jm the volume here actualy started on day earlier than you are reflecting. I started buying this on Tuesday @.005 when the bid was .004 and it took all day but I got filled on that order, but come Wednesday it became much much harder to fill at .005 and 99% of the orders where filled higher! I took good profits here yesterday @.009-.011 and I will be looking for a re-entry point this coming week. This could be a strong mover and subject to volitility in both directions for the next few weeks now that its ben noticed. There were a few trades after hours Friday and it should be interesting to see just where this opens on Monday! I'll be watching thats for sure, and if it drops I have a conciderable ammount to throw at it, to stablize it!

rickpic k.. i have observed that since my original post and do actknowledge as you mentioned the volume was extremely heavy begining this past Tuesday.
..was mainly just pointing out that just as what you've done here for Allstocks helping to bring this stock to the attention of soooo many.......since Wed. i have been dedicated in the same way devoting most of my time in bringing the awareness of LFWK to Investors Hub.
'where if anyone has just gone for a minute and taken a look since my first post i caution really should Not be under-estimated' these guys are (and there are many i might add) are on this like Mad! lol and happily buying up the posisitions so many were so deparetely trying to get out of and comparing this to stocks like GLIF & MLON..one traders decribed it as "every traders dream to catch a 'muti-bagger' down low and i just believe this could be it!"..a couple of quotes of the day as i recall them ;0)
..as for my pp's for Monday...
it seemed to very evident that we were experiencing much accumulation late Friday between just that .009-.011 and according to the 30 min. chart as the prices continued to rise it was able to break through naturally first major resistance on the chart @.01...and that w/extreme volume to say the least!
even with all the selling and mirror trades going through...those trades were continuously up through out the day..that being the single most important thing to look for intraday 'higher lows'...
EOD we settled back in accumulation mode @.01 not HOD which IMO happened to be best possible case senerio as it will now continuely and steadily go from here its new base found .009/.01
and finally.......when considering - #1) Fridays volume - #2) new day-1 on the chart & - #3) averaage share purchase price Friday...
how's it all add up?..well lets see. just do the math...
How many do You feel will be willing to give up their positions on Monday morning?

hmmm.. LFWK - the forgotten IPO gem? .."Ammerman discussed the founding of LoftWerks, its recent IPO, and his ideas..." sweet ;0)
New Public Company is Attempting to Take Advantage of 'Affluently-stable' Markets for URBAN LOFTS!
Investors should continue to monitor the progress of LoftWerks for further developments! On June 30, 2005, LoftWerks announced its IPO and presence in the public marketplace concurrent with the launch of its latest real estate venture; a complete transformation of an inner-city icon located in Nashville, TN., The Ambrose Building, into a Luxury High-Rise residential community worth an estimated $40M at completion. Loftwerks has previously converted six older buildings in Detroit into highly desirable living spaces and will spend approximately $4.7M to replicate its successful renovation model on "Ambrose," located at 162 Fourth Ave. N., in the heart of downtown Nashville.
On the program, Ammerman discussed the founding of LoftWerks, its recent IPO, and his ideas concerning the development of a new, on-line and catalog-sales campaign that will offer the "essentials" to his burgeoning market of urbanites, including a furniture line, house wares, and other "survival-gear necessities" for the urban dweller. "I always appreciate the opportunity to convey our vision. Media is vital. Everyone willing to listen must have a chance to hear loud and clear. There is a whole lot more to this company than bricks and mortar... it's about all the things that make us the right thing at the right time."

"...LoftWerks, Inc. (OTC: LFWK) just announced the appointment of Charles Loveman and Merrick Malone, veterans of the urban revitalization movement..."
Charles Loveman serves as HHP's Executive Director. Charles has an extensive real estate background, specializing in historic commercial and residential rehabilitation projects. Some of the Los Angeles area projects he has worked on include the rehabilitation of the Hollywood Equitable Building, the conversion of the downtown L.A. Old Bank District buildings into residential lofts, the proposed Museum of Creativity, the Capitol Records’ expansion in Hollywood, the redevelopment of Glendale’s Town Center area, the master plan development for Marion Davies former guest house in Santa Monica, and the implementation plans for Barnsdall Park and the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Hollyhock House. Before venturing into the private sector, Charles was a Senior Planner with the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency and a principal author of the draft Core Area Development Framework for focused growth and development issues through 2010. Charles was educated at Stanford (B.A.), UCLA (M.B.A.) and Harvard (Master’s in City Planning). Since joining HHP in 2001, Charles has acquired over 20 new sites for our affordable homeownership projects. http://www.heritagehousingpartners.org/aboutus.html
LoftWerks, Inc. CEO Dennis Ammerman announced that he will move ahead with his plans to bring the vision of LoftWerks, Inc. to the broader market of America's television viewers. "Loft-Wise" will begin the production on a second pilot program that will garner slots on networks like HGTV, Discovery, and other cable specialty programs. The show will feature everything from the "before, during, and after" phases of Loft Construction ("Loftable Spaces") to "Urban Issues," to "Lofty Living" ...an ongoing portrait of unique and famous lofts and their often unique and famous owners. Full production leading up to airtime is slated for completion this Spring.
"Things are moving along so well with recent publicity, that all of us feel that the show is simply a continuance of that positive momentum," said Ammerman. "That idea of a natural progression to a larger audience is so very appealing as an owner. The Show becomes less a chore and more like an open microphone to strengthen our position as the leading authority on Urban Living.
Advertising will play a key role in the upcoming success of "Loft-Wise," primarily his own ads, which will feature key spin-offs that Ammerman has a headstart in developing, such as a furniture line that is designed for lofts and the often taller spaces they occupy. Other manufacturers and urban-service businesses will vie for the remaining ad-spaces on the show. Look for Ammerman to showcase his online and catalog merchandise sales as well. "When I said $150 million in 2006 I meant it," Ammerman touted. "I can't even begin to slow down the process of conceiving ancillary opportunities as we roll out this red carpet back to the inner city. We are so fortunate to be where we are. We will not waste a single opportunity ...not TV...not Print, not the nearest soapbox!"
