CV - I'm actually starting to absorb the brand. The logo is sticking in my head. It's not a bad logo actually. They should hook up the web site though.

But, it isn't stock in Wi-FiTV.com, is it?
Nonetheless, it is an important alignment for Wi-FiTV.com to have made ... and it will result in presenting the company in a favorable light.

I think WFTV is just a sponsor of the site, I think that is one of the reasons for some of the dilution over the past few days, that is how they paid for it

People were comparing this stock to TNOG, I believe. I was talking about the volume today and if it was a good or a bad thing.
if you look at TNOG volume 04/12/05 was very low, and then the next day was the start of its PPS increase.
Just adding a thought that's all, not saying that this is going to happen for us, although things are set up nice at a low now, and all the weeks developments to have a great next week.
It all comes down to Mr. Kanakaris and what he wants to do.

it's been a quiet day, i think pretty much everywhere.
I wish DOMS would move so we could at least hit .0011 today and be in the green. That would make next week look even better. Come on DOMS be a sport!

All that sounds good. You would think the stock would rise now though - in anticipation - pricing this into the value of the stock. I guess there aren't enough people aware of what next week has in store. Maybe people are hesitant to make assumptions about Euro-tainments outlook too.

Just think what would happen if Alex put out a release that there would be no split. I know I would buy a lot more.
I think that is the sentiment right now, new investors are too worried. Come on Mr. Kanakaris, put everyones worries aside so we can get this thing moving!!

Me too. Well, at least we know he has some cards up his sleave if he wants to play them: He can release income numbers for Euro-t, and he can PR about no R/S. And, I guess he can improve the web site too - not too difficult.

and they still have about 1.7million to burn. They got 2.3million in Feb/March, 300k initially, and 100k each month thereafter. That should be enough to fix the web site and do some good marketing.

I emailed Alex and he said he probably won't be able to comment on a RS on monday. A RS is not such a horrible thing as long as the company stops diluting. If they do a RS in combination with a move to the OCTBB then I guess ill be ok with that. Monday should be a good day.

I just saying when i emailed him and asked him to address the issue of a RS on the show he replied hes working on it with the lawyers, but cannot comment on it on the show one way or the other. Send him an email he will respond.

I don't think there was any dilution. There were three sells at .0009, but the rest of the transactions (all 24 of them) appear to be buys at .001.

An R/S just seems like an easy way out, might be me, but that's my opinion.
I could see if cinemapop was released, movement to OTCBB happened, revenues out and still no major PPS increase. then do a R/S to try and Help things out abit.
I can understand doing one as they move to the OTCBB to create a bang, but they did that already when they switched to WFTV exaclty 15 months ago.
In my opinion WFTV doesn't need it, unless they just want to run like a 2 bit organization.
THIS IS ALL WFTV NEEDS TO DO
Advertising - radio, conferences get cinemapop released get on the otcbb board Release Current and projected numbers
Stop the dilution, there are still about 90 million share that can be released. here is an idea...
RETIRE THEM, easy PR and does 3 things
1. Shows dilution is over and more importantly 2. Shows that dilution was necessary and thus was a positive move. 3. Shows your shareholders that you care about us
Later when revenue is up buy back some shares to decrease the Float again more positive PR and puts the company out of the shady PINKSHEET land and into a viable, sustainable, strong company.
just my humble opinion, but I think it would make sense.

Wouldn't an R/S after floating out nearly 300 million outstanding shares the past two weeks look really, really bad?
Doing a little bit of research today I found this commentary, "The only time this stock moves is when news is released and that's the only time DOMS isn't on the ASK and BID side at the same time! I am sure if you take a look at the level 2's for most of the day you will see that he is indeed boxing the stock in! If you look at the chart you will see the massive volume increase and that was just based on rumors and once the dump came alot of people are now down over 50% from when they first got in."
Fluff or substance? It seems to make sense to me...
