soon to be announced "Gay Day"... is this the GMGA program that we have been waiting for? Maybe the name change is indicative of legal problems / wranglings with ABC over use of the name and so they had to delay (await a ruling) the launch of the show and also change the name?!?

Frank and crew are certainly getting a cross-country tour of elite events. . .compliments of QBID bagholders!
Why isn't our "Queen" here to rally the troops as she did so effectively last year? Gee, her minions are gone also.

Last year QBID made it's incredible run. At that time this board was hot with posters, including an extremely "pumped-up" poster who claimed to have a Father-Daughter relationship with Frank. She was so hot on Q, that she indicated a willingness to pay for hotel rooms for other board members who were on the Q train with her.
Last June she even made a trip to Palm Springs. At that time lots of opinions were posted as to her intentions. Someone posted that she had received many shares. But this is an anonymous board, so who really knew the truth?
Around that time, DarDaDog also posted that he had found out some really disturbing things and was dropping out of Q.
The PPS then really tumbled. Yes, there was an unsustained bump in December.
Meanwhile, Frank keeps making (commitments, plans, etc.~you fill in the word of choice). Last August there was supposed to be a New York office, the 150 stations carrying Q On the Move, a celebrity host announcement, etc.
Oh, and surprise, surprise, the A/S significantly increased during that period also! Not that Frank with all of his announcements actually announced that little fact.
Now, I know the good Q-Doobies will say, "But in business, targets are missed!" Granted! However, Frank has failed before. Let me repeat that.
FRANK HAS FAILED BEFORE.
So, to me, has lack of ability now to achieve stated goals is more damning. Unfortunately when you have the stigma of failure weighing on you, you must perform to a higher standard, not a lower one.
So Frank and crew are "supposedly" filming all this Q on the Move footage, which IF ever aired will no longer be relevant. . .Super Bowl, Academy Awards. There's some major cash being spent and while I haven't seen the financials (surprise, there aren't any!) I assume they aren't paying out of their own pockets!
Do I think Frank is a crook?
NO, ABSOLUTELY 100% NOT!! I think he simply can't get this done and is enjoying the perks and pretentions of fulfilling his dream of owning a Gay TV station. Please note again, I said, I think. While we're invited to write our concerns, they're never actually addressed.
And in the interest of full disclosure I have been around since last year and hold several million shares. Anyone who posts anything remotely negative to this board, eventually gets banned.

BlackWidow Thanks for your response. I value all information about QBID, but I think you can understand that pure opinion doesn't help any of us, which is why I get impatient with those who post without details.
You have provided enough information to help me understand your concerns. For the record, I am a QBID believer, but I have concerns too. I believe there is a need for a gay television network. I believe the potential of such a network is huge. And I believe that it will happen. I don't know, however, if Frank and staff are the ones who can make QBID successful, nor do I know if anyone can make QBID successful. It won't be the first time a good idea backed by good intentions failed.
I can't say I have lost faith in Frank, but I need my faith bolstered a bit. If I sound too upbeat sometimes, feel free to whack me a little. I cannot help seeing the glass half full instead of half empty. It's my basic nature. But if I see the glass going below the half-way mark, I will react appropriately. I hope.

Doc Help me understand about allstocks screennames:
Allstocks requires posters to have a "paid" email address, the one they probably got when they signed up with their ISP, so most people will have just one email address registered with allstocks.
But does allstocks allow someone to create multiple screennames for that email address? Can I post as Bottomliner and also as "Topliner"?
I could probably contact allstocks to find the answer but hope someone already has researched this.

Bottomliner, I don't think you need a paid email to register. I use two emails. My work and my personal one. My personal email is registered at mail.com, which is a free site (similar to hotmail or yahoo!). That is also the one I signed up with. Therefore, since there are some free email domains out there that AllStocks will accept, it has to be possible for members to register using different email accounts. Hope that answer your question.

PTD Thanks for the info. It appears that people can post under more than one screen name.
When I see a post that uses "familiar" comments, wording, sentence structure, even the same word or grammar errors, I have to assume the same person is posting with more than one screen name. I guess it doesn't really matter. I evaluate what I read no matter what screen name posts the info.
Interesting day. The PR from QBID was not the one we are waiting for, but I have to rate it positive, just not as positive as I wanted. In fact, I rate all the recent PRs, which some people have labeled "fluff", as positive . . . but they are like the frosting for a cake that is still baking.
By the way, didn't Frank say about two weeks ago that negotiations with carriers might take a couple weeks longer than expected? Let's hope the cake is finished baking this week. I am very hungry . . . and I've eaten enough frosting to give me a tummy ache.

I like what I see in the charts. I like to see the RSI a little lower but there was a possible reversal candlestick, inverted hammer, today. It could be getting ready for a upward movement and Q tends to run hard when that happens because a lot of people watch this stock for runs. JMHO
The Inverted Hammer is a pattern that occurs at the bottom of a downtrend. It indicates a possibility of the reversal of the downtrend.

I like this price. Unless there is something goiing on that we don't see, I believe this is a great entry price. And the fact that it is oversold makes for feel comfortable saying that. Tomorrow will tell a lot. Watch this closely.
