F'it! I am buying some more Q. I just wired more cash into my ameritrade account. I think I am coming down with the symptoms of Q fever. One of the first symptoms from my understanding of this disease – is the lack of judgment and increased stupidity… Good thing I have to wait seven days before my money to clears...Maybe my mind will also clear by next week and I will change my decision. Anyhow, I think we are staying at this level for sometime.

Yes things look great. Should be set for a run next week sometime. With 16 MM's on the bid it would take about a week of solid sells to lower this. So unless Q blows up I don't think we will go lower right now.

Interesting chart MT. Now expand it to a 1 year duration. Some interesting things to note here: Note the ema 60 and the volume increase from mid July to near present. I think I would attribute this to accumulation in anticipation of the audit release. (Just a guess). Now note the RSI at 29.6. Note the spike in late November. I see a reverse head and shoulder. But we have to see this rise back up to the .0013-.0015 range to confirm the reverse head, and the .0017-.0021 range to confirm the reverse shoulder.
Once that happens though, it'll be an official trend-reversal, and it may be time to buy back in.

The last PR states: "Please allow another 60 days for this to be completed. Due to government agency reporting, we cannot pinpoint or control the exact date for completion of the audit and fully reporting status."
It would appear that by 6/14/05, Q knew exactly how many shares there were by stating "3% of it's O/S" vs. "Completes Retirement of One Billion QBID Shares." stated in April. Now it would seem that at least a portion of the audit was completed by this time.
Again, on 8/2/05, "Q Television Reduces its Tradable Stock by Fifty-Three Percent"
The audit timeframe is quite long, (announced May, anticipated done in November), but, this was a dirty shell, and it is understandable that it is taking some time to produce the complete document trail, in order to be fully compliant.
It really does make sense to 'clean' everything up, release the audit, and move to another exchange in one swoop, making for not only a 'real' company, but a credible one as well. On the basis of above, I feel confident, this IS the real thing and will begin accumulating. I would caution though, that if Q misses the 60 day timeframe, without explaination, it could cause some damage. JMHO, do your own DD, and GL....

yeah marty...i think the charts are beginning to turn...watch for a new couple of lows in the next 20 days, but as we approach the 60 day number, we will probably be rising in anticipation, espically if Frank releasing more information that the AUDIT will be done by that date...kind of like PLNI..(i think they did the same thing and the stock ran up and held there)...but from these levels we sure are getting ripe for a quick 100% run...but at this point, we need news to get that run!

i just meant that some of the MM After Hours were dropping back to .0009 on the bid...no there was no .0009 trades...still like 8 MM on the bid at .001

Just to touch on your Teleport comment. They where wanting to use it for emergency services. Rita is nothing less than bad news but Teleport will also have a chance to try their emergency services that the previously mentioned.
