From RB: This is an email from the CEO. Good read.
We are assuring that we get off the sho list.
The current trading reflects a combination of old CRTZ shareholders that have been sitting on shares for years prior to this merger, as well as market makers shorting the stock. We are not concerned at this time. While we are very much focused on increased earnings, sales and products, and SEC filings to move to the OTCBB; I continue to take time to respond to our shareholders. You can find information and fact sheets on our website.
We are on a steady coarse to file the SEC documents to become a reporting company and move to the OTCBB. Until that time we remain as a pink-sheet company. Our auditors (Spector & Wong, LLP in Pasadena-CA) are working closely with attorney Richard Weed (Weed & Co. in Newport Beach-CA) to complete the filings. The audits indicate profits of more than $285,000 for year ending 2004 with earnings over $1M, and R&D investment of about $4M.
As a pink-sheet company, market makers can short stock without worrying about the SEC too much.
We are an experienced group of people, and are moving in the right direction. Once on the OTCBB, the market makers cannot short the stock, and you will see a strong increase. Please be patient.
I am the founder of Ingen, and we incorporated Ingen in 1999 (State of Nevada). This company was a private corporation since 1999 and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of IGTN (Formerly CRTZ).
We initiated a reverse merger with CRTZ in 2004 (March), (a Georgia Corporation). We renamed CRTZ to IGTN in 2005 as a part of our plan.
Therefore, anything that CRTZ did in 1998 is beyond my knowledge and experience. However, anything IGTN (formerly CRTZ) did after March-2004, I can help you with.
The total shares authorized to IGTN are 500,000,000 shares (pursuant to the Articles of Incorp.-State of Georgia). There have been about 180,000,000 shares issued (more than 100,000,000 are restricted, and less than 80,000,000 are in the float). I own 40,000,000 shares and have not sold any. There is no discussion of a reverse, and there is no dilution.
Our website has the contact information of the Transfer Agent, and you can always find our auditors, Spector & Wong, LLP in Pasadena-CA.
Regards,
Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman Ingen Technologies, Inc.

I've been daytrading this one for the past two weeks, but finally kept my last buy because I was afraid it would fly without me. Looks like my thinking must've been halfway correct, judging by the posts in this thread.

You think this thing is just making it's daily morning drop, or are they taking it down this time? Most mornings it drops, then goes up in the afternoons. I sold out friday, again, and am trying to get in at a bottom today. This one has been good to me so far.

No I don't - And I'm not positive that there will be for sure. I have heard that there is news coming, with no real source of where it is coming from. So just a heads up as a possibility.

doing some DD, im guessing the next PR will contain info about orders recieved for oxyalert. Also, It looks to me like Gasalert should be hitting the market. They seem to like middle and end of the month PR's, I know many have said it so far but, good find Jason!
