The Company is purchasing 60% of the outstanding shares of Promo Staffing with its common stock. This common stock is restricted and therefore cannot be sold for a period of one year from the date of issuance pursuant to Rule 144. The common stock issued as per the Form 8K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday January 14, 2005, is estimated to be the maximum amount of shares that will be issued to the shareholders of Promo Staffing. Additionally, these shares were issued as a refundable deposit in order to retain exclusive negotiation rights to complete the acquisition. The shares are held in trust with LIVESTAR'S attorney. The share amount might be reduced based on the final purchase price of the acquisition.

I think today was a healthy sell off. In my eyes all the holders from .02 to .05 are out and we have absorbed all their shares and are ready for the last week of this play starting monday. We had solid news today and are gearing up for the last week of the run!

LVSG is buying Promo Staffing, which appears to be a big big money maker... with RESTRICTED shares... so... increased revenue will bring an increase in pps in the near term. This stock is going higher yet. simple.

I'm riding this horse into next week ..but the closer to .20 it gets the closer I come to selling. IMHO it has a great chance of hitting .20 by midweek and maybe closer to .30 by Friday if all players play the same game and thats hold out on selling...my decision to sell will be based on the sells at .20 Good luck all ..It holds a promise to some green yet...John

POORMAN - They paid 6 million shares at .00091 so you do the math, i think the pr said it was like 8 thousand dollars total, and that too is restricted.

That 7800 price reflects the post reverse split adjusted price. Last year Livestar had some reverse splits. As you can see in last weeks PR,
"The Company is pleased with the performance and future outlook of the market for our securities therefore the Company will not be executing any reverse split of its common stock."

Are any of you concerned with the fact that this stock has had 2 reverse splits in 2004?? How long have they been trying to aquire this damn Promo Staffing company? This is my first post here, but I have been burned by Mr Ray Hawkins when this was LSTA. Sure it was a speculator at the time, but by now it is nothing more than a pump by Stock_Analyzer. 3 weeks to hold this thing???!! Common people don't kid yourselves.......

listen, they took back 5 billion shares and the reason why its dropping a bit is because we are not holding lol. This will go back up IMO starting next week, if we hold then we will be fine, but just like any other stock if you sell its gonna go down, so hold people and hey SPIDER talk to me if you have problems with my picks but dont come in here and say i am a pumper on a stock i have been buying all the way up to .08 and holding every share as we speak

A lot of good picks? Check the history, this is the only stock he's mentioned in the past week & a half---actualy ever! Hope you made a nice little return on this one, but you do not go to bed with stuff like this. But what the hell, its your money......
By the way......FYI, using charts to analyze pennies is a waste of time. The nature of pennies is just too speculative or volatile or immoral or all of the abobve.
