Is it possible that they made a contact at the Dinah Shore event? Frank and co. could have been stroking the ego of the buyer by mentioning them specifically in a PR without naming them!

My wife was a flight attendant for a number of years, so I got to meet many other FA's, many of whom were gay. Many gay people are flambouyant and like the attention. This could have been one method for Frank to do just that, while also indirectly pronouncing the value of the Company!

it went to .0057 so fast that it had to pulled back to .0036 and then walked up to .0042-43 and stayed around this neighbourhood for the rest of the day. imo, all gaps were filled during the drop. and the mms have re-accumulated enough during the afternoon. tomorrow will be green all the way imo of course. i was hoping for a close .004 but .0038 is just as good. sold 900k @.005 to get back my initial investment and enjoy 1 mil free ride. woo hoo.

TRIANGLE MULTI-MEDIA INC
Daily Commentary

Our system posted a BUY CONFIRMED today. The previous SELL recommendation that was confirmed was made on 03.11.2005 (10) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0026. Since then QBID has gained 46.15% .

Were you eager to go long? Well, without doubt, it was the right time to do so. The BUY signal was finally confirmed, and most probably you have called your broker and placed your long orders with no hesitation.

Don't worry if you have missed this buying opportunity. The market may now give you a second chance. You may still find good prices for buying in the next session.

http://www.*************.com/StockPage.asp?CompanyTicker=QBID&MarketTicker=OTC&TYP=S

Today a Long White Candlestick was formed. This shows that the prices advanced significantly from open to close during the day under strong buying pressure.

Canadian Gay TV Network Denies Being For Sale

March 21 2005 7:30PM

Toronto, Ontario) Canada's PrideVision denies that it has received a formal offer from fledgling Q Television of Palm Springs.

Last week QTV announced that it had made an offer to buy PrideVision (story).

"By acquiring Pride Vision, Q would be able to cut its expenses down on all of its programming costs," Frank Olsen President and CEO of Q Television Network said in a statement Friday.

"It is still early in the game but we feel confident with our bid to purchase the network and further expand Q and the Queer television movement."

But, Monday, PrideVision said no bid had been made.

“PrideVision is not seeking buyers," Bill Craig, President of the network and its majority shareholder, said in a statement.

"A representative of Q Television telephoned PrideVision without invitation last week simply to explore possibilities," Craig's statement said. “If a formal offer is ever received, whether from Q Television or others, the directors will of course have a fiduciary duty to present the offer to shareholders.”

QTV, however, maintains that discussions have taken place.

"I have been in discussions with Bill Craig, the President of PrideVision TV, and I am hopeful that we will come to an agreement," said a statement issued by Rene Schenk, Chief Financial Officer of QTV shortly after the PrideVision statement was made public.

Schenk acknowledges that PrideVision is not up for sale, but says, "We are offering to purchase the network and let Bill Craig retain a percentage of PrideVision and a seat on the Board. The negotiations are ongoing, but we have not yet come to an agreement on the fair market value of PrideVision."

PrideVision is making a number of key changes on April 7. PrideVision, which is available on the digital cable dial will become known as HARD on PrideVision, and the company will launch OUTtv.

QTV is available on satellite throughout most of the US. The company has not responded to Craig's announcement.

PrideVision recently become embroiled in a bitter divorce battle between its major shareholder and his ex wife. (story)

Bill Craig who owns the controlling interest in Canada's PrideVision owes his ex-wife $1.4 million. The couple broke up in 1993 and for the last seven years he has been in a relationship with another man.

An Ontario Superior Court judge earlier this month ordered a receiver be appointed over Craig's income and assets.

MTV's gay network, LOGO, is scheduled to begin broadcasting this fall. A third US channel, here! provides LGBT movies on a pay-per-view basis.

Well folks, back in town late last night...had to catch up on 22 new pages on the Q...

Great day today and an even more promising tomorrow.

For those of you who on pages 23-44 expressed concern or wonder regarding Lil(Doc, Rod, Suz, PTD, etc.) I communicated with her today and she wanted me to tell you all "HELLO!!!"...
she has some personal things she's attending to that are requiring all of her time...but she will be back on the board as soon as those things are taken care of.

May tomorrow be a great day... it's good to be back home with my Q family...also good to see some new members such as bottomliner, etc.

GLTA,

Terry

Between Q and HRDI...I plan on making a mint tomorrow... who knows... if Q doesn't run, I may sell a little to put into HRDI to flip and buy more Q. I figure 1/2mill of Q sold now is 1 million HRDI which when it hits .004 buys me 1 million of the Q.... I can increase my Q holdings by playing other stocks.... the wheels are spinning now... smile...

Yee-Hah!!

Doctoall thanks for the article above, good to see what Pridevision has to say about things. Here is to hoping that Bill Craig is just trying to cover his own butt or raise the purchase price.

I'm sure there is more to all this than just a phone call from Renee.

And weren't there all kinds of people doubting QBID last night when many named it as the stock to pop this week in another thread??

NICE.....

Here is to tommorrow!

I don't find anything in this story new. Pretty much they are just using what pride vision said in their email reply. They quote directly from the email. I wouldn't pay much attention to this unless it was a official pr statement. Which it is indeed not.

I actually am excited that 365gay.com did this. You know why? It shows just how big of a deal and how important something like this is to the gay community.

The article also says nothing about the actual business workings. Someone was quoted on IHUB as saying that these things are like buying a house. You throw out the idea and feel them out then move in with a more formal offer. QBID has not made a formal offer yet. I am certain they will make one very soon. The latest PR's show no signs of not giving them a formal bid.

The news also one again does not say they will not be selling pridevision. They were never looking to sell. Bill Craig very well may have to. It also sounds like Q wants to give him many options in giving up his portion of pridevision. So he may lose the ownership but not the position which isn't too shabby. I'm excited about what will become of this. I'm sure Bill knows he isn't going to be hired by LOGO's crew and Here! isn't anything like Pridevision. If Craig doesnt want to give up working for a gay television station Q could be his best chance as well as ending the divorce battle. Matt

AndrewAAB. Just so that you know, we post everything we find on this thread. We all do our DD and we bring it to the attention of all. Craig is denying that the "Q" has contacted him and as far as I am concerned that is crap.

I have been on this thread long enough for the regulars to know that I am not a basher or pumper just a honest believer in this stock.

GO QBID!!!!!! [Big Grin]

In the end we all have to do what we feel is right, as for myself I bought more "Q" today and will continue to buy more at these prices. But that is just me, I cannot tell you what to do, just be sure that whatever you decide,do you own DD and buy because you want to not because we someone said that you should. [Big Grin]
