VFIN is putting on a clinic on intelligent selling. They sold a bunch around .007 but faded before killing the momentum, now at .008 they're getting some more off. As long as the buying continues they can get off shares, back away, and let the momentum attract more buyers. The higher it goes, the fewer shares they need to sell. We all win.

Not sure what you're referring to. I've felt all along that VFIN was selling for the company, and most of the time has been very adept at getting good prices. Nothing new there. We all want the stock to go higher and to get the news out at soon as possible. So the sooner they raise whatever money they need, the sooner they fill us in on the details. The better prices VFIN gets, the less dilution, the better for all. They're raising more money today than they have in a long time, maybe more than any single day in a couple months.
If you're agreeing with me here that VFIN is not a short seller then you've been saved too! Finally both on the same page.

No, not dipped. The one thing I've learned in all my years in the markets is not to think positive or negative, but to think logically. When you drink the water, or more appropriately 'coolaid', its like handing out your credit cards to strangers. Gotta fight the impulse.
I spend my emotional energy on the truly important things, like watching Papa Joe's Nittany Lions grind out a win over the team with the most annoying fight song in the history of mankind (IMHO, of course). If I'm a little off my game today its exhaustion from watching one of the best bowl games ever. And trying to get that seminole chant out of my head. (okay, no hate mail from FS fans, I admire BB too. Just hate that damn chant).

I watched it till the end...Thought the interview on the field was the best ever...Joe says he's 3 hours past his bed time hahahahaha....The best ever coach for the student athlete...ever...
Thinking positive may have got you in PLNI in the .004's...Could have had a double...Were you in a cranial dilemma? Fighting with your better senses...We kept saying that was bottom...Did you drink the water and get in? Were you waiting for news?

could apply to about 10 seperate occassions above .01 as well. Remember when one naysayer with a bid down around .009x (not me)was roundly ridiculed daily by half the board for not buying around .015, sure to miss the boat.
The only people making money here are either very long term holders, very new, swing traders increasing their size, or those employing a doubling, then tripling, then quadrupling up strategy that usually is a prescriptioin for disaster. Those who bought this past summer during the companys massive promotional campaign, based on a belief in what was represented by the company and pumped on these boards are a long ways from getting even. Believe it or not, there are some "investors" here. No need for 'should have listened to me' talk for us long timers.
I agree with you on Joe P. One of the best coaches ever. Can't believe he has that much energy and passion at close to 80. Still holds the interception record at Brown after all these years, too.

Glass 1/2 empty vs. glass 1/2 full...You been drinking from a dry glass...Put some PLNi water in there buddy...The charts should show a turn after today...the cup should be full...take a gulp....IMO

The charts do look great, but as you know they have looked great before just to run up against WDCO or VFIN.
I'm taking my cues from VFIN and the volume. Volume is sufficient to allow a nice rally, but VFIN is still there. When the volume dries up, do they put out another PR so VFIN can sell more, or does the stock drop first setting up a swing trade. That's the game now as I see it. Longer term its still more red flags than green right now.
I suspect each sell off will be met with a PR, and each rally met with VFIN. When this game will end, if ever, is very difficult to discern in a non-reporting company. This becomes a swing trade stock out of necessity since its trended lower for months and we can't short.

Yeah, the float, that IS the question. For my own trading I'm estimating it at close to 1.2 billion based on analysis of the WDCO/VFIN sales, but others may have a different count. Without the company allowing pinksheets to get the info from the TA (or putting it in writing in a PR) we will never have more than a guesstimate. If they start using more than one MM to sell or other entities such as Green Baron, BAC, the radio shows, microcap conferences, etc..start selling their shares through other MMs it will get even more difficult to keep track. Part of the game, I guess.

It's all about VFIN. For a second there I thought he would back off for the last half hour, to keep the momemtum going into tomorrow--but he's back at .0067.
(yep, State is for Penn State. State College is a great town and a terrific place to live if you can stand the winters).

The pennies are always good for a laugh. Just found a PR on a big mover (won't list it here, don't want to help them pump), and the contact info gave me a chuckle. After touting what a great company they are and wonderful things they are doing, they list their contact info.

VFIN gone now, he's been playing it smart so far so it wouldn't surprise me to see him stay away and let it run up a few ticks or more for the close. It probably needs some time to consolidate before we see another morning like this mornings.

VFIN didn't play it that smart...they could have just as easily sold all those shares at .0075 and higher instead of the .006's...I repeat DUMB!!

VFIN let it run at first then sold significant stock at .007 area to test the waters. They faded quickly when buying continued. Came back again at .008. They faded that offer a few times but when no significant buying materialized they stepped ahead and sold a boatload around .008. They then worked their offer lower taking advantage of bids that had accumulated below.
They probably sold more shares today than on any day before and at an average price over .007 where it closed.
I used to work blocks from an institutional desk and from where I stand they did a good job of maximizing their price and volume. But its all just a matter of ones opinion and no way to predict how it would have gone if they held firm above .0075.

Good day...another 20% gain...The cup should have filled...The chart looks real similar to the run in May...Here's hoping for a repeat...
Scratch and spit night...Both the Vols and Lady Vols at 7:00 and then the National Championship game...They can't beat the Penn State game last night but it should be entertaining...

I disagree here SH...there wasn't any signifigant selling going on today until they started to drop the ask...they could have sold just as many shares if not more at higher prices today if they would have just paced themselves and let the stock climb gradually...I'll take the gain though...I got in at .004 last week...

I also bought at .004, put in a sell order for .0077 when I saw this picking up today. Imagine my surprise when it went through I'll take it! Good luck to everyone still in it.
How large do I want to think and how long am I willing to wait to see if the plan does come together? SEMCO is currently located in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia, as well as the US. Now combine that with Plasticon...............
