there is an open 504D for up to $1 million worth of shares. its active till May 2006. these shares can only be sold to ppl that live in texas which is completely strange. if sold at an average of .10 per share thats 10 million shares. odds are there are a million or so naked shares out right now but you can bet your baby's diapers mm's will not be covering higher then they sold those shares for. also the SHO list will be working off wrong numbers until the new share structure is reported. look back at WNHL before the r/s...it was on SHO but they diluted 1 billion shares into the market. the numbers used for SHO did not include that dilution. SHO only works when the company has current share structure reported & no shares were added. i'll bet $100 some of that $1 million worth of shares is now in the float.

I personaly think its a great concept the company has, but we will all have to wait and see what the CEO plans to do about the naked shorting situation. He did just get 20m in private funding, so he could buy back any regD that he was planing on using for capitol. I do think a dividend is coming as well, and if its cash that will be a new twist. Unless the naked shorters plan on selling fake dollar bills as well!

Even though I don't think this is an accurate comparison to BCIT, I like the thought of comparing the sharp rise in PPS. If you look at the BCIT chart before they were halted, you'll notice that the PPS went above its initial price of four cents. The comparison of the percentage down and where we are looking to exit is quite similar. Charts are similar, the share structure situation is not.

When I looked on pinksheets this morning it said the ask was 7 and now it is .01. That looks like they are moving it up. I don't have pink L2s, so someone can correct me. If someone actually has the L2s, please post them.

the ask was .007 at the close so even if its at .009 its still shows that there were either panic sells going on or games being played to make it look weak late yesterday!

This would be the first penny (otc or otcbb) where MMs would adjust for the close. There are no after hour trades, anyway. It doesn't matter whether or not they move.

The total number of shares traded since this companies IPO is 22,932,800 bringing in from .25 to .40 and down to where it is now! All in 2 months!

Remember something else, and that is that this 22m volume does not take any concideration for those who may have bought and sold. That reduces the number of actual shares trading conciderably!

This is undoubtedly the strangest penny activity that I've ever seen. Even putting aside the share structure (which remains unknown until someone gets ahold of the T/A, hopefully ASAP), this penny stock seems to be on a random number scheme between .005 and .009 the past few days, in spite of the tremendous surge in volume. Regardless of what happens to this stock, it should be one that gets put in the "history book of strange stock activity."

Based on the numbers I posted above! If LFWK wants to fill a $1m reg D I would say there is more than enough revenue in the company to cover it!
What I didn't add into those numbers is the fact that LoftWerks owns the managment company for all of the loft condo projects they have done. This means that there are revenues coming in each and every month for condo fees, from every condo they sell!

$106 sounds a lot closer to what I was expecting than these 2 - 10 Million dollar figures people were estimating. I just hope (and I don't expect otherwise) the company does not dilute any shares. that would make my shares worth dollars apiece. $106/20 =~ $5

He told me that they're not authorized to give that information out (and actually said their policy is to not give the info out.)
Anyway, he gave me 210-389-2615 as a number for the company. He said they'll give those numbers out.
Late for a 10AM meeting. Will check back.
