I think the 8k is regulatory required to be out by Friday 4:15pm
from an investor friend .....
going to t/a buy more MSSI what ever the price pattern,but especially at Key support on retracement like at .042 yesterday.....There will t/a likely be a % retest of .04 if retracment starts again.........< CGKY = t/a buy A.M. 1st.thing > because volume , Not like MSSI ,buying is starting & Big news is as soon as any time....T/a = near 50% price move in the next week or less for CGKY.......Timely real $ buying will be posted on MSSI about CGKY & MSSI too as i have time....

i don't think this one is going below 0.036/0.37 today....if it breaks .042 we could see another big run

Good Morning Mr. Murphy, I did contact Reeba yesterday and she did say we will see an 8k shortly, I do hope shortly is within a day or so because MSSI is getting slandered all over the message boards for not filing one yet. This subject has been focused on in the past since many PR's were released without a 8k notification which does make the PR official in the eyes of investors. I know for a fact that many are sitting on the sidelines with a collectively millions of dollars waiting to invest in this company for long term holding and not day trading flippers. Hopefully the 8k does include vital information on the monies concerning this acquisition and also maybe some contracts brought into the company during this merger.

Not ignoring you...just limited as to what I can say. I would add that the 8-k must be reviewed and approved by our attorneys which always seems to add a delay into the process.

what do you guys think the next 5 day bottom will be???
What are people's expectations for this MSSI? Nursing staffing, not to familiar with competition or market $$ on contracting...
I'm in with free shares, but debating on loading big time, just curious if my expectations of the MM's dropping down some more or if this is it...
Decisions... load now or wait a little more????
I see it as a huge gainer in the long run... do any of you feel the same way???

look at MRN and WHAI for similar model,also look at CCRN for big league
Group has added over 1.2+ million shares more at support points as posted timely on Raging Bull......If the t/a patterns are favorable going in to the close we will try to push bid price above .04+.....Group will buy retest of support.036+ again if necessary,but hope to help reversal up......We are ,Not short term traders,but t/a position traders for long term trend reversals to up at key points....The Fib. % retracement is normal & i see no thing t/a wise that says the up move will not resume..Trusted real $ volume trader as posted..

PLEASE take a look at smtr, another cornell stock. If you look around april 6th-11th you see smtr ran from .03 area to over .06... All of that buying was in anticipation of news.... following the 11th the stock then sold off at about the same pace mssi is for 2 days straight landing it back in the low .04's.
Then smtr began a decent all the way up to the HIGH 20 cent range, before leveling off in the teens.
This was a cornell stock, it had pre run up before news, sold off on the news, then took off like a rocket, I fully expect to see this from mssi, and i belive the 8k will be the catalyst.

Today the lawyers reviewed the 8K for filing,MSSI will probably post it tomorrow but they could (by SEC regulations)can wait until after the bell Monday.I do believe we will get all the details on the PRN merger and maybe some projections on the other upcoming two aquisitions.This retrace really shook many investors up and out and even shocked me on the drop but there is a reason for it and I believe most was impatience of some longs and flippers for quick profits.The fundamentals have only gotten better with this company and from my calulations we should bring on about 10 to 12 million dollars in rev increase for MSSI not to mention all the existing contracts from PRN,since they have over 1000 employees on record they surely must have the work lined up for them!

preciserm--every chart I am looking at is calling for a quick reversal.I think the DT's will stay out for now but since its Friday and many have been scared there still may be some early selling which is good for smart money now.Showing over 80% buy signals at these levels.
T/a= " W "price pattern,1 year double bottom in price has been completed by MSSI,now forming right leg of a large"W" bottom chart pattern..A smaller 6 month "W"price patttern has been completed this week...There are still 4 positive chart indicator's divergences on the 3 month charts at Bigcharts.com using "interactive charting"....Long term ~ Trend Reversal to up ~ has just started with the volume price breakout above the upper Bollinger Band this week..I have been t/a correct in price projections of ~ ~ long term Trend Reversals to up ~ ~ after long down trends in many post for over 3 years...Timely real $ post useable for buyers..If you will Only see & understand the the t/a charts now. The t/a price projection is $.20+ this month & $.35+ in less than 90days...I am t/a accurate & dd in the Know ....Read t/a long term Trend Reversal to up about MSSI....Trust t/a.
Our SEC attorney is in the process of filing, I’m not certain why it did not come out back to back with the release, as it normally does. Apparently there are a few days grace allowed, but regardless, we are expecting (hopefully) today. Truly sorry for the delay!

zinko, yes sir, hopefully it runs on that...solid company either way from what I've seen though and a good sector to be in these days as nurses are in short supply.

pen--I reposted the SMTR post from another poster who knows both companies well.I put out all the info I can good or bad when ever I find,if you don't like it I am sorry,i thought thats what these boards are for.
8k not filed yet but I was told by MSSI it will be today for sure.
BTW I hope no one here is in MOBL,its going to be a blood bath today.
