So you don't think it is important for the shareholders of PLNI to know that the main promoter of PLNI, who has been pumping and hyping the stock and urging investors to buy more PLNI shars at the dips has actually been selling millions of PLNI shares into the market while he was hyping PLNI?
what does this tell you about what the main supporter of PLNI thinks about PLNI's business and where the stock price is heading?

Ok Done my research on the_worm06... Intresting find. This came from the Silicon Investor and I thought you said you don't post on RB? I really don't know why you are here. You did not answer any of my orginal questions but make more accusations. Why don't you just point out the so called false statements there wormy and cut to the chase. this particular allstocks thread has a good signal-to-noise ratio, including earlier references by stockhunter to some potentially interesting information. I broke down and called Rodney at Big Apple today. I had a long list of detailed questions regarding the company and BACs relationship, plus how they get the info they distribute. I didn't get far down the list before realizing he knew even less than Matt. When asked about the share structure he told me the authorized was 2 Billion, plus the old and inaccurate float and o/s info on pinksheets. He said all his information comes from public documents released by the company -- PRs. Said anything else would be insider info. They don't do any DD on thier own.
When asked if he communicates with Matt, he confirmed he does and that they work together. He said he never heard from Matt or anyone else that a/s was 5.0 billion. Those of you who have discussed this with them must be wondering if they listen when we speak.
Could not get satisfactory answers to why my written questions get ignored and/or funneled to BAC. He said its company policy not to put anything in writing. I wanted them to put some of the information I believed to be incorrect in writing to force the point on accuracy (this goes for JT, BH and BAC). He said written communications could be posted somewhere out of context and give the wrong impression. I had to keep from laughing at that. These pinks thrive on feeding inuendo and inaccurate numbers by phone and letting the enablers post what they thought(or wanted to) hear on the BBs. Given his claim that they give out nothing but previously released info from PRs and filings, it looks like there's been a lot of creative interpretation going on on the BBs.
He thanked me for updating him on the share structure and said he would pass my request for an immediate Pinksheet update and a PR detailing share structure to JT and BH. I emailed him a link to access WY SOS filing info. Future callers should get the right a/s #s.
There were too many things I had to explain to him for my comfort. He was not even aware the company claimed the acquisitions were not dilutive to shareholders. I don't want to be too hard on him. After all, he's fairly new to PLNI, they have many other clients and Plasticon has issued a gazillion PRs on each acquisition and not all mention the non-dilution. Perhaps I've fallen for the trap often assumed on these BBs of believing they represent the company. They are there to read PRs, explain technical details to neophite investors, and run interference. Anything else is just idle chatter.
FWIW, another BAC company -- HISC, filed an SB2 this week. It shows they pay BAC $75,000 worth of stock each month, based on a 10 day moving average taken monthly. If thier contract with PLNI is similar that would equate to about 40 million shares for a 6 month contract.

Thanks for doing the call, Stock. As for the above, that's pretty funny because I called Matt within days of the secret 5 billion a/s info being discussed on this board, and mentioned the misleading info on pinksheets. Matt told me first that the company wasn't responsible for info "on other websites," and when I pointed out part of the Pinksheets.com info is posted inside the Plasticon site, he said he'd "look into it." Must still be looking.

Look for the share structure to be updated tomorrow morning on Pinksheets. Turns out I could have saved the phone call to BAC. Previous efforts finally getting results. O/S, float and number of shareholders should hit tomorrow morning. The numbers come through the filter of JT, not direct from the transfer agent as would be preferred, but they didn't allow Pinksheets direct access. A/S coming from WY SOS docs, may or may not hit tomorrow. We already know that's 5B w/100M pfd.
Maybe now the myth that WDCO and VFIN shares didn't come from the company can be put to rest.
