for the life of me i cannot understand what is going on!!!it is starting to get frusterating thinking about what is going on...
i have thought of every avenue...
--you have got to think about all the reasons for this to be happening...
#1 --It has to be somebody with a ridicously high share count...this can ONLY be Frank or MM. for it to be Frank, lets think here, he would have to not at all want to create a Gay TV network and want to sell all his shares at this ridicously low price...even if he DID want out FAST, he could easily set his orders on the way up and put out the big PR's and get out a lot higher--we all know that.... ----now obviously the MM is the best option for the Manipulation, but some questions still arise...yes i do think the MM are naked shorting this stock to death--but WHY...??? i would think that by now the MM have fully covered their shorts from the last couple of weeks with all the great news and pr's...then word of an investigation comes out and they are still naked shorting...also, i think huge money can be made if they were to let it run

it's ironic, isnt it ! with cox picked up, i thought it would send the pps to, at least, .0035. and yet, over 1.1 bil changed hands with .0017.

Millertime..if it is the MM, then we would be yesterday much lower than 0.0017 if you put this volume on the bid yesterday it had to be much lower... so I doubt that it is the MM

Pridevision/OUTtv has had our "Q" encoder installed for at least 4 months now and they have been transmitting and working out the bugs.
There is a deal in place to exchange programming, I have an e-mail from Wendy that states the sharing agreement.
I would think that it will start as a programming sharing until we get a yea or nay on our offer to take over Pridevision/OUTtv. I know that Wendy (Programming Director and Operations Manager) is very excited about the whole venture. She has been pushing to make it happen.
Remember, we will need them to get the Gay Games to Canada as per the PR's that have been indicating that we will broadcast the games in Canada. Either, through a programming exchange agreement or outright ownership, Frank is going to get it done.
This of course is JMHO

this MM manipulation may be a blessing in disguise...
and let me say something on a personal note
i STRONGLY STRONGLY feel that Q will hit at the BARE MINIMUM and i mean BARE, 5 cents!!!honest to god this is what i really believe in....
now on that note, i am like many of you guys just wondering what in the heck is going on, and like many of us, we dont know if we should buy more in because of the manipulation of the stock...
yes, i would guess right now we should be trading at or around .01 without hype of future of Q...include the hype and all maybe about 2cents...now with that said,,,i have resigned to the thinking of just waiting for the audit...all big news now is huge because it gives us a better chance of moving to the amex...i would love to get off the pinks, but the otc/bb wouldnt be unbievable...amex--we would be trading with the big boys!!
so, the 1 thing that keeps me buyin more is the fact that once the audit is realeased and subscriber #s are out, it is literally impossible to manipulate a stock when you can figure out its pps by dividing the profits by the sharecount (i think thats the calculation)...its not like we are loosing out by not going up,,,becasue once all is put in place, we will just leapfrog basically all the area we should be in now!

jonas, i really dont know what your trying to get at...im not trying to sound rude, i promise, but how many shares were traded yesterday...way less, yes, and it is fact in the pinksheets the MM hold many stocks down...the MM rarely hold stocks UP in the pinksheets because they make way to much money the other way (down.) so your paragraph up there doesnt make to much sense...at least to me, but maybe you just need to clarify youreslf

I talked to Richard today around noon because i wanted confirmation of the news today...now i will try to remember all of what i asked, as i didnt expect to get through, and just kept asking questions that got into my head...
1. yes they do have a national deal with COX and yes it came in late last night!
2. cox does realease PR's but only major PR's because they have so many little things going on everyday...it was in the agreement to not PR it..(so dont expect a PR about it as Frank does not want to piss off cable execs.)
3. talk about the accouting firms name---Frank lost a lot of business from giving out names of companies he was working for..(dont know how.) but richard did mention that in the past these companies and been flooded from Q shareholders.
4. any word on audit date completion---wont know till 3 days before it is relased
not a very exciting phone call, but nontheless ill post it...we did have a little tussel over the manipulation of the stock and i gave him my thinkings on it and he understood what i was saying, but again danced around all my questions regarding it...just sayin stuff like thats why we have the investigation in place etc....
