lol it is true, but i think a majority of the people that have been posting for the past 50-80 pages stayed reasonably level-headed (you have to question the actions somewhat if there is a 50% drop in 2 trading days.) the major difference i notice is the lack of bashers today

Not to put a damper on it, but what do you guys think caused the major drop a few days ago? I hate to even say this but am clueless to the movement of market but could it happen again or do you think it's foundations are firm enough now to hold because I honestly thought it was going down to .30 which scared the britches off me, but absolutely over the moon it help firm in around the .90 1.00 and now I feel it's making firm ground once again.

??? my buddy put in a buy and did like 10 partials since about 15 minutes ago on Etrade. It kept making buys of 500 shares per partial.

I remember when I bought the initial 12K and my additional shares of 5K twice, it bought all at once.

What does that indicate???

Do you all think we get PR news after hours? We didn't have yesterday or pre-market news today? strange, been spoiled by getting pr news every day.

Good luck to all at 1601 hours today!!!

Dell wouldn't gain favor if they preloaded the software on the PC's. PC enthusiast which move the hardware world do not like preinstalled bloatware on computers. Considering Dell already has contracts with Sysmantec, Detto, CMS, Commvault, and Veritas for backup software Dell would have to OFFER SpareBackup as one of the preinstalled software options available. If a deal with Dell is in the works then we should expect to see a lot more media exposure before Dell announces it.

In order for everyone to get excited about it, they have to know about it. In order for everyone to know about it, they have to expose it to the media as much as possible "ie.. the last string of PR's". Once everyone wants it then buying a Dell would be a no brainer for a business owner. We are close for sure.

From Wallstreet News Alerts: (Alot of DD rolled into one)

Why Do We Love OTC Stocks?

As with many OTC companies and investment in NWPO represents a significant element of risks but has potential for extremely high rewards! The traditional investment community remains unaware, and most brokerage firms/institutional investors can’t yet invest in OTC stocks. This is great news for aggressive investors because they can buy shares before the Wall Street mainstream has a chance to get in!

Business : B to B Digital Tools and Services
NEWPORT INTERNATIONAL GROUP, INC. is dedicated to leveling the digital playing field for small and medium sized companies. Its subsidiaries provide digital tools and services that are as powerful as those available to large enterprises, but are designed and developed so that technical skills aren’t needed to use or manage them.

Spare Backup Inc.

The latest of Newport’s subsidiaries is Spare Backup Inc. The Spare backup™ service is a safer, simpler, and more secure way for small business users to backup their important files. Spare backup initiates backups automatically. When needed, users can easily restore files individually or all at once. The worry and cost of recovering data after accidental deletions, virus attacks, natural disasters or major power outages is eliminated by Spare backup.

Grassroots Communications, Inc.

Grassroots Communications, Inc. offers software-based tools that deliver -- at affordable prices -- the technologically advanced features and functionality that modern small- to medium-sized businesses demand. Grassroots’ flagship product is Conga, a Windows application that functions as a unified command center for all real-time communications among employees, prospects, customers and vendors. Using only the Conga interface, users can instantly share documents and access a wide range of rich media communications. These include true VoIP calling; instant messaging through Yahoo Messenger, AOL's AIM, MSN Messenger and ICQ; and web conferencing, complete with audio, text and video interchange. It's like having users from around the world work together in the same room. Conga is also an open system, so it can easily be configured to support new applications for real-time communication. Conga's capabilities include being able to see that a co-worker is available, to initiate an audio conversation with that person (thus saving telephone charges) and to attach a text - or even rich media -- message.

The time to look at NWPO is RIGHT NOW!

A NICHE IN THE GLOBAL BACKUP MARKET
According to NWPO’s public filings and announcements, Management intends to embark on the branding phase of its product that offers customers an automatic and efficient way to back up all data on a computer. The Management of NWPO believes that its target market, the Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) for nontechnical users is expected to increase to 19 million employees within 9.3 million businesses by 2008.
First fully automated online backup service, Spare Backup™ designed for the non-technical person
Specifically designed for small business and home business users
Targets sites with 1-15 computers with non-sophisticated backup service, niche market, doesn't compete with the big guys

GROUNDBREAKING RECENT DEVELOPMENTS
Spare Backup™ opens up affiliate web site under www.SpareBackup.net This web site is designed specifically for resellers
NWPO received an initial purchase order from CompUSA, one of the nation's leading retailers with 246 locations. CompUSA is resellers of computer-related products and services for NWPO's Spare Backup™ online service.
Spare will deliver the initial 3,500 unit order, which will make the Spare Backup service available in locations nationwide and Puerto Rico. Read more

HIGH-MARGIN RECURRING REVENUE
End user price of $15.99 per month, includes 5 gigabytes of remote storage
Six-month prepaid packages available soon through CompUSA

FUTURE OUTLOOK from a special IDC report on SpareBackup™
"The small business market is different from enterprise or medium size companies, which have IT staff to implement backup processes to store offsite backup data on servers. Even with this process, still much data on remote devices is not backed up to servers.
"IDC research shows, that roughly one-quarter of small businesses do not back up their data at all, and fewer than 30% of small firms back up their data remotely.
"For those that do perform backups, most of them do it locally, by backing up to a central server or by burning CDs and transferring files to Zip or Flash drives, which they often leave in the office or take home.
"The backup process is manual, and not only takes time, but if the office or the home is destroyed, the user loses the backup. "Among home-based businesses, backup to an offsite location is even less likely."

NATIONWIDE STRATEGIC DISTRIBUTION PARTNER, CompUSA

Spare Backup to be offered on CompUSA's shelves & Sold via CompUSA's e-commerce site
Also used promotionally to ensure the widest distribution possible to Windows-computer users
COMPUSA is one of the nation's leading retailers and resellers of personal computer-related products and services. Founded in 1984, operates approximately 246 stores in 90 major metropolitan markets. These Superstores serve retail, corporate, government and education customers and include technical service departments.

DISTRIBUTION PARTNER, Hewlett-Packard
As part of HP's commitment to small businesses, the company will offer Spare Backup service via their e-commerce Web site. Two months of free service will also be provided as a special promotion to customers who purchase selected hardware and peripherals through the HP site. The Spare Backup service backs up individual desktop and notebook computers and normally costs $15.99 a month. HP will offer discounted plans of six-months, one-year and two-years pre-paid service.
