Frank took the last call and was asked about the 6billion restricted shares...it is not included in the float...9.5billion shares in the market....this was the last question of the CC.

Live shows begin on November 15th but already has taped shows on the air. Frank says we're a real network now! That item is no longer in question. Rather be second! Leaves the door open for a buy-out! The question was asked about O/S. Frank says there is 9.5 in the Float! Recent restricted shares will not hit the market were used to buy into the gay games. 9.5 billion in float - 6 billion are institutional and 50 of available live programing starts nov 15th and stays unscrambled untill Dec 1st Frank was asked about subscribers, Renie says we're still unscrambled so he ducks the question but he say after three months we should have 40,000 because that's 10% of RCN & that's how many have called asking for a sub. 5 BILLION IN 5 YEARS!!!!! Frank says we anticipate being worth 5 billion in 5 years through comparison of othe networks. He points out that BET never made a dime & sold for 3 billion. Renie says that they're 60% finished with buying back 1 billion shares. The float is 9.5 Billion and A/S 50 Billion...6 billion restricted shares not to hit the market...used for contracts, programming etc.....I'm listening to the CC. 2% equals a billion shares Where do you see our pps going. Frank says he wants a steady climb & not spikes. Share price will rise with improvements in revenue. What moves will they make to get off pinks. It is unlikely to happen soon! Forcasted revenue? First bills to go out december 10th. Have already received money from advertisers. Frank says we're in three of the top 10 areas of the company! Any satilites picking us up? Renei says we're in very heavy negotiations with many of the players, ALL THE BIG ONES! Responses from these people are EXTREEMLY POSITIVE! My oppinion,,, They have carriers lined up that will offer when they're ready! Yes we have advertisers! Renei points out that they (advertisers) want to get into this last untapped demographic. Oppinion,,, No schitt!!! That $600,000,000,000.00!!!!!!!!!! Frank says he owns 53% of O/S and commented he can't do anything with them....also said "absolutely not!" about the Reverse split. Going to be in all the gay hotels across the country! Look for interactive. Q Cafe. QBID is a subsidary of TMM. "Who owns TMM? He said "You do". his words where that 9.5 was the outstanding. the restricted shares dont count in tthe os untill they are unrestricted. 500,000 operating budget a month. I took that to be included with the part about getting off the pinks - which at this point "we" would not be able to do a successful edgar audit if i heard that correctly so for the time being we will remain on the pinks

they did ask about reporting, rene said the shell they bought to put Q in wasn't as clean as they were told so it will be a while. frank had said a few weeks ago 6 months to 1 yr. frank said the float was 9.5 and that he owned 53% 2% 0f 9.5 billion is 1.9 million I think rene misspoke saying 1 billion in the buyback that would be almost 10%

I've got to agree with Whiz. I been with QBID since last July. The seeds are planted. The climate is right for growth. I'll just wait and pick the fruit. No worries.

Not to knock this "Wonderful" CC. (cough, cough...!!)
But being i own a few million shares of this stock , like many of the rest on this board . I for one would like to know who and where are all these big name advertisers that they keep spouting off about.
Personally this seemed to be nothing but a fluff job by frank and his merry gang of cohorts once again. Nothing new was brought up... nothing new was revealed .... NOTHING NEW WAS SPOKEN....!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Same old babble from frank... always this is lined up... this is scheduled.. this is this .. this is that... I say it's about friggin time to be a little more revealing about factual data of who the advertisers are.. who the backers are and just how in the heck are they going to make money to compensate for all the shares that are on the market etc etc etc.....
It just seems that they keep feeding the same stuf over and over so that it will satisfy the shareholders enough for them to sink more $$$ into the company... but just remember Nov. 4th is around the corner... just a few days... and not a single leading name or company has came forward to claim they are in ranks with QBID .
So I say to you..... the owners of QBID... for whats it's worth.. when will we say enough is enough and demand some good information that is actually worth listening to.
anyway.. off to drink some wine.. maybe i can get as drunk and merry as frank and try to babble some more...

Well I think there was some things I didn't like but overall it was good. I didn't like the way he put down shares holders and really don't think he answered O/S. He repeated float over and over but float is not O/S and if he owns 53% of O/s it could mean the O/S is over 19 billion. Who knows he didn't answer that and it will make for some very interesting rumors. He did put to rest the wh o owns what. He gave a good outlook besides not coming off pinks soon but I had said that before.
My point, wheather you like Kerry or Bush, the debates went to Kerry. But before anyone could get to pat themselves on the back, they turned it around using little mistakes to make it look bad for the one who won.
Thats what will happen here, the basher will take the things that weren't answered and turn this into a bad cc wheather it was or not.
