dont be tring to leverage off of my post. I am not saying that i dont believe that they have made an offer to buy, and I will not stand for you calling it a lie. I fully believe that they offered to buy out Mr. Craig. I just dont see it going through.

.......did I misread the above PR? Pride was purchased last year, they just divided into two stations/networks and Craig will the president of both stations/networks.
.....they have over 300--yes 300 hours of programing. That's about 12 and 1/2 days of one hour programming or 25 days of 1/2 hour programming. Even with their movies........
William Craig just purchased the company last year i think it has been less than a year. he is the major share holder with 80.2% of the voting rights. he was the one that decided to start the second channel, and it is under his new ownership that all the prs have been refering to. His holdings are being controled right now by a reciever. Bill does not have any say as to how the reciever decides to handle the company. Pride has stated that they have not been in negotiations with Q which is 100% correct. Q is negotiating with Bill directly or the recieving company.
the thing that makes me feel that this is not going to go through is that the CRTC will have to approve such a deal and i will tell you right now that they will be pushing for a Canadian ownership. That is a hot topic these days as they are trying to stop the americanization of Canadian companies. At the end of the day Q may end up with it, but that will only be if they are the only ones bidding to own this company. The reciever will be obligated to make sure that the ownership stays Canadian, and will only approve an American company owning it if there are no other viable alturnatives.
I also stated that i believe that William Craig will have a set amount of time to raise the funds that he owes his wife. Q showing interest could possibly help William prove to a potential lender that there is enough value to loan him the money to pay off his wife.
these are only my feelings and i can not prove them to be true. All i can say is I am a Canadian and i know how stuff works up here.

I don't think that's how it is suppose to work. If you own something and don't like the way it is being treated or used, you should be able to voice your opinion. I would hate to find out that we did not acquire PrideVision. You may be right, but the truth is it's way too early to be making assumptions. I think Frank prematurely informed his investors about his plans. He should have waited until the deal went through instead. PR's like this give investors false hope and even though he clearly stated that only a bid was made, I think that if nothing comes out of it then there will be a lot of frustration and we'll see that reflect in the PPS. Anyway, if we don't buy PrideVision, I wouldn't expect to hear anything else about it. No point in sending out a PR that says they didn't get it.

Could it be aquiring part of 1 of the companys, the whole company, or more interesting partenering with pride in the USA! You dont know that 100%. The failure may not even be Frank's fault. Being such a small business anything can happen. Plain crash, fire, heart attach; anything can happen and managment really isnt big enough for a lose. Thats why you need to protect your money. What would you consider me a short or long? I buy on uptrends and sell during the downtrends and have been with this stock as long as anyone else here. I have been called a basher, been thanked for news, agreed with and disagreed with. And if this does fail I will still have my money and if it does go up i will make money(have made money already). Knowing the market doesnt make me a basher. And trading a stock doesnt make me a daytrader; there have been times I would hold this stock for months, but not on a downtrend. Get over your egos and take advise when its givin; it you agree fine, if you dont fine(but dont cry about it).

Yeah, thats about right. Wont lie(sp)lol, spell check is my favorite tool at work. I remember when i first started my career; had to write a report a for the CEO. Got it proof read by another employee, they laughed at me for a week for getting ready to give that report to the ceo.

I am not sure I understand your post. You are talking about so many different things, which I only see one that relates to my post which was when I said Fact Q is for real and will be profitable for those who are long. I never said that I did not day trade some of my shares but my core position will stay whether it goes to the moon or straight to h***. Anyway yes Q is for real and thay are doing the things that need to be done to continue to grow. Will this happen overnight, not a chance. Will they make some mistakes yes. With everyone they have brought on board I see many good things coming in the future. Yes we can bebate this over and over and yes with my statement it will be profitable is an opinion just like everyone else who talks about ANYTHING that is in the future and did not happen yet. NOTHING is a guarentee in life except death.

Retireyoung, I wish I had the opportunity to follow my stocks as closely as you do all day. Unfortunately, I have an organization to run and that prevents me from checking my investments throughout the day. I'm afraid I will miss the run if news breaks out, and as you probably know - they move quick! I feel it safer for me to buy this stock and hold it. Please do not worry, I did not invest my entire life savings into QBID. I also like to think I have more knowledge than you give me credit for when it comes to fiscal prudence. But hey, best of luck to the both of us!
