Actually, I do think this can get to penny land, but I think it will take the company fulfilling its promises of becoming fully reporting by end of first qtr, share buyback of as many shares it can buy with the previously announced budgeted amount of $500,000, currently 5 Billion shares.
Of course I'd like to see this thing trading at .03 since Ed said early last year someone approached him with an offer to buy at .03 and he thought that was too low. Well give me .05 a share and I'll be pretty damned happy.

kool thanx for your input. my experience with these pinky ceo's is they are so full of shiz that i doubt anyone ever offered him three cents a share and if so it was probably when our a/s was around 1 billion which would be a bit more possible to understand.
anyways i would be more than thrilled if i one day woke up to see a penny a share that would put me up over the 200k mark yahoooooo!!!!!!!!1
how about it ed give us a buyback and sell this company for a couple of pennies a share.

I was just updating for you Noah with my no sales. Sorry if I sounded impatient... Just normaly when I add my comments I have about 8 to 12 kids running around Anyways I still dont have any sales at .0002 maybe I'm sitting somewhere on the bottom of the fish bowl with the sales. I was looking into that website www.icannews.com I assumed it was made by an angry investor but after doing a google on Karl Wenzel the creator of the site it appears he worked for ICAN...

just a few weeks ago i think someone with level two's posted it had been stuck at .0001 by zero.
on a brighter note though the volume has been steady lately and im looking forward to a run to .0004-.0006. i think that would be a reasonable run for ican to have. lots of traders will jump on board when this starts to break out of the dreaded .0001 by .0002. it is very hard from my experience to by at 1 and sell at 2 when we are stuck at these levels. much easier to by at the bid and sell at the ask once the stock is a bit higher in pps.

i really like seeing all this volume again. i bought all of my shares so cheap that i dont have much to lose unless the company goes out of business. i plan to hold till at least .0004

amanick i sure hope you are right and aggree that this could be a huge score if that indeed is what is going on. the chance to buyback shares has certainly been their but the lack of volume over the last few months has me a bit weary as to how many shares ed could have boughten back.
ican only hope to one day see that pr stating buyback complete, shares to be retired immediately and the new a/s is 1 billion.

That link looks like some guys who lost due to their greed and poor judgement want to get their money back.They will never have a case because Ed'pr's are protected under the safe harbor clause.Their chief complain is that Ed dumped billions of shares last year,but it is more likely Ed did not do it.He sold the shares in private placements and those investors dumped the shares on Ed and us last year.Ed is a victim of the dumping.He is a bigger bagholder than we are.Hahaha.

Selling?Not me and not at this time.Ican's revenue was 4 mil last year.There will be an audit showing some profit in March,2006.The revenue for 2006 is projected to be 8 mil.The company plans to expand to Texas.Current assets amount to a few millions.At 0.0001,Ican is worth only 1.2 mil dollars.What a value!At the current price,we are selling away our multimillion dollar hotels at the price of single houses and somebody out there is very happy to buy them.

I sent this to I/R on on Tuesday. No response. But based on previous replies, we should have seen a reduction of shares already.....
The below PR specifies the company buying back rather than your recently PR'd, CEO buying back an unidentified amount of shares.
The time line for the below PR was this past Friday. Has this taken place and if so, given the current share price, it should be a reduction of 5 billion shares as you indicated in our previous e-mail below.
Please clarify what has transpired.
