This could be an incentive for Doug to keep the PPS low if he is buying back on the open market,We might be stuck at this price till the buy back is complete.

The buy back of shares that I am referring to, is the repurchase of the collateral shares used to secure financing to get this compnay started. 150 mill RESTRICTED shares were issued as collateral for funding to the Nutmeg Group. ICMH has the option to repurchase the shares from the Nutmeg Group for the same amount that was given as the financing deal... i.e. a ZERO percent interest loan, if they are repurchased before the end of the year!
So right now, the Issued # of shares is 480 mill, of which 150 mill is restricted with the Nutmeg group.
Once the switch is producing revenue, which Doug told me around $6 mill annually, and he completes the share buyback which will reduce the O/S to 330 Mill, you can estimate the eps as follows:
So, you can see, this stock is very undervalued today at .0011 (IMHO by a factor of at least 10), and considering the above calculations DO NOT include any revenues from debit cards and the MyMedicalCD program which is launching very soon.
All we need is the one special PR that lays out some of the details that I provided above, which I believe we will get very soon (in the next PR) that announces the traffic across the new switch!

FOT: All very interesting. I'm still in and do not plan to take a loss of any kind, but rather, plan to hold for as long as it takes.
Turns out that most of the stocks I've dumped because of "short term" drops, have bounced when the charts and/or news and volume does hit. Sometimes it was days, sometimes weeks, or months, but all of the ones I dumped bounced back over the long haul. Of course there's the occasional R/S I've been caught in, but overall, most of them have bounced, and I just didn't have the patience to wait them out.
So, I have a knack for picking, just not when to hold vs. sell.
Thanks for all the good info and for your calls to Mr. Hamby on a regular basis. I am very positive and very long on this stock and I sincerely believe the rewards will pay off in the end.
BTW: What's your secret for getting him to actually call you back? lol

He only called back once, but I missed his call.. he didn't leave a message, I only saw his number on my caller ID.
I usually get him on my first or second attempt. Maybe he knows my number now and doesn't mind talking to me! In general, all our conversations are very pleasant and he is very open in answering my questions. So far, he has told me exactly when he planned on releasing PR's a couple days ahead of time, and the content has been exactly what he had said, so I have no reason to doubt that the next PR will be about the switch going live and it will include the revenue numbers.

Just in case others were wonder where the industry "multiplier" comes from: it is a measurement of return based on 5, 10, 15,etc. years. Traditionally the lower margin the business (a farming co.) the higher the multiplier (say 25 years) for complete return on book value, in essence how many years to cover purchase price of co. In the telecom industry (because tech moves fast, and margins are higher) its generally a 5 year or 10 year multiplier application. However, the kicker is that in the credit card industry (due to the longevity of pay back/ stability of technology for spending) the multiplier can be as high as 15 (comparable with the loan industry (think 30 year mortgage return). Hope this clears it up a little more.

Im guessing that the loan terms with Nutmeg is a lock in step agreement (ICM pays back the capital in shares and Nutmeg keeps the balance of the shares as restricted) thus it behooves Dougie and Nutmeg to have a high pps so that Nutmeg can keep more shares

Just using these 4 co's, gives an industry avg of 12.97. So you can see how from an industry perspective if one company may be overpriced from a similar company.

I'm holding 12.7 million ICMH *.0022. I'm happy to wait through the end of the year if need be for the big move. No worries. Patience paid off for me in IDWS. That stock will likely head to .65 by tomorrow and over $1 within 2 weeks. IMHO. I'm in the two best pennies around. This sort of thing doesn't happen to guys like me!
