Once the volume gets large enough and they bring up that bid, we're going to fly.
LGTD has been selling at about .009 for the past week (at least). He finally got off the ask and is strictly on the bid now. It seems that he is really in control, yet out of shares.

BxA is .0065 X .0070. A good day in volume with about 4 million so far. This is the tighest the spread has been since the last mini-run. Keep your eyes peeled tomorrow because this could make some quick moves.

Anyone gonna watch this one today? There hasn't been any company news since Sept. 12, and people have been expecting more news for weeks. Once the short seller has been taken care of, this thing should snap to life. As of last week, O/S is said to be 84 million (24 mill in the float).

Downtown’s Ambrose Building undergoes transformation By Don Mooradian, dmooradian*nashvillecitypaper.com October 21, 2005
Downtown’s Ambrose Building is being converted to accommodate condominium units and office/retail space. File photo. Work has begun on the conversion of downtown’s Ambrose Building into a mixed-use office, retail and residential development, with 13 of the 21 loft condominium units already sold.
The project is a joint-venture partnership between the owners of the building, Ambrose Associates, and loft developers Charles Loveman and Dennis Ammerman.
Chris Grear, of NAI Mathews Partners, brokered the arrangement and estimated the project’s value at about $6 million. Completion of the units is expected in July 2006.
Village Real Estate Services, the broker for the condo sales, has suspended sales on the remaining eight units until the beginning of 2006 in order to re-evaluate market conditions, Grear said.
In addition to the living units, the four-story structure, located at 162 Fourth Ave. N., will have about 3,900 square feet of street-level retail space and 13,000 square feet of office space on the first floor and basement levels.
The retail and office portions are 100 percent leased to The Chile Burrito Company, Subway, DSI Document Solutions Inc. and Dr. Thomas W. Nabors.
Shaub Construction Co. Inc., the project’s general contractor, is scheduled to begin renovation of the second- and third-floor interiors of the structure, built in 1905, within the next week.
The Innovations Group LLC, in Franklin, is the architectural firm for the project, with consulting from Nashville architect Rob Cochran.

probably tired of hearing this by now.. but I just got done reviewing all my charts...
and despite all the seemingly bearish implications of daily price action, there is absolutely zero doubt in my mind that we are really approaching a critical turning point in this stock lfwk.
we have so many positives going forward its not even funny anymore..
we have january effect coming up..
bullish thanksgiving...
broad market about to zoom to new all time highs..
we have a bullish divergence on the weekly RSI chart..
we have a triple bottom..
we have diminishing volume that has trickled down to almost nothing..
they dying volume is very bullish. you can draw a trendline over the volume bars and it really shows final sellers getting weeded out..
it also looks like november will be the first positive monthly price bar close in a long time..
weekly macd histogram is about to cross above zero line on livecharts.com
daily macd histogram is still very close to crossing above zero line... ( to give you and idea of how bullish this is, take a look at the what happened when the opposite situation occured in macd histogram. LFWK plunged from .35 to .03 , that happened after macd histogram crossed BELOW the zero line.. now the opposite is about to happen, this time we are about to cross above the zero line and the timing suggests it will happen right around thanksgiving, but could happen earlier.)
the 8 day moving average is about to cross above the 21 day moving average for only the second time ever.
the moving average rainbow chart is about to cross over bullish..
the other bullish story as i mentioned earlier is that we are not in a downtrend! moving sideways which shows accumulation.
i know we need a PR, but the chart will tell you when the PR will come out! the chart is saying the PR will come out soon, probably before or around thanksgiving..!
i think all of us are going to get very fat by thanksgiving..
buy low and sell high.. no one can accuse us of buying high here for sure! this is buying very very low!
the bollinger bands truly are tighter than a donkey's ass! never seen them so close together!
this stock is an absolute steal at .003 !
