I would assume that this stock has moved from non existant on the Top 100 trading issues list to quite a ways up the list today! This is the first day in the life of this play!

"We will simply work these people out of the way," he said. "We will work harder and smarter and with the accuracy of audited financials. We will put this behind us permanently, and get on with the business of growing businesses...not mounds of stock certificates."
I highlighted this post for a reason! Dividend and attitude!

pick em that means that for every buy there is a sell of the same amount of shares reflected on the time and sales! Most of which has been used to make the stock look weaker today!

So really, is there 7.6 mil in volume, or is half of that mirror and the other half real volume.
Let's hurt these MMs!

G-Ho thats a good question! The volume is what it says, but you are correct! Aproximately half is buys and half is sells! When there are mirror trades it means they are filling incoming buy orders with existing sell orders. I would say they shorted a conciderable amount of the trades today! That means that there were no shares at all to cover what they sold and they will need to go find them to cover, if they choose to cover that is! Sounds to me like the CEO is getting ready to slap a dividend on the table to throw a curveball at them!

So 2 million valuation seems cheap, and 10 million seems reasonable. And note that the valuation at the IPO (at 0.25 PPS) was about 5 million.

28,500 shares went by at the exact same time at .007 and .006 so what happened? someone sold at .007 and bought at .006? Where's the difference? How does shorting figure into it? MM's short sold to the guy buying at .006 and used the $$$+ more to buy from the guy selling at .007 to fill his order? then they lose...

If the company declared a 1 cent divident tomorrow, and the MMs are short 5 million shares, wouldn't they be obligated to cover the dividend?

Nashville Business Journal Residential lofts have seized Dennis Ammerman's imagination so much he is creating a furniture line specifically for lofts and developing a national TV show highlighting the loft lifestyle.
Ammerman is founder and CEO of LoftWerks Inc., a residential developer that relocated to Nashville about a month ago from Detroit and is converting the Ambrose Building downtown into 21 lofts.
The total investment in the furniture line and "Loft Wise," the TV show, probably could total $2 million. A pilot has been shot for the show, and talks are under way with broadcast networks, he says. He expects the show to launch next spring.
Ammerman says he is developing an edgy furniture line suitable for the taller dimensions of lofts, which which can have 14-foot-high ceilings.

This might sound silly... But if the float really is only 382k, and assuming that common shareholders (like you guys) really own say 5 million shares, are those shares legitimate? In other words, is it possible to allow shareholders to own more shares than are available in the float?
