the only thing that makes me think twice is this: with only 37,000 in the o/s it makes it very easy to dilute to raise money for the new league, then again nothin indicates that they need to dilute

I just bought. Even with a reverse split the company has the foundation to hold its value. It does not matter if I have have a 100 shares at $10 each or 100,000 shares at .01 each. This is going to be big. Below is a little history.
The old World Hockey Association (WHA) merged into the National Hockey League (NHL) in 1979. But in 2003, Allan Howell and Dr. Nick Vaccaro announced the formation of the new World Hockey Association. Former WHA star Bobby Hull (the first major star to play in the old WHA) is its commissioner.

Yesterday was the pump and today was the dump. Look at all the volume today compared to yesterday. Even fatherof2 sold today and reinvested in another stock. You see investors never sell. Investors hold for ever. You have daytrades who put money in just to get money out and move on. Very possible. That's where all this extra volume is coming from. INSIDERS SELLING SHARES!!!!!! And to the person who said even if the stock does a r/s it will hold it's value you must not know what a r/s does to a stock. They lower the amount of shares in your account while raising the pps of the stock. Which means everyone who gets stuck in the r/s usually depending on the r/s go from thousands to a few 100..... Not saying it will r/s but you have to start thinking like a daytrader. If yo uare going to follow one stock then fine but make sure you lock up profit before people dump...

Yo Money. You don't trust to easily do you. While you were busy explaining a basic concept like R/S the stock went up 78%. You could have been in and out. If Father did sell he likely made the logical choice we all would have. When you are up 400% it isn't time to be a hog. I'm in and expect it to run again. I only regret that I did not get in yesterday.

Lets just hope this shell fill works like some of you think it will. If it does we are in excellent shape regardless of what this stock price is.

Firefighter-do you really expect this to go up tomorrow? I mean, honestly, I have never been in any stock that has EVER gone up after a reverse split. Additionally, moving to the OTCBB is still the same practically as staying on the pinks. MM manipulation is still very prevalent. I would love to know the reason that you're so solidly looking forward to tomorrow unless you are not holding a position. Please explain your rationale leaving out the fact that its a "good r/s."

dont you all understand that grdx is going to get filled with wha assests? who gives a **** if you get 100 shares of the new symbol, thats a bonus. you will still have your grdx shares, thats what were counting on...i dont think most of you understand that

I am the first to admit that I don't know what is going to happen for sure tomorrow or ever.
This isn't "just" a reverse split. This is a shell being filled AND a reverse split.
Now we get to see which influences investors more. The shell getting filled and the dollar value of the company's assets shooting up or the fear of the r/s.

The reason why I like this company is that they are a pink sheet about to get filled with assets…..The current owner of GRDX is going to “give” a large portion of stock to the new owners and keep a certain percentage of shares for his own personal portfolio, while spinning all the current assets into a new company of which we as GRDX shareholders will receive a Dividend in the new company, while maintaining all our shares of the newly filled shell.
To me, this means that they quickly figured out it was cheaper to acquire some pink she et shell (providing the current owner with a small percentage of shares to keep), fill it with their own assets and obtain their own private financing, than it would be to have an IPO, where the investment bankers pocket a large percentage of the potential offering and proceeds.
In the second pr.... they announce that the current GRDX assets will be cleared out and put into another company. This is because the WHA wants a clean shell without any other baggage to have to deal with! I think that the team owners do not want any other entities, like golf or real estate, to compete with their financing.
Now, everyone knows that the NHL has agreed to a new owners/players contract…
However, how much of a pay cut did the players have to take??? There are going to be a lot of star players upset about losing so much $$$ and could easily be swayed to move if the dollar is right. On top of that, there are plenty of smaller markets dying to get a professional sports team. This is just the start of the new league and may take a year or two to become viable, but they have already done it once before and they can do it again. And with a notable celebrity player as the new commissioner.. Namely the Golden Jet himself… Mr. Bobby Hull…. There will be plenty of investors that he will have access to help get this thing launched!

Your right prefect i dont know what the stock is going to do if i did i wouldent be typing right now because i would be to rich to even care heck no one knows whats it going to do but i do know this. The stock is getting filled with the WHA A pr stating that will be out tommorow morning there will be a 1/1000 RS Theill be moving to the otcbb and heck they have 20-30 mill in assetts
if you ask me the stock right now is way under vauled and from past experance of stock shells thats have gotten filled they always explode but who knows

However, have you ever ever ever seen an otcbb that was worth more than $5? Let me rephrase that-that traded at or above $5? They all go south and don't trade that high. This is what I'm worried about-maybe it is a stellar company, but so is MBAH. Yet, they continue to experience a landslide because this is the OTCBB, not the AMEX, NYSE, or NASDAQ. Institutional investors don't come down here folks. Be happy to eat my words tomorrow, but this is my worry.

What tha??? Sold other stocks to buy this one. Bought at .0095 thinking that was good. Came home to see I'm in the gutter. Where's that .07 or .10 today we were all hearing about??

BTW-the orders are filling at .0035. I just tried with $1k and it filled my entire order in about 25 seconds.

Well it won't be $5 now. It'll be more like $3 because it bases itself on the closing price the day before. A r/s of 1/1000 means that the opening price tomorrow will be 1000 times the previous days closing price and you'll have (your share count)/1000 in your account so you're looking at an opening price tomorrow of between $3-3.50 with a one thousandth of your share count.
