Honestly, I've stopped expecting the PR. At this point, I'm waiting for the upswing into the mid 20s, and then I'll start expecting the PR. The reason for this is based simply on my desire to see some green, and my lack of concern over the timing of the PR. School just started, and it will keep me distracted for a little while. Hopefully in the extremely near future everything will turn out great.
As far as charts go - Thank God there's finally some good TA discussions. I love reading charts and I'm definitely going to learn a lot more now.

We need to get that 16 out of the way and start working on the 17's so we can get into the 20's.

That is partially correct. But you are forgetting the selling aspect of it. If the price is forced up in an unhealthy way, it will fall just as fast and may even trigger more selling.
There's no point in battling the market. The natural market forces will win every time. I wouldn't throw my money away like that. Allow the buyers and sellers to take their natural course and see if it's the bear or the bull that emerges victorious. To do anything else would be futile. Unhealthy trends won't hold anyway.

It works 2 ways.
When the low ask is met we move on to the next higher ask.
BUT - this is the other part - When the high bid is met we move on to the next lower bid.
It may sound a little confusing. But the bottom line is, in the end it will all even out anyway.

I just got off the phone with doug, We had a great conversation. He is a really top notch guy. I asked about a PR comeing. He said soon.we had a very broad conversation as we talked about other things not related to stocks. He said there will be a number of PR's comeing that will flow over 2 or 3 weeks. Our conversation switched quite often from one thing to the other as I was not trying to drill the guy.I will say that from my conversation it will be sooner than most of us think. He said there were a number of PR's comeing and that they are comeing together but not everything is done yet, when it is the information will flow over a period of 2 to 3 weeks. Again He was a pleasure to talk to and I will be buying more ICHM.

In terms of risk, pinks are more risky than OTC. Think of PinkSheets as an alternative to OTCBB. It is an electronic quotation system displaying quotes from broker dealers for many of the over the counter securities. Market Makers use the bid and ask quotation prices which are published by them. The actual name, "Pink Sheets" comes from a color of paper they were basically printed on. Today, they are published by Pink Sheets LLC, a privately owned company. It is not registered with the SEC and is not a NASD Broker-Dealer.
Pink Sheets does not require companies whose securities are quoted upon its systems to meet any listing requirements. The companies quoted in the Pink Sheets (with the exception of a few foreign issuers) tend to be closely held, extremely small and/or thinly traded. Most do not meet the minimum listing requirements for trading on a national securities exchange, such as NYSE or NASDAQ. Many of these companies do not file periodic reports or audited financial statements with the SEC, making it very difficult for investors to find reliable, unbiased information about those companies. For all of these reasons, companies quoted in the Pink Sheets can be among the most risky investments. You should take extra care to thoroughly research any company quoted exclusively in the Pink Sheets.
The OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) is an electronic quotation system that displays real-time quotes, last-sale prices, and volume information for many over-the-counter securities that are not listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market or a national securities exchange. Brokers who subscribe to the system can use the OTCBB to look up prices or enter quotes for OTC securities. Although the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. oversees the OTCBB, the OTCBB is not part of The Nasdaq Stock Market. Fraudsters often claim that an OTCBB company is a Nasdaq company to mislead investors into thinking that the company is bigger than it actually is.
Under the OTCBB's eligibility rule, companies that want to have their securities quoted on the OTCBB must file current financial reports with the SEC or with their banking or insurance regulators.

From what i got from our conversation is that he will not Put out any PR until all the PR's are ready. There will be a number of PR's.He said that the information will flow over a period of 2 or 3 weeks.I did not gather from my conversation that it would be today tomorrow or even monday.I am excited over my conversation, I had told him a couple of buddies of mine had talked me into buying a few shares and that I wanted to find out if they were on the up and up with all this talk of good news coming. At the end of my conversation he said not to worry we'll take care of you.It seems that when it does happen it will be a good long one which has changed my position with this stock. Now it could happen soon like tomorrow for all i know. we never talked specific days and I feel it will happen soon.My guess, 10 buisness days.could be before could be after.Gives me time to get some more mulla into this.
