The Nurses PRN team is still committed and confident of a positive outcome.
As I have stated previously, we are a multi-state health care provider in a highly regulated industry being acquired by a publicly traded company. Nurses PRN has multiple shareholders - and then there are the lawyers!
Although this deal has taken longer than anyone expected, all parties have maintained the spirit of good faith and cooperation in overcoming obstacles. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the integrity of Dr. Sahay and his team throughout this entire process and remain confident that we will close very soon.

the OS changed slightly and only once since late March I believe,new OS is 174,509,383 adding 12 million shares which includes all escrow shares that do not reflect in the recent 10-q.

I started buying this stock in January. Out of funds now... but if I had some, I'd be adding on Monday. I think this week is going to be special. Maybe I'll sell my SIRI and load up with MSSI Monday morning. Thanks Roadrunner for all of your great DD.

PRN Nurses announces new location which is the same address as Medical Staffing Solutions HQ's,its obvious now that the merger is in place and with PRN it will add at least $10 million to MSSI THIS YEAR.Compare MSSI to MRN and WHAI and you will get an idea just where we are heading!! I have been pounding the table for months for everyone to get in MSSI now while its in the pennies and hold it long and YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! Mark my words when you see where it is in less then one year!
1. We know the deal is still active as of latest 10k. And as of latest statements from Bob Murphy.
2. We know that Mr. Murphy said deal is days away. That was one week ago.
3. We know mssi stated they are spending lots of time and effort to close this deal, so they want it bad.
4. Mssi doubled its office space.
5. We know that PRN is opening a office INSIDE of mssi's office. You do not just do that by coincidence.
6. PRN and MSSI been very quiet lately.
So days away as prn stated, is now, now they show they moving to a location wich is the same as mssi's hq. So looks like the days away was correct, and news next week possibly.

The new entity of PRN and MSSI alone will do roughly 30 mill in revenue in 06...I'm willing to bet on at least 2 more acquistions by then and at least 35 mill in reveunues.

The SP will rise, .07 to .10 first, then .12 to .18 or above as the contracts come in. PRN means a rolodex of working Nurses, which will enable more bids, more contracts and most of all much more, revenue. We'll be at a running rate of 25 million plus 5 million into 4 th Q 2005. 2006 MSSI will be a 50 million a year company with steady growth upwards of 100 mil. by years end.There will be 1 other key acquisition that MSSI will make 3rd Q can anyone guess who? PRN deal will be a cash deal, with monetary interests to both parties on manageing staff.This is good news, others here have speculated that Sahay will issue more shares , or use the SEDA agreement with CP. This will not happen, CP , will be gone by the end of summer and a stronger revenue producing entity will emerge.
Sometimes it works. With MSSI, it will work very well. The share structure ,post PRN will remain intact as I believe it's a cash deal from Sahays wallet to bring us to the next level. The best is yet to come. Some speculate as the strong money comes back in this staffing sector, regionally their is enough support to bring this to the .20's over the next 90 days.
Some don't fully appreciate the strenght that exsists in this sector through expansion and the ability to produce revenuse. When something like this happens in a region,(Va.,MD,Ca) to name a few strongholds of MSSI, (corrections, military) exsists, then other Rn's , LPN's and Therapists will also sign up with the new entity raising the ability to fulfill regional contracts both private and govt. MSSI is taking the steps to raise the margins on it's professional staffing by being able to bid and win sector contracts within their expansion module. PRN adds a much needed way into the private sector gaps that have prevented MSSI, from bidding on other contracts tied up by PRN's network. Will MSSI emerge profitable ? You can bet they will, far more than without the expansion which is at hand. The next 3 years for MSSI, will be market strong and revenue growing quarters. The growth and expansion that we will see here will put us trading in Dollars in 3 to 5 years.
Cornell Partners involement with MSSI, has been manageable , as I have posted here in the past. CP, has not caused dilution here and the share structure has remained in tact.100. through an equity distribution agreement out of a 300 mil. structure is not a problem. Sahay has not abused this funding method !!! CEO, Bob Murphy is well respected in the industry and is liked by many. He's well worth the Mil to close this deal and create increased revenue into the future. The entity will emerge , stronger and more stable in the sector. AMEX, in 2007. For those delusional posters who bash this company, talk to me in the future on where MSSI tracks.
I hope all of us that have built strong positions here over the last many months prove to be ahead of the strong money that will hit this soon. Look for 8 to 10 sessions over 20 mil per day traded and we will be at .15 to .21.
I love this company and I am confident in my position that I have built here. When every else is bashing and transition causes an OTC like this to drop to these undervalued levels, it only allows for the strong move when the picture comes together. Watch for News and a steady climb to the .05 to .06 level soon. Those of us won't let that core go until the mid teens or above.
