I agree, but it could already be a clause in the contract for the loan that after the loan payoff, any shares remain restricted for a period of x (x = immediate/days/months/years), then automatically convert to common shares.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it is by any means (simply because I don't know the terms of the loan - if you do, please post the terms doc link here), and speculatively speaking, it *could be* and we should keep our eyes open to the possibility.
I'm still in this for the 2,245,000 shares I bought at an average of *cough* .0021 and I feel like I can at least get my money back (if not more) once the promised news is released.

wish i could see the contract lol, then we'd know for sure. Generally speaking (from experience) this is how these short-term gap corporate financing deals are structured. But then again this is Doug and if he is stupid enough to relinquish control of restricted shares then we are all screwed. But hey you never know.

News coming tomorrow! Delay was caused by unsigned letter of credit. It is signed and will be announced with revenue and traffic info.
I also asked about the website update, and doug said that they are moving their servers. They will be coming soon!

Awesome!!!!! Not getting my hopes up...I really hope Doug pulls through on this one. Hype isn't going to work anymore....we need a valid PR to attract serious investors.

I remember Doug saying that the pps should be around .04 ~ .05. Even if we get to .02 I will be a happy man. Let's hope for the best..

Will, I really do think that Doug will pull through on this...but in the past he has taken longer than we might have thought to release PR's. I am confidant that we will see news tomorrow..his dealings with FOT have proven to be very accurate.
I would be sooooo happy if this hit .02...It wouldn't happen overnight...but I think that Doug and ICM have the power and ambition to make it happen! For now..I would be happy with .003-.004!
