continued low volume the past few days. IMO folks waiting for news but will begin to dump by midweek if nothing happens. If so look out below...on the other hand if news comes out look out .10. I give it till Wednesday before folks get real nervous.

yup, i give it to thursday though, then if we are not hitting what we want to see, i will re-evaluate, but lets not panic too soon, i know its hard, but lets wait two more days. I will get on my guys to find updates and post them here.

("LIVESTAR" or the "Company") (OTC BB:LVSG.OB - News) announced today it has entered into discussions to acquire approximately $3.2 Million in wireless telecom assets from Global Bancorp Inc. ("Global") to support and expand our joint VOXBOX initiative.
These wireless assets consist of wireless communication towers and back-up systems that can be configured to cover a city with a core population base of up to 1.5 Million, such as Vancouver or Seattle. Global has had an independent evaluation and the assets have a replacement cost of $3.2M USD dollars.
The key to this acquisition is that with this wireless infrastructure, VOXBOX can activate an enterprise-level VoIP solution. These quality wireless assets will enable VOXBOX to penetrate the small and medium business market and multi-density residential buildings. This service offering could not only double or triple VOXBOX's revenue potential but also increase VOXBOX's appeal as a possible future takeover target by a VoIP competitor.
Ray Hawkins, CEO of LIVESTAR, commented: "We expect these discussions to continue towards the execution of an asset purchase agreement within the next three weeks. This network will form part of our strategy to deploy Mobile VoIP services in the future which will be in high demand as the VoIP industry matures."
Global's CEO and the CEO of VOXBOX, Ray Prescott, stated: "It is the decision of Global's board to sell any non-core assets. Global's plan is to retain a management contract with LIVESTAR to maintain and operate the wireless network. The asset purchase agreement we are negotiating and the management contract will include an option for LIVESTAR and VOXBOX to use Global's resources to 1) assemble further wireless infrastructure in 5 other major Canadian cities that represent a replacement cost of $20.0M and 2) to secure other wireless infrastructure in the United States as VOXBOX advances to a more established operational and growth level.

OK listen all, i will say this one time. The hardest thing to do with penny stocks is HOLD them through tough times. I gave out a 3 week play on lvsg for a reason and the reason stands as is. I would not pull any bull with you all, that is not a good way to enter a group. I am in close discussions with many groups, and if you can just HOLD with me and NOT panic (panic is what is causing the stock to drop) HOLD through the rough times and the MM drips. Buy any small blocks on dips and I am telling you by friday You WILL understand what i am saying, but it takes a TEAM of HOLDERS that can remain COOL through HOT times like this. I am telling you my goal of .20 still stands. But the message has been clear, HOLD and HOLDERS will be rewarded.

Earlier I though .04's were a gift.. today we saw sub .04's for a short moment. That's like winning Super Bowl tickets... I hope you took advantage and bought more. This is going up and staying up.

it takes a team, panic sellers hurt BIG runs, now I am not telling anyone to buy, hold sell or anything (thats your final decision) but i am saying if you can stay strong as a team with me we could see HUGE returns very soon, once again I have not sold one share as of yet and like i said before, i baught all the way up to .083

Today and tomorrow should not be a day to bail, i mean i alerted this stock at .024 here and why would you sell now. its at base again, its going to get huge returns IMO by end of week, but like i said, we are a team of holders, its good to know now who holds and who doesnt, it will make my next play stronger lol but LVSG is still going to hit .20 IMO very very soon here

275,808 shares @ $0.0548 I'm only down: -$4,680.71 Holding until i lose it all or until i make a decent profit.

steve, good call. IMO why sell now its forming a base again and it will go up very soon when the hammer is dropped and the buyers blow this up. I would not be here talking it up if I didnt feel strong about it. I am holding all shares still.

I'm with ya also! I know it's not a very large amount,but every little bit helps .I'm going to continue to hold as i also think this thing is getting ready to make another huge run up.If it doesn't, then so be it. I'm up enough this year to cover the loss if things doesn't go our way.

Thanks TRX - to be honest, you should never be throwing all your eggs in a basket people (not saying that any of you are) but LVSG WILL run, so for the people that feel the need to sell, I just hope it doesnt run so much where ya kick yourself for not holding. Many of these plays like LVSG take some time to pan out after a HUGE run up BEFORE any news, it had to sell off and now retrace itself and come back to us. The sellers are all but gone and with any pressure the PPS goes up and goes up fast. So, again I myself and holding for the next run, whether is starts at .04 tomorrow or .03 or .025, either way its COMING so load the boat on dips and HOLD the shares so the MM cant dick us around any longer. just look at the PRs that have come out as of late, all aquisition talks, when they finalize these, this stock is going to soar. People are affraid of this and that in the past, but people thats the PAST this is a "Present" at this price and the CEO is under new watch. Ok thats it for me tonight lol...Friday i will put a big smile on my face one way other the other as i feel the pay off is coming very very soon.

I totally agree with "not throwing all your eggs in one basket".LVSG is currently around 20% of my total holdings which is still a little more than what i would usaully put on a penny stock.From reading most of the post's on this thread it seems to me that most everyone is playing it safe with how much they are putting on this stock.
