Here is what I have said -- not suggesting what you should say, but just to let you know basically what I have sent to IGTN fax, Scott Email, Wilke Email, IGTN fax, and the fax of Wilke's associate firm btw -- I don't think I posted Wilke's email. It is petewilke@aol.com

Scott,

In relation to my last email, I have since verified that there is only one Chris Evans that practiced law in Annandale Virginia, and that same Chris Evans was indeed convicted of federal moneylaundering charges in Maryland with additional charages in California. He was subsequently disbarred from Virginia in 2002 (see citation below).

SCOTT -- PLEASE release a PR this weekend either clarifying this or detailing disciplinary action (like get him the hell out)... This sounds bad, but it can be fixed with a PR hopefully. Help us investors out here, please – get us something before BOM Monday!

Thanks, Scott

And thanks you guys for not just thinking I am a basher. I am hoping that we can nip this thing in the bud before it gets out of hand. If it is a different Chris Evans, then Scott can release a PR to that effect. If it is the same Chris Evans, then he can fire the dude and get that out, too.

I am hoping you have all done your DD on this company, and see that they have patents, strong products, and good numbers. Still ain't nothing wrong with it, IMO, but I sure don't want to go from expecting .06 on an audit PR to .01 on some crappy un-addressed info. pulled up on one of the boardmembers.

We just need to get this addressed, and then we can sleep easy.

I also just faxed this to the accountant:

Dear Mr. Spector, Having worked in a professional capacity with Spector & Wong in the past, I have a great deal of respect for you and your firm. I do not wish to bother you with the details, but respectfully ask that if you have the ability to contact Mr. Scott Sand of Ingen Technologies of Calimesa CA, that you please have one of your staff do so and ask him to check his emails, faxes, and voice messages. As a shareholder I believe it is imperative that he do so postehaste, and were it not for the urgency, I would not be bothering you with this matter. Please excuse this intrusion. Sincerely, (ME)

Bill, I am taking you at your word that you "stumbled" on to this while doing your DD. I am also trying to find a delicate way to handle this. Here goes:

While we here on this thread should be upfront and honest with each other, I don't see any reason to go screaming through the other boards with this information, and I hope you agree. If they wanted the best, they would just join here at Allstocks anyway, right? No reason to go shouting this from the rooftops then?

[Confused]

Anybody having any luck?

Update again, guys -- I just heard from the attorney Pete Wilke by email. I have written him again to ask if I can share what he said to me verbatim. But I can say that he is on this and will contact Scott. I think we can end the Blitzgreig as far as trying to contact them now. I will update again as soon as I get anything.

I will also say that he knew nothing of this. I believe him. I would bet good money that Scott didn't either. How dumb would you have to be to put this guy's bio on your website if you knew what he had been up to? I think everybody got took by this guy, and he is about to have a really bad weekend.

Reminds me of a time when someone close to me was in some trouble with the law. A friend of her family (going back like 50 years) claimed to be an attorney -- always had. Anyway, this guy actually came to court and talked to the DA on my friend's behalf -- then totally disappeared. Turns out he never was an attorney at all, but had been lying to the family all those years. He actually took that lie so far to to show up and talk to the DA in court. Crazy what some people will do.

Anyway, I am still holding slim hope that there are two Chris Evans' in Annandale VA, but in the absense of that little gem of news, I am growing more and more confident that Scott didn't have anything to do with this.

Still needs to be fixed, and right away. I will still follow it and update with anything I have, but I feel MUCH better now that I have a response and know how surprised the lawyer was to hear this, and now that I have a while to think about how this HAS to be Chris lying or a mistake. I wouldn't want to be that dude if he is the same Chris Evans, that is for sure [Smile]

Good point, Explorer. If Scott even knew, which after having spoken to the people I have spoken to I kind of have my doubts about.

But I have been working on this hard since early this afternoon, and not one thing I have found, not one thing, has indicated in any way that this COMPANY is not for real. Everything I have found is positive except for this Chris thing.

Knowing what I know and doing the work I have done, I can honestly say I have no intention of selling. If this thing dives because of this Chris "scandal," then I am just in for more. This thing is solid IMO, and if anything does come of this Chris thing, then it'll be recovered on the strength of the company and the product.

That's all my cards, on the table.

as the ole saying goes.. one bad apple spoils the entire barrel....

well.. it is not the case here. even though there may be one person with a shady past involved with the company, it does not make the whole company and their purpose spoiled. I agree that some damage control needs to be done, but if the company can clearly state this persons involvement in no way is hindering the progress and direction of the company... I simply see this as a great buying opportunity!

I will look to add to my free shares in the coming days if/when people get spooked and start selling their shares! With all the corporate scandal out there these days, I could almost state that there probably is not a single company in america that has someone working for them with some skeletons in their closet! The real key, is did this person learn from the mistakes.... and chances are, he is not going to slip up again because the implications of doing so a second time around are going to be even more harsh punishment!

Good find, Bby!!!

Still don't know which board you found that on, but I'll take your word for it. If that's the case, then there have likely been some nasty underhanded moves played in an effort to get this baby down.

Everybody needs to deal with this news in their own way, of course, but I think we dealt with it pretty fairly here. No lies -- no crap. I slept well knowing I posted everything possible about getting everything out there to you, and then telling you my intentions - flat out.

It proves that there is no length that a group won't go to in order to make a quick buck. I flat out ain't selling. They will not intimidate me.

Like I have said and like FOT said, this company is strong on its merits. So one of the directors is a wanker -- we got it out and now Scott knows about it. That doesn't change ONE of the other facts about the issue.

If anybody has any questions about my posts or what I did here, please PM me about it. I will do my best to bring you through the same logical process I went through. For me, it led back to a decision to stay with the company.

And I firmly believe Scott will deal with this. So it is nothing but a speed bump. Good thing we found out about it and dealt with it.

By the way, I now know that Scott was out of town yesterday, and that's why his voicemail was full. He is aware of the situation and will do what he thinks best to deal with it and take the power away from the bashers.

If you have read this thread and want to sell because of the Chris Evans thing, then I will buy your shares [Smile] I am truly looking at any panic selling on Monday as an opportunity to load up at lower prices. Hope there won't be any at all because I don't think something petty like this should affect the pps of a company once it is out of its "development" phase.

Now I will probably get PM'd accusations of being a pumper, but hell, I have just been posting about the truth, and about my opinion about it. Ingen knows about this now, and I feel comfortable with the DD I have done. I strongly suggest that if you are considering selling because of this little fiasco, you go over your own DD first before you make your final decision.

IS everyone saying the Audit will be complete and released on Monday?

I have heard this so many times an no PINK company has come true. I bought a few shares on Friday since there was no dip, at .032. Not risking much yet, I would like to see that Audi results and OTCBB news. I have heard of 8 Pinkies doing it and none have gone OTCBB.

Does someone know of what that actually did go OTCBB?

Not been pesimisitc just careful and realistic.

I like all hope IGTN does release and goes OTCBB just had my money stolen other times with promises.

What BBYGIRL posted does bring out lots of questions.

Sorry bby -- didn't see your mention of the domain before the link the first time I read it. I am not familiar with that board, but I do find it interesting that it appears to have been posted over there by a new member, as well...

Things are definately looking like this "news" was being spread maliciously. Just something to add to the pile when making your own decisions.

What BBYGIRL posted does bring out lots of questions.

Hey Pens -- having definite information about the content and timing of future press releases would be dangerously close to insider information, so I don't think anyone knows for certain when and what the results will be, but there is information in this thread to suggest strongly that next week is the week.

I can certainly understand your hesitation -- audits and move to OTC are the common "carrot" held out in front of investors in so many Pinks. If you really want to play it conservatively, just imagine the audit is not going to come out next week, and look at the company's fundamentals (debt, product, sales, etc) when making your decisions. If you base your investment on those figures instead of speculation of future audit results, etc, then you will only be surprised in a good way instead of being dissapointed.

This company has strong fundamentals, and I for one am in it for those reasons. While I would love to see audited financials next week, I am confident enough in my own research into the fundamentals to stay in no matter what.

Oh, and I think Monday was a bit of optimism. It certainly could happen on Monday, but I think the goal was for sometime next week.

I have been in this company since .003 and I am not going anywhere. A company with these fundamentals and a proven product does not come around that often. In the past month, the chart has looked beautiful. You don't have to be Miss Cleo to know exactly when it will take a dip and when it will climb, and right now it is in breakout mode, and I am ready to collect my thousands!!!

The fact that this is a great company is just icing on the cake. We are going into breakout mode because of the short squeeze that will be created once the company files to move to the OTCBB. This company can be a rotten-to-the-core POS company, and it will still breakout. The fact that it is a company with hundreds of millions in revenue potential, and with products that many investors can associate with, will make this breakout run hard and strong.

About 50% of the float traded in the low 3's in the last 2-3 trading days, and about 90% of the float traded in the 4's before that. It seems like there is a lot of pressure building up.

Agree and interested with what RyGuy2020 is aking you, what got you interested in IGTN when it was at .003?

What if any other stocks do you see making a run to .03- .05 that is below .005 or less?

After FOT posted it, I looked at the chart and saw that it bottomed out. Plus, like you guys said, the company has no debt, real products, and a bright future.

I truly believe that ICMH is going to go way past the .02 mark in the coming months. But that is a newbie opinion.

I have read all the posts. And thanks a lot to mrgr8avill and bbygyrl123 for their diligent work. So it is probably just the rumor. And it also shows to me that MMs are running out of time and desperate. Which means that could be the last thing MMs can do. I will hold this baby tight. and look to get more if it drops on Monday.
Thank you all for the information.
