honestly, i have no clue. but one thing i know is that NWPO is very quiet on many other boards, and is not always pumped up like other penny stocks - which leads me to believe that any increase in buying pressure is from 'smart money' or people that know what is going on within this company.

We've held strong around .80 in the last couple of weeks. This will help, there's no doubt. And even though we don't expect miracles from 4Q, we should see improvement from last year.

i know, it is weird. but it leads me to believe that it was someone really loading up on Friday, as opposed to just many random people with smaller orders, since the volume is never consistantly that high. hopefully the person who loaded up knew what they were doing, because it isnt like nwpo is a heavily pumped stock on message boards

exactly...that wasn't true at all. 300k volume, up 15% or so that day, and it was dilution? im sure they diluted only 300k shares as well

No, it is a risk the shareholders must know. That is why the difference between A/S and O/S is so important.
The company most likely doesn't want to release alot of shares at once. If they did (ie. QBID) the pps would fall rapidly and they would have to increase their A/S to get more money.
I don't see this happening here. This is a company to hold for at lease 6 month IMO and re-evaluate after that period.
I am looking for them to reduce debt over the next 2 quarters. If they don't, Im out. If they do, I am buying more.

Hi guys, eric always wise to recoup your capitol. I know this isn't a sure fire way to know that dilution is happening but I watch the rise and fall of the pps when trading is happening and this stock still gains 20% on 50k volume. one day last week I checked on it and the pps was 65, at the end of the day 43K shares traded and pps was 78. This affirms for me that Perle is keeping his word and not diluting. Good Luck everybody. I'm off to the races! Daytona Beach is calling my name

I've been using Spare for myself since investing and I must say the new version really came along nicely. It is a great product and from being in contact with customer service, you can tell they are continualy improving it. I think this may be the very early stages of something relatively big. Nothing major, but it could take a large piece of the market share for this service.
I am that much more assured the PPS will take care of itself based on the product.
