My shares are held in a 'cash' account thru my broker. They can't be borrowed against or sold either.

In a few weeks we'll have to move the IGTN thread to the "Stocks Over .10".

Agree, stockvaper, and then after we all sell it out, we can move it back in the "under 0.10" where we start pick up again. What a routine!!!

How could you say this was boring? This is great! I wish I had more money to throw at it right now == look at T&S to see this is pure walkdown. Happens all the time with this baby. I am only sad I threw all my money at it before the announcement of the PR release moving to next week -- I am counting the extra shares I could have gotten in the high threes.
I am hoping the take it down farther, and only hope they let some retail action in on the shake. Usually it is impossible to fill at these walkdown levels until people really start selling.

Talked to "NASD Short Regulatory" Brian today about "IGTN" on SHO List .......
(240) 386-5105 (240) 365-5100
We discussed a lot of factors involved including grandfathered shares prior to regulation inforcement which we came to a determination that if a firm didn't cover their short position before 6/05 when the price was trading at about .003 they would have had to be really really dumb and deep out of the money now .. also in consideration IGTN was trading in .08 to .10 range prior to short positions ......
He assured me NASD is inforceing Shorts Regulations ...
First .. Naked shorting is illegal in USA but has been a criminal practice in Canada & off shore for years (that is the practice of no brokerage shares being borrowed short or fraud shares being used) ... Foreign Firms use to try to naked short when no borrowed shares where availiable from any brokerage firms ..........
Second ... NASD shuts down any firm from being able to short a stock after 13 days of not covering position or reporting the shares they where able to borrow to short the position ......
Third ... One factor he stated is that most times when a company is on the SHO list for a long time, it is a probable sign that it is working in a cycle ... One firm gets shut down for not covering or goes off the list and then another firm might come along with a new short position that needs to be covered within 13 days .........
If thats the case then shorts have been taking a real beating the last few months with "IGTN" and have to cover any new positions quick within 13 days or get shut down .... They may try to get regular investors to sell their shares cheap thru bashers to cover their position quick rather than get shut down by NASD ............
NASD Regulatory is only allowed to give the public certain information regarding the SHO List .....
He said if investors complain to NASD Regulatory Dept about a security in regards to the SHO list .. like factors of probable fraud stock naked short positions or firms not idenifying the borrowed shares or covering their short position in a timely manner ... Then NASD Regulatory Dept will do a deep research into such factors like proper amount of O/S Share count & float on the common market ... This should be referred to IGTN Sand & Wilke going public on the OTCBB making sure no fraud shares are currently existing on the common market .......
NASD ... Short Sales Regulatory Complaint Dept ...
*** The best process to protecting your investment for +PPS gains is to put the stock in street name certificate or better yet "Immediatly" after purchasing the stock put it up for "Immed. Sale at a Your Target Price" .. therefore a brokerage firm can not borrow the shares to be shorted because they are already being used at a sale price...If all "IGTN" Longs do this then the MM firms may panic to cover their open positions having no shares to borrow on to short and naked shorting is illegal and immed inforceable by NASD shutting down the firm from any shorting ........
Brian referred me to speak to SEC in regards to "IGTN" being on the SHO List .. He said they may be able to give me more in depth information in regards to "IGTN" being on the list ... I also want to talk with SEC about a new regulation stating that "Upon purchasing a stock at any brokerage firm that the party who owns has the right to immediate click choose that they do not want their owned shares to be borrowed on for a short position" ... This is a new regulation I have been working on for years..I could use your help with it ........

It's going to take some patience with one. I'm going to hold my position until the gas alert comes out later this year.I believe this will be huge. Hopefully it will hold this level or even go up but if it doesn't I plan on buying more.
