opposed to common stock. Midtown Partners & Co., LLC acted as the Company's placement agent.
The terms of the funding include the sale of $8,000,000 of Series B Convertible Debentures that mature 24 months from the date of issuance. The Debentures pay 10% interest on an annual basis and are convertible, at the option of the holder, into Quest common stock at $0.40 per share common share (the "Fixed Conversion Price"). Approximately, $6,000,000 from the sale of the Debentures is being released at the closing, and the balance will be released upon the effectiveness of a registration statement registering common shares underlying the Debentures.
The Debentures contain an amortization schedule such that Quest will be required to make payments on the Debentures, equal to 1/20th of the face value of the Debenture, plus accrued interest, beginning on the fifth (5th) month after the date of issuance. As mentioned above, interest and principal payments may be paid in cash or registered common stock. If Quest elects to make a payment in registered common stock, the payment amount will be made in common stock based on a price equal to 90% of the average of the closing prices for Quest's common stock for the ten (10) days before a payment is due (the "Market Price"). If the Quest provides notice that it intends to make an interest and principal payment in cash, the Debenture holders will be forced to accept cash and surrender the redeemed portion of the respective Debenture or convert that portion of the Debenture (including interest) into common stock at the Market Price.
The Debenture holders shall be issued three (3) separate warrants. The Series A Warrant gives the holder the right to purchase, for two years, 100% of Quest common shares underlying the Debenture at $.80 per share. The Series B Warrant gives the holder the right to purchase, for two years from the effective date of a registration statement, a number of Quest common shares equal to 50% of the number of common shares underlying the debenture, at $.46 per share. The Series C Warrant has a 7-year term and has an exercise price of $.56 per share, but may only be exercised by a Debenture holder who has exercised an equal number of Series B Warrants.
Quest has the right to force the Series A warrant holders to exercise their warrants if Quest's stock price exceeds $1.60 per share. Quest has the right to force the Series B warrant holders to exercise their warrants if Quest's stock price exceeds $.56 per share. The Debenture holders also are restricted or gated in terms of the number of shares underlying the Debenture that they may convert.
The documents related to the financing, along with additional information related to this financing transaction, are available in the Company's Form 8-K which was recently filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and which may be accessed by logging onto www.sec.gov.

Hey guys, I think there's something wrong with my computer....
For some reason it lacks the ability to show numeric numbers in the color green. I am noticing this primarily for all my Oil and Gas stocks. They are all red.
I have seen this happen before, and all I have done is wait a day, and most of them show up green again.
If you have this problem today too, just wait a day before you spend the money for Tech support!

I sold most of my shares at .081. I've got a buy order in at .07. If it does dip that low today, we'll see what happens tomarrow. If I miss my opertunity, I miss it. I think I'd rather miss an opertunity then be the bag holder.

If you're looking for ONG plays, check out BSIC. I've been holding it for about three months now, first bought it at $1.86. Looks like some people took interest in it the last few days and it's gained around 25-30% so far this week on very high volume. It's not a penny, but I like it, and for around $3.10 it's not that expensive either.

CNBC just pointed out that tomorrow is inventory day and they are 'expecting big drawbacks across the board'. Could be helpful across the board for ONGs.

Anything with alcohol would do me pretty good right now.
It looks like we might be on to a slight EOD push. Broke the .08 level, and all things considered if it closes at or above 0.08, I'd be content. Not happy. Just content!
So who's buyin' the first round? (In other words, who got out at 0.14?)

Progress improved Monday in the Gulf of Mexico at oil and gas production facilities in the wake of hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
As of that day, 92.8% of daily oil production was offline, compared with 98% on Friday, and 75% of daily natural-gas production remained offline vs. 79% Friday, according to the U.S. Minerals Management Service.
Despite the progress, traders still "look at natural gas as the only complex with truly bullish fundamental market conditions," said Agbeli Ameko, a managing partner at First Enercast Financial.
"The lack of storage, downed production and the potential for a cold winter all stack up in the bullish column," he said -- not to mention that "base-level" winter demand will be enough to strain an already tight system.

And don't forget, inventory reports are due out tomorrow!
Look for a good swing, as they expect inventories to be down.
