tommorrow is the day everyone has been hinting at for some reason...i for one have absolutely no idea if any news is set to hit, and i would highly doubt anything bigger could hit tommorrow that would be better than the cox deal!!(yes yes i know the audit would be bigger, but i say 2-3 more weeks.)

both of these news peices in my opinion are very very positive and if nothing else the programming deal with pride/outtv is only going to generate us even more revenue

I am not sure what is going on with that PR, but I do remember that someone stated that Richard was upset with a posting in Ihub, which is also posted on page 69 of this thread.

Guys here is an example of what I was refering to about the contradiction of lease versus purchase. There is a good cahnce that The guy who wrote this article as well as the lady that I refered to at the studio are both clueless, but I was just pointing this out. I would think that Q would know whether they bought a studio or not. IMO.

Here's the first pr where Q is in negotiations to purchase a studio. For some reason I seem to remember hearing somewhere that Q was leasing a studio there when they purchased it...
Friday, May 20, 2005 Q Television Network Sets Sight on Hollywood
PALM SPRINGS, Calif. – May 20, 2005 – Q Television Network (Pink Sheets: QBID) announced today that they are in negotiations to purchase a production studio in the greater Los Angeles area. The studio currently has production contracts which Q Television will inherit once the deal is finalized. Q Television hopes to take possession of the studio by June 1, 2005 and have a final closing no later than July 1, 2005.
"With the revenue currently being generated from the studio, this turn key operation, equipped with the latest technologies, including fiber to send and receive our signal, will cut our production costs by 70%,” said Frank Olsen, President and CEO of Q Television Network. “With a studio in Dallas and soon the one in the LA area, we will have the capacity to increase our live programming to 60%, making Q Television the only GLBT network with that large of a percentage of original programming. Among the new shows to be shot there will be Gay Day, our morning talk show, which will consist of two main celebrity hosts and correspondents from around the U.S., which will begin airing in June. It would be nice to get some info on the Pride deal but as mentioned earlier by Doc, for now we are doing some share programming. I doubt this will be a PR because the deal to purchase is still within the courts. Frank has made an offer as I have mentioned previously and the court system up here is slow as malasses in January. The quote Richard gave me that came from Frank is "If there is one thing I know how to do is buy bankrupt companies."
This is very positive but unfortunately pain stakingly slow. As PT has also mentioned in the past, the governing body, CRTC, has to approve the sale as well.

what we need is this to form a double bottom @ .0014 and then begin the uptrend soon there after. mid sept IMO... the audit numbers come out and that will start the uptrend.
on another note if you the ceo of a company and all the shorting going on and A/H trades wouldnt you as a ceo be on the phone daily to the sec asking them to do there job?

Has anyone considered that Frank & QBID may be retiring shares on an ongoing basis in an effort to reduce the o/s count. And when the audit is released, it looks much more the better for investing purposes.

What I have to do is stop buying this stock...I have been in and out over 12 times..everytime I think it is at the bottom and there is good news (Cox) I buy and then i loss more money...

IMO if Qbid was buying shares to retire them I beleive he would have released that information. I can't see a great advantage to that information being kept secret.

MM's are not posting many sells! I know there are some sells there... the MM's would have had to run this up to .005 or more with the buying pressure that we have seen!
Therefore, my speculation is that we will see some huge 9 mill blocks go through at the bid sometime today as the MM's reconcile their books and we will see it as weakness!

We closed today at the same level we opened and on some good news...go figure! I sold my remaining shares today and will rebuy in a couple days....
From a tech perspectative, we are in a DOWNTREND and some correction is required before it goes back up, or we need financial news (o/s, a/s etc)!
Now, with that being said, todays news, IMHO will shorten the amount of time required for the chart to turn around! My gut feeling is that we will be testing 14/15 by Friday again (my buy is in at 14, but I may adjust to 15 if need be) and then WE WILL turn around and head upward. I fully plan on using ICMH profits to buy 5 - 8 million shares late this week or early next, so I am still with the Q gang! The support for this is in the 13-15 range, so, I absolutely do not think it will fall below that level!
I know I am taking a risk by sitting out for a couple days, but, it is one risk I am willing to take!
Before everyone starts screaming MMManipulation, I want to ask one thing.....
How can 1 bill shares trade and the pps stay flat?
My thoughts again go back to the sale of restricted shares, and until Frank provides us audit results, this is staying put at the current pps! Lets look at this from an historical perspective: RCN was announced (#10 carrier who was bankrupt) and the pps went to .0095 on the same qty of shares traded. Cox was announced (#2 or 3 carrier who is very strong and well financed) and the pps stays flat....
My prediction above has come true, and I will go further and state that we will stay right here until next week sometime when the charts look a little better for an up turn. We will not see substantial upward movement until we get some form of audit details to clearly and undeniably show us the share structure!

I have also been watching L2 activity this week..
The MM(s) pushing this down have been VERT and NITE...but mostly VERT. He will be the MM to watch to see when this will turn around and head back north!

From a tech perspective, I think it may hit back at 13/14....
The MACD is just crossing over into the Negative divergence. But the Slow stochs are nearing bottom. Yesterday, we fell below the 20dma support line, but we seem to be holding here.
IMHO, this may float right here in the 13-16 range for the next week - two weeks!
