Well, I'm still in red, but holding strong. The support is good around 1$ and I'm sure patience will reward us. Two of my stock, which I've been in red for 3 months now show me green, and a thrid one is about to do so. It should be the same with NWPO.
All I need to do now is learn when to get in

OT - cycle how long do you plan on holding approx?
Hi guys been busy sorry I didn't see this earlier. I plan on holding at least till the end of year. This is just my opinion but I think this is headed for Nasq. It wouldn't suprise me a bit for this to apply for big board after financials in mid to late Oct. If you go back and read all of the pr's and step by step planning by this co. The history of the ceo and the recent add-ons. This as I said is only my opinion but as I track this co and hear feedback I am convinced that Froggy wasn't very far off with his predictions. Good Luck Everybody Holding 71,200 shares.

Hey everybody. I got a peice of info earlier today that could maybe explain the "NO DELL" pr. As I mentioned earlier my business computers are leased from dell, I called my dell financial advisor and enquired about sparebackup. I told him that I was considering it and I had heard that it would be available directly from dell. He replied that he inquire and see what he could find out. Well he called me this afternoon and told me that dell was trying to work out an "exclusive" agreement with "some" company that provides online backup service. So far no agreement has been reached so it is currently not available. If that should change he would call me and let me know. So what I think happened is Dell wanted exclusive rights to distribute the service and spare said NO. that is why we haven't heard anything.

Nice info ck, probably better for NWPO in the long run. I think we are well past the Dell "news" impact anyway, just need to see some sales figures and we go way north IMO.

Sounds very logical. Makes it sound like they(DELL) may be still interested (if it is DELL), although I don't know if an exclusive deal can be even considered now that Spare has put so much leg work into partner development signings. I'm with you, CK, if sales take off, Spare may migrate to Nasq. Wouldn't that be great. Thanks CK for the info. Everybody have a great wkend!

exclusive right An exclusive right, as the name suggests, is the legal power to prohibit, or exclude, all others from taking a certain action. In some cases, such a right must be granted to persons by the state, while in others it may be automatically assumed.
Exclusive rights are found in property law, copyright law, patent law, trademark law, trade secret law, and public utilities. Many scholars argue that such rights form the basis for the institution of private property.

Sent this to NWPO - I'll post any response:
Hi,
I was curious with the recent events regarding Katrina will NWPO / Spare possibly be offering anything (monthly discount, free months for contracts, etc.)to affected businesses in the areas? I'm sure hundreds of businesses if not more lost all company records, might be a nice way to get Spare out there even more than it is and help those who did not back up their business documents / computers. Thanks!

at first these little e-retailer license agreements didn't impress me, but now i am starting to realize how many have been formed (and still forming) that once released, revenues should be very strong

Next quaterly report should be out a little bit before mid-November 11 (last 2 were August 12th and May 11th). It will probably not be good yet because the quarter ends September 30th. The next one though, we'll see sales figues. This brings us to February 2006. Before that, we may see slight increases and decreases, but my guess is not much unless of a major PR.
