Howdy, I recognize some of you from iHub. Just thought I would drop in here to see if there was anything different. I'll try to post my comments on both boards if I can find the time. Keep up with the good work this is a decent board.

Welcome Yankee... yes, this is a decent board. Everyone here is pretty respectful and cordial... and some actually know what they're talking about!

OT: Anyone looking for a short term flip might want to check out WITM. Yes, I do own some myself. My prediction is that they will release a key PR within the next few days concerning the company’s acquisition of the Bates-Hunter Mine in Colorado (previous releases stated 30 November as the decision date). They have already posted pictures of the mine and equipment on their website. I would highly doubt that a company would do that without intent to actually purchase the property. They have included maps of the mine shafts as well which can be used to track dewatering and exploration progress. There are other aspects of the company as well but this is the most lucrative part. Check it out and post and comments that you may have on the WITM iHub board. GLTA.

Does anyone know an approximate timeline for some of this news coming? I know they have a lot of good news to release soon. Any idea when we may start to see it?

Thanks! I know you've done a lot of DD on this rickpic. I appreciate it. I'm honestly riding your coattails on this one. I've done a little work on it but not much. Hope you don't mind.

That's what sold me on it. It moves with the slightest touch too. With the O/S under 200 mil, I'm surprised a group doesn't pick it up.

your right its a very fast mover when it moves and I smell a major PR or forward split or something. Just from reading the past PR's you get the sence that the CEO means buisness and isn't gonna take any crap from the market!

.0025 close x 200m A/S = $500,000.00 does this make sence to you?
I've done a bit of additional digging here and come up with both a picture of and the listing price of one of the buildings being renovated by Loftwerks. Its the Ambros Building (nearing completion)as you will see at the links I provide it was listed for $2.4 million dollars and it is in the heart of downtown Nashville

I agree with this poster from IHUB and I also feel that this is the kind of company that we should all be behind, ones that don't bend over for the market and shell out billions of shares to get noticed. I may have to wait for a buck here, but its worth it to be in a stock thats not shelling out and dumping shares! The A/S tells the whole story here!

yeah.. it probably doesn't trade like most POS scams, because there's no promoter granted 100MM shares or whatever to pump the thing on boards, faxes and emails....
just lil' ol Denny buying up buildings, carving them up into luxury lofts and selling them at a couple hundred K a pop....

LoftWerks Advances New On-Line Catalogue Venture: Design Selections Underway for Contemporary Furniture Line 12/2/2005 1:23:42 PM NASHVILLE, TN, Dec 02, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- LoftWerks, Inc. ( LFWK ) announces today that it has teamed with an interior design company to begin organizing the various furniture lines for its LoftWise furniture and fixtures catalogue. Thus far, over 30 unique, contemporary and modern lines are being considered. Many of the manufacturers are either new to the U.S. market or have only very limited products at select retail centers. These lines are from around the globe and will present the current and future trends in home furnishings. "Our criteria is to offer complete design selection to both the urban dweller and/or contemporary or modern home owner. The look and design of these pieces, from couches to tables to lighting, are unlike anything else on the market," said Dennis Ammerman, CEO of LoftWerks.
The introduction of the furniture line and the accompanying catalogue are part of LoftWerks' overall strategy of promoting and developing the complete new urban lifestyle. "As we have developed our urban revitalization projects over the last several years, we have noticed a real lack of any coherent and easily accessed source for the urban loft dweller who is seeking furniture and fixtures uniquely suited to the new urban lifestyle," said Ammerman. "We want to be the cutting-edge destination for those folks who are pioneering the revitalization of the new urban landscape."
