The news should be out within a day or so. They are signing a deal today, like right now. It's gonna be big.. It's no joke. I put my $ in there yesterday. Look, when I was told about it, I didn't like the low volume... but rest asure, it's gonna go up... I just want everyone to make money on my lead... I like making people happy...

I too am an IT professional and pens has a good point. Even without a deal this is a good long term hold. The Backup product is absolutely needed and will sell itself.

The web conferencing solutions package can be seen and tried here http://web.grclive.com/ this is readily available to anyone with internet access.

This company is not hot air. They have viable products geared to business and private individuals.

Check them out for yourself..

Kenny, this might still be a pump. Do we really know???

I looked at the companies financials and they weren't good. But keep in mind that they didn't really have a product to start selling until 2004. If they announce a major deal with a BIG company, they could easily wipe out their debts.

UPDATE:

They just left the Office Depot HQ... Deal is on paper.. I was just told that by weeks end, it will be OFFICIAL in writing and PR announced.. Office Depot LOVED what the deal was... HP is up next week. Things are looking REALLY GOOD.. Still time to get on board I think and make a good triple up!

Company did mention they are working on deals with Fortune 500 companies, if they can provide adequate service (backups) this will be huge.

People pay for direct tv
People pay for cell phone
people pay so many monthly fees.

There more we download music, movies and most of all our precious photos taken from our digital camcorder or camera the need for a proper backup will be needed.

Many said two years ago subscribers for satellite radio was not going to be a hit, look at it now. This company can be a leader in a new thing we will be needing soon.

pens, I don't think you get it. It's for companies that need back ups. If I have pictures I need backed up, I'll put them on a CD or a DVD. They can make a ton of money if they stick with working with the government and companies.

Im trying to do math,245 stores for comp usa alone,so what 1 a day maybe x16.00x245,thats 4000.00 approx per day with a really low ball number,now x 365=approx 1.43 mil for this alone and i think 1 a day is low,like worst case scenario,now add more contracts,you guys see where im going with this?

If Froggy is correct and there is another deal with Office Depot i the near future this will go to it's 52 week high in no time.

don't surprise if this goes even higher.

Other than my best most absolute awesome HISC

The only other stock I have been so excited is SIRI when I bought at 2.11 and sold at 8.24.

I see this one with a long future, of course it will have it's spikes and dips... but it will be a great one for the long run.

Look at it this way... If this stock flew today to $1.60 etc, people would pump and dump it... This isn't a pumper and dumper... It's a steady increase and will increase more on news.. I wouldn't want this stock to hit $1.60 today and dump out to $.055, b/c it's gonna be $3.00 shortly... Do I make any sense?? lol

Exactly if you are doubting FROGGY you are crazy.
FROGGY came through all of us, I'm in at .52 with 5K shares.

SO if you don't believe Froggy go somewhere else, even if Office Depot and HP don't come through in the next few days, the compusa deal is big enough to hold it at .090's and moved higher.

I hope peeps don't suck the hook on the $3 target...if it makes it, great...but newbies should *especially* not bet the farm...to them I'd say pick an exit and hit the trigger, no matter how high it *might* go...

It also just makes sense that if a credible company wants to market this product, others will follow. Otherwise it would have said in the original press release that compusa will be "exclusively" marketing spare back up. Just IMO

That's correct, I think they will put their products and software everywhere. Just like you see SIrius everywhere now.

Same as when I walk into best buy and I want fast internet, they have several company offers. I choose which one I want.

Example I have VOIP, when I subscribed I got the T/A free by signing at best buy, I did have a choice of three, but I could have walked over to Office Depot or CompUsa and bought the same.

Any deal will be big, but imagine a HP deal, that can only mean NWPo's software can be installed on new computers.

Just like AOL was installed on some systems.

starting a company requires money, and NWPO has put over $14 Million to lauch the product. Now they are making deals, commercials and and news articles and soon will be published on one of the cumputer magazines. So, I do also believed there's room for growth.

i havent done much DD on the actual numbers of the company but current stock prices fluctuate on speculation alone - which i believe will definitely benefit from these other PRs due to be released.

if the numbers look good too for this to be a profitable, you have a solid long term play

Froggie... I just want to say that if this hits $3 both my 18 year old son and myself will also offer you a steak dinner. I was recently laid-off (ironically, from HP) so I put some of my cash into this... at the same time I decided to help my son get involved with his first stock... he opened an account this week, put $1K in and put it all into this stock! I worked for HP (15 years) and know they were looking into these sort of applications. Plus, my son has already seen the down side of these stocks... before he invested I allowed him to pick a stock to put $1K of my funds into... this morning I decided it was a scam stock and sold it for a $200 loss. Much better week for me than last. I was holding some (330 contracts) GOOG July 310s last Tue around .60. Sold them when I got nervous since Friday was expiration. Low and behold, the thing ran late last week and went to $4.50 or $5 some odd ****. I literally cried since I cost myself about $150K.

Those are the breaks. Hope this thing runs next week. $2 by next Friday!

Daily: one in the morning 9:25 a.m. the next day at 4:01 p.m.

Isn't that a strong buy indicator!

Not that this one needs any soldiers, it's running because the ownership is doing the right things and have good Reps and negotiators dealing with Fortune 500 Companies.

The first deal is always the hardest expect many more after this one, I'm willing to bet we will see in less than 45 days a deal withBest buy.

I have already double my money thanks to you. I got in at .54 and most of the time I take half of the shares out and cash out.

I'll be honest I don't want to do that, not yet, I'm a computer person and know the need and demand for this will be huge.

I have found three other companies that do the same, but comparing their share prices man we have a long way to climb. Comparing their products I like NWPO very much and their monthly fee is reasonable.

What seperates NWPO product from the others is that the program will be transparent to the novice user, it back-ups your entire HD.

I can easily see more announcements with major retaliers and commercials coming soon Froggy is right!!!

Can someone calculate the deal with COMPUSA, what revenues would it bring per year?

Imagine having Best Buy, Office Depot and other selling your product and subscribing customers for you. Not to count the rumored deal with HP!

This is just my specualtion, but I see the company has taken the first hard step with CompUSA the others will be easier.

Good luck to all, and be careful with your investements.

I'm keeping my money here for the long run, I personally think it will be a green Christmas with this one.

Once it surpasses it's 52 week high there is no stopping!!

This stock has been trading for 37 months according to Pinksheets.

It's price in July 2003 was almost $30.00 dollars.

I have 3500 shares in CGHI on the rumor of a $1 buyout which is supposed to be Mon or Tues but I'm leaning towards selling for a loss and buying up as much NWPO as I can, I don't handle risk well but this stock is like a no brainer. Advice anyone?

I was in the same situation with another position. I had to sell for a loss just so I can finally get in NWPO. I was able to average in at around .93-.94 when all was said and done but I definitely think its worth it to have a strong position in NWPO with the week we have ahead of us.

it all a gamble but i feel this is the best place for your money out there at the moment for short term or long i wwish i could have raised monet faster but i am finally in 10,000 at @.95 and now i have the reserves set aside to buy more at the right time. i don't think any of us will get hurt now in the short time when this really starts to go it will almost feed on itself. the magic is knowing when to get out

Yes I had my money tied up in other stocks when Froggy first put the news out and by the time I freed up some money I had to get in at .86, still beating myself up for not getting in at .50 but at least I didn't miss the flight altogether. I feel the same way about the stock. I currently hold 22300 shares of NWPO at.54. I have made a load of money the last 3 days. I know that I should sell at least half my position in this stock. But me being the gambler that I am. I'm holding for bigger gains thanks to Froggy. I'm going to let it ride. Nothing but positive news for this company. With a 3500 buy from CompUSA at 15.97 thats $55,895. I wouldnt think it should take too long from them to sell with 264 stores. Just doing some math in my head and that can be scary. With 264 each store will get around 13.25 I wouldnt think that it would take too long to sell that. One per day around 2 weeks. If this things goes over, that order should increase FAST. Opportunity is unlimted. Not to include the online business. With more deals to come, IMO think that 3 dollars is undervauled. Have a good weekend. I LOVE YOU FROGGIE

Pens with the news out on Friday, we should see another .10 for you on monday, i think they will release their PR's in a timely fashion instead of all at once, to insure their is not a pump and dump of the stock. These PR's will probably be released over the next 2 weeks. What do you think we will see on monday as far as PPS. The last five minutes on friday were buys coming in. Think they were trying to get in before the big news comes tomorrow?

From the time I posted that I'll be okay with a dime per day, we had a .17 cent gain on Friday, so that means a .03 gain today will keep the average going. But, with great news to be released this week can you see only a .03 gain today?

The volume is low, but the buyers are smart and the company is just starting to do the right things, so we should see this GOLDEN EGG pay off in the next month for all of us that are on board.

It's going to be a good week, look at the picks for the last week.

Normally if you look at all stocks they shake for the first 45 minutes of the day. MM's get all the weak hands out of the way and they buy when we sell.

I have lost money that way, by pacnic and I sold as It was going down, and then at the end of the day it was above from the opening price.

So, I'm not going to pacnic, then again sometimes when you don't sell they really bottom out. so go figure.

I do believe NWPo will have more partnerships announcements in the future.

So at least I'm stickikng in, buying more on this major dip.

What we need now is some PR news, the company doesn't seem to release during the day. So maybe today at 1601 Hrs, we will get some PR News.

I'm happy if we close around .95 to 1.05 that's a good sign over all, and PR News after hours or before market opens on Tuesday will confirm this as a BUY, and a good green week ahead!!

What do you guys think?

No exact timetable on the DELL... They are working on this deal... It's gonna go through, just no timeline... Sorry... OD and HP are first... But just knowing that DELL is in the line to put this on ALL their systems is nuts... I have a new target price from the same source... It was $3.00 if you recall... Where are getting these PPS estimates? Just for $3.00/share, the company will need to show us they are worth $100 million, right. I can see $3.00 rather easily, but $5 and $8 seems a little high. Anyone else have thoughts (including the HP deal)?

agree with you on the prices, the $5 to $8 yes it seems a little high for the company.

If the DELL and HP deal goes thru this is huge, both companies are the top two computer sellers.

I can't even imagine what it could do. sound so good really good.

I beleive in FROGGY, and so far he has been right, it just too good to really play all your pennies in this.

But a gamble is a gabmle and if he is right I don't want too miss the speeding bullet, because when the expected PR news are publish this will just take off so fast.

Okay now we have

COMPUSA ------- confirmed deal
Office Depot --- waiting on deal
HP ------------- waiting on deal (rumor)
Dell ----------- waiting on deal (new rumor)
Best buy ------- it can be next, I'm sure prodcut will be sodl here too.

Just too good, can't beleive my average now it's .67 cents with 12500 shares.

I just don't think the MMs know what is going on so they are trying to do another shake. They've already sold a ton of shares and now need to buy some back. The more PRs come and people catch wind of this, it'll play. One other problem is that this maybe too expensive for a lot of penny players and too cheap for big boards. But, like I said, once people hear about the series of PRs and the cash flow, it'll be really big.

On most stocks (and I think this one is an exception) you wouldn't want to get in a stock with a large spread between the bid and ask. My rule is to not get into something with more than a %10 spread (unless it doesn't make sense like 9X10 is perfectly fine).

The competition stock prices are way way higher than NWPO.

I found three companies that do the same service and two have their shares prices are at $30.00 + plus. The other is IOMEGA, at $2.50

None of the other competition have any deals with major computer manufacturer such as HP.

Now Imagine if we get BestBUY and Dell to come on board with NWPO.

NWPO can be tops in the on-line backup industry !!!!

IOMEGA also makes all the ZIP disks, etc. not sure if they do the online stuff that NWPO does (which seems more valuable to me)

Funds finally cleared, cant wait to finish up the buying first thing in the AM. Do you think I can still pick up for $1 a share or we are going to get hit with a gap up?

1) I have look in depth on three of the companies, and none offer what NWPO is doing, a complete no user intervention:

from today PR: From set-up through file selection and scheduling, no user interaction is required.

2) I did find one of the companies does have lots of partners with fortune 500 Companies and also is sold at Compusa.

None are offered with HP or Dell, gosh imagine if hey make a deal, pre-installed in your system.

As I stated before I am a computer instructor and three of us that are and have invested in NWPO really like their product, we have not downloaded and installed, but by reading their software details they are much better the three of us AGREED that if all the rumored deals go through this will be HUGE, much higher than some prices we have seen posted here.

All three of us have closed or transfered funds to load our portfolios with NWPO.

I do believe FROGGY's post of $3 by Friday....

other PR's during August with low float of Shares, this will really climb so fast.

If you are not on board get in Tuesday, the volume will be huge.

Another friend did not believe what I was telling him, now he regrets not getting in. he Already transfered $10k to put in NWPO first thing in the morning, he says as long as I get below $1.25 he is okay.

The $1.00 price kiss it goodbye, the opening price will be above the $1

What do you guys and gals think?

it's okay remember yestrday dip from 1.05 to .75 then it all settled after 10:15.

Let the MM's what they always do, buy on the dips. I think if you have read this thread from the first post you know where the price of this stock is headed.

You want to play day trader, it's up to you. I don't have enough shares to risk that.

Good luck to all... shakes are normal, more when the MM's were caught off guard.

They have, at least on my etrade I entered HPQ and the news is right there.

Check out the HP website: I found this that is very interesting the article is very long but I have posted the 1st paragraph,

The article mentions HP has been looking into ways of improving the capabilities and easyness of storage.

I think NWPO has impressed them with their software and that is why the deal went through. If the rumor deal with Dell it's true!! hang on.

Eire, it is really hard to find your first good stock. It must be the luck of the Irish that brought you here. This stock is highly uncommon. I plan to hold it for at least a couple weeks and probably months. Like most here, I believe it will go above $3.00 and probably $5. Welcome aboard.

Jul 25, 2005 (The Business Press - Knight Ridder/Tribune Business News via COMTEX) -- A fledgling computer data storage company in Palm Desert has hooked a big one just three months out of the gate. Spare Backup Inc. announced July 20 a deal with computer products retailer CompUSA to sell Spare Backup's package on store shelves nationwide.

Spare Backup also began folding its 14-employee Phoenix customer service and technology development division into the Palm Desert headquarters, where currently eight employees oversee marketing, accounting and sales. The company plans to hire additional workers, although Spare Backup has not yet determined the number or types of jobs it will need, said Suzie O'Hair, vice president of marketing for Newport International Group Inc. in Palm Desert. Newport is the parent company of Spare Backup and Grassroots Communications Inc., a subsidiary that offers Web-based conferencing, messaging and voice-over-IP services for small and medium-sized businesses.

Spare Backup will sell the pre-paid data backup package at 246 CompUSA stores beginning in August. The package provides five gigabytes of secure, remote online data storage service for six months. It includes a setup disk, virus scanning, unlimited Web access to backed up files and Web e-mail and telephone support.

The package will cost $49.99. After six months, the customer has the option of paying $16 a month for the service. "It's like buying a phone card. The service is set up through a CD. It requires a high speed Internet connection," O'Hair said.

"We expect 80 percent of the retail customers will become monthly subscribers after expiration of the prepaid plan," O'Hair said. She declined to reveal terms of the agreement or the number of Spare Backup products CompUSA has purchased for its stores.

Based in Dallas, CompUSA operates 246 stores in 90 metropolitan areas where it sells consumer electronics.

Spare Backup targets small and medium-sized businesses with its offerings.

The Palm Desert firm's software scans, secures and stores personal computer files every weeknight, sending customers' data over broadband Internet to Spare Backup computers in Dallas and Chicago. The company previously maintained data centers in Phoenix and Ohio.

Its software backs up e-mail messages, address book folders, word processing and accounting files, music, photographs, finance and tax documents and desktop files. Data is secured with three levels of encryption: SSL with Verisign authenticity certificates, Blowfish with private key, and AES 256-block cipher with unique user key, company officials said.

The Jones Agency in Palm Springs is handling marketing and package design for the Spare Backup product, O'Hair said. The packaging will attract customers by displaying a one-dollar bill.

Tell your friends and enemies, this is a golden egg! Needs more volume, but it will come with more PR news.

It might a while until the word spreads out to the big guys, but a PR about the "" DELL "" rumor would be all this needs to make a name for it self.

I plan to hold for a while, the company has proven they are dealing hard, two major deals within 5 trading days. You have to imagine many more to come soon.

Think about it! other than business travel expenses is not costing them much. The deal is for the other companies to sell NWPO product and make a profit. NO COST TO NWPO.

Both companies win, NWPO gets subscribers and HP gets a percentage.

Exactly pens...it also seems to me, even though I don't think they are marketing it from this angle, that you can basically be at any high speed computer (friend's computer, library computer, office computer) and access your documents and files over the internet through spare. Even aside from just being able to back your stuff up to protect from any virus, having your files follow you where ever you go seems pretty cool to me.

I am going to try to download it myself this weekend as well...

There are two options. Basic and advanced.

Yes you can back-up the registry and other configuration files.

I have a day off today and I have been playing with their free trial version.

So far it's good. You have the basic and advanced.

NWPO website has a PDF document that describes the program installation options. Coming from a 14 years of experienced in computers, it's really nice and the need for saving your data on-line servers will increase.

Too many viruses and too many novice computers users. Plus, the High speed internet subscribers are increasing, ah!! that brings more possibilities, WHAT ABOUT HAVING SBC AND COMCAST selling NWPO product as part of your high speed subscription?

As a small business owner I think that I am going to be one of the first in line for this software. I have a heavy software accounting prog with no really reliable backup solutions without sellin the farm that is. So I'm gonna try out that demo. GL All. this stock moves with hardly any volume at all. I made it up to 40k shares averaged at 77 so I'm in great shape. I might even chase this a little ways up when it starts to run.

we are working on it, the market is going to be huge, we also have another deal in the works.

I'll be retirng from the miltary in 2 years and one of my buddies just retired and the other is a military brat.

holding its own for new high, look like, while MDII fell from high of 1.79 (closed yesterday at .87) of 1.10-1.11. BRVO reached high of 1.045, looks to close around .955...so, doing pretty well here. Apparently, needs PRs to keep rolling, though. Some real volume would have this one screaming...looks like today's vol will be right at 233k

News are coming daily and after the HP and COMPUSA deal I can only expect many more to come in the next 45 days. NWPO product will be on many store shelves by Thanksgiving.

Eire, I am pretty new to the market as well but have been getting better.

Breakout and run basically means what its saying. Like, if PR is released, etc., a stock may break its usual price trading pattern and "run" higher to a completely new level. Hope that makes sense, if you need any help (even though I may not be the best person to ask) you can drop me a private message.

Guys we are beign recognized now!!!

With more PR news this baby is going to fly.

As I said I sent an e-mail requesting 5 magazines to review NWPO product, I mentioned it was interesting software and people should be aware of it.

This penny picking is hard stuff... It is like spendin all day digging through shhit looking for flakes of gold. But then there is also anthrax in the shhit so every now and then you get killed looking for the gold flakes..

This is the best way I can explain penny stocks..

Don't forget more PR news to come, if you look at the competition. If you compare the products, NWPO's is much better look at the PR news from HP read it carefully and you will see why they made the deal.

Many more retailers will make deals with NWPO, as the software is introduced and advertised in Magazines, retail websites and the Wallstreet investors see this little OB company with a killer software WE ARE GOING TO FLY.



don't forget the the big companies such as Dell and Bestbuy can come on-board.

Got an e-mail back from PC-Magazine, they will look at the company NWPO and September's issue will have an Article on Backup Providers on-line, tentative article.

I also wrote to Digital Pursuit asking if I establish an account with Digital Pursuit, where do my files are stored and who handles my account. This is the President's reply, responded within 3 hours of my e-mail.

Congrats to everyone today!!

I had to do some real work also and didn't get to watch the action today but managed to liquidate 3500 shares of cghie and picked up 880 more NWPO. Took a loss on CGHIE but oh well NWPO ROCKS!!!!

I'm doing the happy dance right now you just cant see it...

Chop, pens is all over this, man--got the right idea. Spreading the word, legit, no PnD...all these e-mails help bolster the PR effort. Did you see the PR about PR? They hired a firm to run PR and IR...haven't checked em, yet, but somebody in-thread mentioned their having a good rep (as I say, haven't checked that, yet). Anyway, if you're in this, too, we should mimic pens and help spread the word--with volume, this is the real deal...

as you know, I've posted this keeps moving as long as we get PRs...but they seem to keep coming...if you're a lil nervous, hedge your position. Sell 1/3, over 3 sales, into the spread, 1 closer to bid, 1 closer to ask and 1 above ask...that should tell you everything you need to know, yes?

BUT, please report results to the thread...
