i talked to bill monday, he said that if the audit wasn't done by the end of july, that it would be the first of august. they better not miss that deadline...he seemed unusually tame when i talked to him. but i'm still ready for that audit, its gotta be coming. he mentioned the audit that was supposedly going on last year wasn't all true, that the previous ir firm did a disservice to plni, put out their own pr's, and dumped shares. i dunno. i remember the previous audit being performed by L.L.Bradford. anybody remember? i am still banking on the pr that said they are positive cash flow. bottomline. up we go!

Cold...let me get this straight...you want a fill at .0088 because you believe that it will come back up to where it is now, so that you can make some bank...therefore you must think that it is worth .0148 now...is that right??? In that case I want to buy some shares of Microsoft cheap, so I think I'll put an order in tommorrow at .01 so I can sell it for $26.30 when it goes back up to what it's worth...is that how it works? Man I hope I get a fill!!!

The 31st is on Sunday anyway, so looks like we might see it sometime in the latter part of '05'(If your lucky). For now, my GTC at .0088 will most certainly fill with the delay. Hats off to Bill/Jim for yet another delay. Sweeeeeeeeeeet!!

Buck...PLNI is currently 'overvalued'(sorry FOT) and needs a panic sell-off(which I know will happen caused by audit delay) soon. I lock fair-value in around .0115
Too many investors of PLNI expect a run through the .05 and possibly into the .10-.15 range. Don't count on it!
A 'suck me in' type launch into the .02's is more probable. Nothing will be sustainable.
Management has failed investors once again. Giving investors false hope. Look back at PR's for evidence. Same old song & dance.
I will be accepting apologies here shortly! I've already called the 'dead-cat-bounce' and I'm calling the up'n coming 'panic-selloff' here and now.

That is what I have been trying to figure out what the hell he is talking about. I guess it makes better sense for me to just keep my money in the bank and wait for stocks to drop before I buy them. Instead of buy now, selling when they go up and then let them come down some and buy again. I mean come on, what you say is BS....lets all just wait until the market crashes then buy in......

George- I refer to PLNI only. I understand your methodology, but its irrelevant! Nuff said.
Newcomers or potential investors currently on the sidelines- Wait/Watch/Learn.
Please read the past PR's before investing into Plasticon International(PLNI). Believe me, you will not regret it! Management is about to let the ball fall hard! More hot-air!
* No audit * No retire/buyback of shares * Constant delay's * Misleading PR statement's(now is considered fraudulent) * PPS overvaluation * Overly optimistic shareholders constantly pumping the stock(most have been in since .0025-.005 and could careless about you and your money(investments)
Do your own DD and you will most likely come up with the same conclusion.

Plasticon Contracts For 10-Year Supply of Recycled Plastic Raw Materials, Enabling Major Increase in Rate of Projected Growth Five New Sources of Recycled Plastic Resins Give Plasticon International Enough Resins to Exceed Rate of Growth Indicated in Business Plan Jul 21, 2005 10:00:00 AM 2005 PrimeZone Media Network LEXINGTON, Ky., July 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Plasticon International Inc. (Pink Sheets:PLNI) today announced that the company has contracted with five new sources of recycled plastic resins. The new resin supply would provide enough recycled plastic resins to fulfill Plasticon's projected orders for the next 10 years.
"The sheer abundance of recycled plastic is one of the most attractive qualities of our sector," said Jim Turek, President and CEO of Plasticon International. "With five new sources of resins, which allow us to fulfill our orders over the next decade, we can now focus more on our sales and marketing efforts. We can also assure our distributor, which is the largest building materials distribution company in the United States, that we have enough raw materials to fulfill all of their orders."
Mr. Turek noted that the increase in recycled plastic resins was mainly due to recycled plastic from landfills. "Our suppliers are now looking at the plastic in landfills as a major source of resin. The nice thing about working in our sector is that there are POSITIVE side effects to our business, rather than the traditional negative side effects with many industrial businesses. We not only provide value to our customers and our shareholders. We also indirectly perform a public service by helping to recycle plastic materials that are found in landfills across the United States. Being environmentally-friendly is very important to us - we have been a green company since our founding. I think that people are finally beginning to understand that being environmentally-friendly is not only the right thing to do; it also makes good business sense because unlike many natural resources, the materials are incredibly abundant."
