i think it has a good chance of seeing penny land alot of movement and people are interested in it because of the F/S plus there will probably be some cleanup or rebuilding contracts etc.

This is a great pr. It will get even better in the weeks to come when the pr about contracts that they are winning. Remember, these guys are right down in that area and they are probably well connected. IMHO they'll win some serious work.

its being paid as a dividend, price stays the same on the board, the market may drop the pps though since there will be, in essence, dilution
