The following is from a newsletter I get that recommended PLNI. The information is from an interview with Mr. Turek and company consultant William Howe about a week ago.
Expect rapid top and bottom growth in 2006, it will be a "breakout year for the firm".
A final draft of financials for 2003 and 2004 should be filed in the next 2 -3 weeks followed by audited financials for 2005.
On the share buyback. Investors can turn in half their shares with the guarantee to receive twice that amount after a twelve month period(Rule 144 applies). They are looking to decrease the O/S by 25 -30%
The company might consider a reverse split, but only if the AMEX required it. The company is in advanced discussions with the AMEX,
Plasticon is currently profitable and has no operating debt. The Pro Mold acquisition brings manufacturing in-house, and the company estimates the acquisition will pay for itself in the first six months.

Me personally, I'll take the two for one shares and hold long term to reduce the numbers to move us to the next level.
Question is, how big of A R/S will we have to do to get it under control??????

If there is a RS in the WAY DISTANT FUTURE... if it is on a move to AMEX, I don't think it would hurt at all. I don't think it would mean diddly. IMO...but what do I know??

This, if it happens, is instant DEATH, IMO. I have never seen a company come back from a R/S and make the shareholders money. 99 times out of a hundred, the price slides immediately after the R/S, and I dont care if you're talking pennies or $180 per share stock.

Over the last 2 weeks I made a 400% gain in IGTG which did a R/S a month and a half ago. Speaking in generalities usually results in you being wrong. There are a lot of successful R/S's done. And the R/S is much more common among pinks than major boards and therefore pinks being pinks are normally non-productive.

NP, Sepeculation is why we are all here. I personnally try to evalauate all possibilities that includes less then desireable options. IMO we have reached resistance at the .01 level and I think the news has pumped the stock as much as it can for now. What is really needed is a PR discussing $$$. The only news that truly moves a penny is financial news. All the other PRs pump pump pump then the stock deflates again.

SEMCO Chosen as Surfacing Vendor by Contractor for Apple Computer Japan Headquarters

For what it's worth, I sold at the ask today at 0.0099 in anticipation that it may have trouble breaking 0.01 and they took it within seconds. Hope it dips back down for me.

PLNI is currently looking to hire a "..public company.." CPA to do all the 10Ks 10Qs, etc. P&Ds don't do that, nor do they have R&D Departments cranking out new products in collaboration with their business partners. ..PLNI is a long-haul winner, and if you can't get a grip on that you need to mosey on down the road to MLON or QBID.
Anybody who bails out of PLNI before they can take advantage of the upcoming shareholder-advantageous "..share swap.." program, prior to the AMEX jump, is just plain stupid..!!!

I may be a woman but I can handle myself just fine, thanks. There is at least one in every crowd that need to be the center of attention regardless of how annoyed it makes others. I would challenge anyone to find an untruth in any of my posts, or provide irrefutable evidence to the contrary. Given, alot of spouting occurs here I think the majority occurs to benefit the cause. Hold your ground Girl, Hold your ground. I agree. I'm so happy to see us climb but till the big audit news or some kind of $$$ figures come along I feel we are going to hang around this area. On a good note...when PLNI goes into their FULL MODE pr blitz as we are seeing now, they usually last awhile. I would expect to see at least .015 before we fall off. Long term....05 to .10 JMHO.
