I'm currently down 31% with this stock. I'm going to wait a few more weeks and see what happens...
Why sell now? Here are my reasons to hold:
Promo Staffing - The Definitive Agreement has been signed and a closing has been set for February 28, 2005, at which time any outstanding conditions are expected to be removed by the parties. Additionally, the Company expects to file the audited financial statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission within the required time frame (when is this required time frame?).
VOXBOX - Ray Hawkins, CEO of LIVESTAR, commented: "We expect these discussions to continue towards the execution of an asset purchase agreement within the next three weeks. This network will form part of our strategy to deploy Mobile VoIP services in the future which will be in high demand as the VoIP industry matures."
Las Vegas Footwear - Initial due diligence is complete and steps towards a definitive agreement and subsequent closing are advancing rapidly. The Company is working towards a closing as early as possible in the first quarter.
Whats coming up? 3 acquisitions and the release of financial reports all in a very short time span. Not to mention any further releases. I think its worth the wait, im holding...

Who knows it could go up SA, I am not doubting your pick I just did not have enough money vested in it to hold it was more profitable for me to get out and make another play, and I stated what I observed over the last couple of days of trading, it does not look good at all...IMO...but I have been wrong many times so....Good Luck

Still holding here and will continue to hold.My reason's are pretty much the same as stevo's.With all of the aquisitions and press release's from the past week,i think this is looking like an intermediate to long term stock.
As far as this stock being a pump, IMO i really don't think that SA had any intentions of pump and dump or swing trading by pumping this stock. If we had all bought this stock when he had 1st posted it(@ .025 i think) and sold anywhere between .05 -.08 we would have made a very nice profit! It may never move much higher than it's current level, but i'm going to remain holding just to see how this thing shakes out.

Right, if i were pumping and dumping i would have dumped back at .085 for 300%+ gain, but i have not sold and have only added to my position little by little each day/week. Again, i am not calling 1.00!!! Just a .20 to .35 range play here for short to mid range stock. And as you see how this and some of my other stocks play out, you will see that i do NOT FLIP (sell for a quick 100%) i do not pump to sell, I give load prices, and suggested targets that we as a "team" can achieve if we hold and get a team that is dedicated to NOT scalping, Flipping and just buys low, holds and all sells out for great gains. Best of luck to us all

I feel that LVSG is finally ready to make its move. All the MM moved to higher ground today on news and NITE made one last attempt to hold it down as WECK matched the ask price of .039 with a .039 bid. I expect this to move well all next week. My target from day one was .20 and if we can holders instead of scalpers, we can do that IMO
