Well I do think O/S and A/S do mean something in the long term and how high this pps can go. But, I agree it has no or not much effect in the short. As I stated earlier. We should have predicted an increase. We need money to run a business. To that end we needed it or our investment would be worthless if we never go on air. Sale shares, make money, go national, and make us money.

We should look at "not getting off pinks" as an advantage. Someone with more knowledge of big exchanges can express the negatives of it.
I know 1 negative is that a Big Exchange stock going up 100% in 1 day are very slim!

I'm still concerned about the ownership. Just because frank says "you do" doesn't make it so. Was he looking at Rene' when he said "you do". I think the pps tomorrow will tell the tale. If we don't get a kickstart from the CC - somethings up.

Sunny, Tip, everyone , good evening. The cc could have gone better, but it definitely could have gone worse. I personally don't think it was something that will move the pps, in fact I think the pps may fall to around .0028....IMHO...but it will/should definitely recover and rise as carriers, etc. are announced. Tried to buy 783,334 (to put me at 2 1/2 million) at .0032 but never filled. I'm hoping, for my sake and several of you, that it falls a bit so we can buy more before the steady rise. And I apologize in advance, but I don't want the pps rise in '06, '07, or '09...I want it in '04/ early '05. Just keeping it real. Terry

Wasn't saying anything technical in that. Just that previous posters said they wanted it to go down so they could buy more. So I was saying they can have that as long as we are green at close. No forecast just playing alone.

Sam, I edited just before you posted..it was TQN that had TTCS. So where's Lil been hiding lately? Just a quick post here and there... did a search on Lil to find out about her CD and there were 1,737,130 entries under the name Lil. I'm WAY too old to do that much research..LOL! While I've been lurking (spending way too much time on this!) since Jan. when I bought QBID, I just recently signed up as a member.
Bought at 0.0044 and sold a good portion in the high 0.01. All I've got now are free shares so I'm not too worried about this investment. I'm just holding for that day when it blasts off . . . sure as he11 not gonna wait til 2009 though. I still think it's strange that it's trading at these levels even after a successful--albeit delayed--launch.

Hi all, Sorry I was not able to hear the CC. I had the closing on my new house tonight. From 3:30 Till about 7pm. Why do these things take so.....long. Anyway, got a six pack and a pizza and partied with the hubby in my new house, just got back.
I do pretty much like what I have read. I wish I could have heard it for myself but, you all did a wonderful job posting as it went on. I do like how the volume picked up in late trading. Good big buys going through. Will open Green I'm sure. Would love to see a green close and some News.....Not sure if the CC will keep us green without some rock solid news for long.

How many of us on this board actually got to ask a question? I for one listened to the live cc. I liked the way Renee spoke. He seemed to have a clear and positive outlook. I do have a question that can hopefuly be cleared up. If the company is purchased, what happens to our stock? Is that good or bad to have some one buy the network? I do think the cc was positive.
I also think the repremand at the begining was called for. As the director of the company, Frank simply tried to have all actors(the shareholders) allow him to be in control of the movie. If there are those that don't like the script, or have another part in another movie, sell and see ya. I like my part. No lines and ride to the big screen. I know that example sucked, but it's really late and I am tired.
We need to be informative, not negitive. We need to use this board to help the so very few that have actually found this company so early in its launch. I always read and rarely post. I just want to go to Vegas So Bad. We are investers in a launched Network. Frank and company showed they are not close to satisfied with that huge acomplishment. This makes me believe that we will be pretty large.

It depends on your opinion. If they buy soon, then we would be getting screwed over because they could probably get it for cheap. However, if nobody buys it and we do in fact become worth 5 billion, then that would be better. If somebody buys us later along the lines it might be good in case the future is not quite as bright as predicted. It depends on a lot of things really.
Correct me if I am wrong, but since Frank owns 53% of the shares he basically decides whether we sell. What would happen is whoever is buying would present a tender offer...which is a fixed price they will pay per share. Then you sell them your shares, and once they have over 50% they own it.
If Frank sells his shares the takeover company owns QBID. So, if you did not accept the tender offer, you will more than likely get scewed over because the company would more than likely do a large reverse split. IMHO
