I read on RB that Scott said the lawyer is looking over the audits, and when he files for the OTCBB, Scott will PR the schedule for the move to the OTCBB. We all expect the PR next week. When the filing occurs BOOOOOOOM guys.

I just spoke to the Accountant himself. The 2005 audit is to be finished friday and then given to Ingen on monday. I assume he meant finished this friday.
I couldn't keep wondering so I called. Nice to get a quick returned phone call.

Yeah. Rangers added a post from RB (previous page of this thread). An email from Sanders. Said audited financials would be released next week as well as the schedule for the move off the pinks.

Off topic: pass the word around have all of you seen HYRF???
eyii_hyrf_,
Thank you for your inquiry. The answer to your questions are as follows;
Q. Does EYII have an exclusive Agreement with HYRF for the MARTI system ? Only the MARTI system ?
A. EYI owns the trademark for CODE BLUE and EYI have the exclusive rights to market and distribute the patent technology owned by MARTI. The filter provided exclusively to EYI removes nitrates, nitrites and arsenic amongst other contaminants out of water.
Q. Are other distributors outside of EYII allowed to market the product Internationally ?
A. EYI is the exclusive distributer of CODE BLUE and the MARTI technology which removes nitrates, nitrites and arsenic.
Q. In other words, HYRF setting up in the region can only sell thru EYII ? Or are they setting up for other distribution channels outside of EYII. Can they per the Agreement. How did EYII get an exclusive with them ?

Raised to 325 and got sucked in like a Hoover plugged into a 220-volt outlet. No biggie though -- just glad to be loaded.

This is part of the Bio of the Chris Evans who is an officer and the “Director of Ingen” Chris Evans has 30 years experience as a licensed attorney specializing in corporate and SEC law.Since 1993, Mr. Evans has had his law firm in Annandale, Virginia. His practice focuses upon corporate finance, compliance with securities regulations, business acquisitions, and federal tax matters.
In my research I found that he no longer has this practice and instead found this: Inmate Register Number : 46253-083 Name : CHRIS MCKINNEY EVANS Age : 55 Race : WHITE Sex : MALE Projected Release Date : 5/04/2005 Location : CUMBERLAND FCI 14601 BURBRIDGE RD SE CUMBERLAND , MD 21502 Chris McKinney Evans, Suite 102, 4115 Annandale Road, Annandale, Virginia 22003 VSB Docket No. 03-000-0150
On August 23, 2002, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board revoked the license to practice law of Chris McKinney Evans based on Mr. Evans' plea of guilty to a charge of money laundering in the United States District Court for Maryland, Northern Division, located in Baltimore. BEFORE THE VIRGINIA STATE BAR DISCIPLINARY BOARD IN THE MATTER OF CHRIS McKINNEY EVANS VSB Docket No. 03-000-0150 ORDER OF REVOCATION On August 23, 2002 this matter came on for hearing on a Rule to Show Cause and Order of Suspension and Hearing ("Rule to Show Cause") entered by the Board on July 25, 2002.The Respondent, Chris McKinney Evans ("Respondent" or "Mr. Evans") failed to appear, having been given due notice of the time and place of the hearing. Noel D. Sengel, Esquire, Senior Assistant Bar Counsel, appeared for the Virginia State Bar.. This proceeding arises under Part 6, Section IV, paragraph 13(E) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia, The Respondent pleaded guilty to one count of money laundering, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §1956(a)(3)(B).Respondent's guilty plea was accepted and judgment was entered against him on the above-mentioned count on February 8, 2002. Respondent has been released on bond and currently awaits sentencing. There are other criminal charges pending against Respondent in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California and a warrant has been issued for his arrest on those indictments. Upon entry of the guilty plea Respondent was convicted of a felony involving money laundering. Said felony is a crime as defined by the Rules of Court, Part 6, Section IV, Paragraph 13(A). IMPOSITION OF SANCTIONS After the Board made its findings on the above matter, the Bar presented evidence of Respondent's previous disciplinary record and made further argument for sanctions. After reviewing all of the exhibits and evidence presented, the Board finds that Respondent's felony conviction represents the commission of criminal acts that reflect adversely on his fitness to practice law. Therefore, the Board has before it Respondent's admission to and subsequent conviction on a serious federal felony criminal matter involving money laundering. The Board concludes that revocation of Respondent's license to practice law is the appropriate sanction under the circumstances. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the license to practice law in the Courts of this Commonwealth heretofore issued to CHRIS McKINNEY EVANS, Esquire, be and the same is hereby REVOKED, effective August 23, 2002.It is FURTHER ORDERED that, as directed in the Board's August 23, 2002 Summary Order in this matter, a copy of which was served on Respondent by certified mail, Respondent must comply with the requirements of Part 6, Section IV, Paragraph 13.K (1), of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia. The time for compliance with said requirements runs from the August 23, 2002 effective date of the Summary Order. The Board shall determine all issues concerning the adequacy of the notice and arrangements required by the Summary Order. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Disciplinary System send an attested and true copy of this Order of Revocation to Respondent, Chris McKinney Evans, Suite 102, 4115 Annandale Road, Annandale, VA 22003 and to Noel D. Sengel, Senior Assistant Bar Counsel, Virginia State Bar, 100 North Pitt Street, Suite 310, Alexandria, Virginia 22314-3133. The Clerk of the Disciplinary System shall assess costs pursuant to Part 6, §IV, 13(K)(10) of the Rules of the Virginia Supreme Court. http://fourstarfraud.com/documents/evans_va_bar_revocation_order.phpPosts: 43 | From: USA | Registered: Sep 2005

Well, THAT's certainly comforting. Good thing we have solid product and figures. I don't care how the he77 much money they launder as long as they actually sell something and make some money. Remember that carpet cleaning dude in the 80's -- he made some good money.
I am kidding about the not caring about money laundering, and only feel I can kid because I believe we are strong in product and hard numbers.
I am a little surprised that he could get on with any publicly traded company with that hanging over his head. That is assuming, of course, that the post is both real and reflective of the same guy, which I have not confirmed.

By the way, Bill -- if that post is real and conformable, I commend your DD and welcome the news either good or bad. BUT....
a) you are automatically given little credibility until you have earned your dues in posts and rep, and
b) if you are trying to bash, you are waaay too late dude... just put your order in at 325 and fill-em-up.
We will verify your post, and make up our own minds. If it pans out, then thanks for the heads up -- if it doesn't then shame on you. Either way, I can assure you that hose in this thread who are in are in, and those who are out aren't going to hear you anyway.
