its getting to where something is either terribly wrong or its gotten so big and complex, that it really is taking some extra time to do the financials and what it all entails in becoming a full reporting company. personally i believe its the complexity of a much bigger spectrum than most would believe i.e., crossing all the t's and dotting all the i's, numbers and shares that is taking more time than most anticipated. franks quest will prevail...dangit it better!

The stated and un-stated listing requirements for the US Pink Sheets are as follows:
minimum requirement of 25 stockholders of record holding one board lot each
not a blank check company,
current financial information must be available to market makers and stockholders,
foreign companies must have applied as exempt issuers under 12g3-2b with the SEC,
must have a market maker submit 15c211 application to NASD and agree to act as market maker for securities of company.
Management of the PinkSheets have become much more aggressive in the last two years in recruiting new companies to trade on the PinkSheets. It is, however, becoming more difficult for once active now inactive companies to be quoted on the Pink Sheets.
There is no difference in the trading system currently used by the OTCBB and the Pink Sheets. The Pink Sheets are currently where the OTCBB was three years ago prior to the OTCBB requiring all companies quoted on the OTCBB to be fully reporting issuers under the Securities Act of 1934 with the SEC. Quotes for PinkSheet companies are available on the Internet on almost all quotation services.
There are a number of advantages to micro-cap companies in particular listing on the Pink Sheets. The greatest advantage is that companies are not required to go through the expense of filing a registration document with the SEC and maintaining that registration. Non-reporting issuers are also exempt from the corporate governance requirements of Sarbanes Oxley. Management therefore can focus on developing the business of the company instead of trying to meet ever increasing regulatory standards which do not always fairly apply to micro and small cap companies.

My HO. I think frank or large investors who really know how big this is going to be;are pulling the pps down. They or he put very large buy orders at the bid or lower each day, the mm's know everyone is impatient now and they can get people to sell, at least shorts and some longs. The day substantial news comes out (audit complete),it will be released at around noon and before that we will see a substantial decrease in pps. I'm talking 50% from where we are now, they will get all the stop loss orders out and we'll prob. see a 3 billion volume day or more. Don't get caught with your pants down have cash available when this happens as it has in the past!
THIS WILL BE THE CO. OF THE DECADE! Not trying to pump or get people to sell; I'm holding 2.5 mil and will look to pick up another 7.5 when and if this happens; Hope it does;JMHO. GLTA.

If Dilution is going on; I don't see anything wrong with it; just getting more investors to get in and make a boatload $$$$$$ when big news hits......this is not a million dollar Co. we're talking many many billions and when they show profit in 2 quarter we should be pass $1.00's not pennys,JMHO If MM"S are shorting they know they can cover easily in a couple weeks with daytraders and playing with the pps.

Well I was wondering what Bob and Tom had to say about Q the other day, so I shot them an email. This is the response I got....You have to pay for VIP access to the site to listen to the last 30 days of broadcast. Maybe someone would be interested??

Thought you guys might like this. My local radio station here in Florida, talked about Q TV during the afternoon show. They were talking about the new 'Queer News' show & played some silly spoof on what the "Queer News' might be like. Needless to say my friends in the car were stunned since I talk about Q all the time & they think i'm nuts, lol.
