Once it is released, we will know the authorized, issued, and outstanding share counts. Which will determine the market cap and we will be able to calculate a pps depending on what model you use to calculate it. Of course we will also get all the financial statements. Probably won't get subscriber numbers but it is a possibility.
In my opinion, I wouldn't expect institutions to "jump" at a sub-penny stock.
And don't forget all the footnote disclosures that come with an audit. As we saw with Valcom's they are very meaningful as well.

hey guys -- it's been a while and I will be out for about another week or so, but I am pretty much amazed about the pps here. Last I was "involved" in this thread, we were all stoked about the Cox issue and things looked really rosy. As far as I can tell, there has been no negative news out there since, and I don't get 1) why we are in a slide if nothing nuch has changed, anticipations not met, etcetera, and 2) why people are predicting the slide to continue as low as 10!
Maybe someone would be kind enough to catch me up -- why the slide from 20 to here?

yesterday i had an order for 0.0014 , I din'tget that one so I cancelled that one, now I can get that easy, and I'm not doing it, just gonna take the risk that it ll go a little bit more down, did you see mee bashing it down? do you think its G-invest fault? that everyone listend to his advice? my question is why do you keep posting this? No one needs to your know postion or your order. Your the only one posting when your buying or selling. This board is not for that. We are not here to talk about when to get in or out. We are talking about this company's growth and when things might get done.

I am just looking at our trend... and the PPS trend continues to go down, no matter what. The MMS keep taking the PPS down - a tick a day. I agree, that we have had great news, but the facts are the facts, we continue to go down. Why? I dont know. The only one that know that knows is Frank and he aint talking at this point.
I will predict this: We either tank or we sky-rocket. The Q is like a giant rubber band. It will either snap or will take-off. Let's hope it Takes off.
9.75 mil and holding.

Honestly I don't know why we are dropping. We will know soon enough though. If next week we don't run we are going to have troubles. I am hoping we can stay around this level and work the run theory. If we go to .0010 look out! It ain't nothing good..
Honestly this looks like a huge run in the making, but this stock is so funny it is hard to know what it is doing.

well my 2 cents is this.....from what it APPEARS is the MMs have a firm control on the PPS (i think we can almost all agree) they know an audit is coming and yes i think they can clean up the past mess. lawyers can do anything with some time and money. the MMs know the deal with COX, they know this is going to be the fox news of the gay community. so what would you do? id slowly but steadily drive it down to its lowest point..its breaking point, and make money on the way to making money if that makes sense. seems like they are making money twice at the same time. bring it down..shortin it and getting in deep down low. the MMs have a point A to get too, along the way is point B where they can shake some change out of suckers. i dont think they would have taken it THIS low if they didnt think it was going to go so HIGH in the future.
i think frank has a lot of power right now he will execute soon. i think that september 5th is going to be a milestone for the company AND the shareholders. i mean wouldnt YOU as the CEO of a breakthrough network want to rock the house on the anniversary?
Q is the real deal, and i believe Q is superior to the other networks. Q is "cool" so to speak its like the popular clicks in high school of the gay and lesbian community. this of course is coming from a non-analyst view so to speak im not talking about numbers or volume or charts. im just saying this by taking a deep breath, exhaling, and looking at Q and where it has come from the beginning. its not perfect and so many on here cry about past PRs, broken promises, but hey nobody is perfect even fortune 500 companies do the same if not worse, right? everyone makes mistakes frank wants this to go and it will (opinion)
im holding my shares till the end on this one. i dont think there is going to be a reverse split the demand for this stock will be too much. im waiting for the buyout, the thing is if there IS a buyout...it had better be soon because you want to buy all those shares cheap! .15 cents not a dollar! for sure before december and you might ask: "well nobody will buy this until profit is coming in" well that could be true but if there is competition and bids to frank to buy the company you can bet favorites will be made. the whales are going to move in on this one. there are way too many big timers out there who know a good investment when they see one and they will capitalize on this. i mean how much more proof does anyone need to be able to know that frank although Q is his baby, his masterpiece he wants to sell it and he should with all the hard work he should go get himself a new estate. he has done it before hasnt he? a lot of you daytraders are missing out on something somewhat historical in american media. one day im going to be able to look back and say "wow you know Q and how big it is? i invested that stock when it was under a PENNY!" "i was hovering right under a million shares!"
and i can only imagine what the look on peoples faces will be =)
