This reminds me of another pink, scary how simular.CMKX.
1. Both have the Green Barron .com on their side. 2. Both camps claiming NSS instead of filling. 3. Both have increase of a/s by the billions (or so I heard via rumours with PLNI). 4. Both volume increase is staggering since rumours out. -106,397,885 in vol. fri. ...during the holidays? did have 412 trades though... 5. Both rumours/claimed audits and moving to a higher exchange.
Oh the list goes on... I'm not saying it won't run a little bit, but if it's going to be with a higher o/s it's going to be alot harder.

claw, ...I'll bet you "..a dollar to a donut.." that PLNI's pending Buy-back and/or Common-to-Preferred stockholder-benefitting exchange/consolidation plans that the HQ has illuded to will blow a gaping hole in the waterline of the bilious basher's buckling barge large enough to drive "..The Donald's.." yacht through..!!! Actually, if they offer the "C-to-P" exchange thing, they will probably cancel most of the Commons that get turned in. That's the way I'd play it, if I were Jim Turek. In fact, I'll bet that will be the 'primary subject' of one of the major PRs we see before mid-January.
Please make careful note of all the "..PLNI Doom-n'-Gloomers.." on the various stock systems, as they will either disappear from PPS-Hypoxia or miraculously turn into "..PLNI Pumpers.." as the Naked Short Position and the idiotic real shorts out there get royally stomped..!!!

For those of you whom haven't considered the PLNI 'power-of-10' math.................
A) 10,000 tickets moving up $0.01 pays you a $100.00 gain over your cost. B) 100,000 tickets moving up $0.01 pays you a $1,000.00 gain over your cost. C) 1,000,000 tickets moving up $0.01 pays you a $10,000.00 gain over your cost. D) 10,000,000 tickets moving up $0.01 pays you a $100,000.00 gain over your cost.
That's why it's fun to collect these stocks in "..decades.."!!! Especially, when you look at something like HLSH, that went from $0.10 to $5.00+ in about 4 months..!!!
It's probably a good idea to consider how many PLNI shares you might want to maintain as a core position - and be willing to trade those for Preferreds for the 'bonus' with a 1-Year restriction. Then you need to have an additional stash that you can ride up to a 5-Bagger, sell 1/5th of them to recoup your 'spending money' for reapplication elsewhere. Then, keep the rest as 'Freebies' to cash out as the need or mood strikes you.
Winners never quit, and quitters never win - don't let any blustering bashholes talk you out of your hard-earned "..super-cheapie-shares.."!!!

The primary target I'm hearing from the company's IR people is $0.05, and with the Semco-CHINA connections and potential new JVs through that division - there's no reason they can't rock a lot higher than that.
What I'm looking forward to is "..the deal.." regarding a potential "..Common-for-Preferred.." share-swapping option. If I were going to set something like that up, I'd give people proportionally more Prefereds than they should get as a 'bonus' for doing the deal. I'd put a 6-month to 1-Year restriction on the Preferreds. Then, I'd retire a big chunk of the Commons that got swapped to reduce the O/S.
I think the recent increase in the A/S that everyone is whining about was to set that kind of deal up. Anyway, we should know the straight skinny by mid-January at the latest, ...again IMHO.

Spoke with Rodney from Apple for about 10 minutes. Some of the questions I asked were old info I wanted to hear for myself. My first question was about the audit. I asked him how the audit and share restructure could be completed and PR announced in early January when the Semco deal was not to be completed until end of January or early Feb..He stated that the only way was if audit was turned in minus Semco. He also stated that PR was due as described in last PR. I asked him if that meant first or second week in January. He said yes. I asked if it would be likely that the audit and share restructure would be announced at the same time. He said that more than likely the PR's would be separated due to the large impact on the market. He said the most likely scenario would be one PR each week.
He did say a PR was due very soon. I took it from the conversation that we will get one PR this week and one next week or something very similiar to that.
