The Red Sox just beat the Yankees in historic fashion (1st team EVER to come back from a 3 games to zero deficit) to make it to the World Series....what next ?..."Q" at $1.00 ?...its either a beginning of the apocalypse or one step closer to nirvana !

I'll toast to the Red Sox winning, or more importantly, the Yankees losing!

Go SOX. Damon kicked it up a notch, don'tcha think? Sweet....I still don't understand pulling Lowe, had no problems, shut down almost everyone he faced. That could have been fatal, but Martinez(whose your daddy...no, wait, New York_ whose yu' mama?), stepped up his fastball and survived aside from giving up 2 runs. Just glad to see the final out.
Yo Rod, Lil, etc., you chat all evening during the game and crash as soon as it's over? I gave you credit for being contenders...but now maybe only in the flyweight division...LOL

I agree totally about pulling Lowe. What the hell was Francona thinking? I started a thread over on the non stock off topic board about baseball if anyone is interested. Its been going for about a month now. We even have Bob Frey over there defending his Cards.

kb, I guess I need to look up that off topic thread as 1/2 of my post could fall into that category! But over half the "off-topic" conversations were to help ease the pain when out stock dipped to .0025. That might happen again, but this time I WILL buy more.
Take care kb.
P.S. That time you mentioned SIRI on this thread and I replied why don't you start a SIRI thread I was being serious, not smarta$$. I kept looking for a couple of days but you never posted it. When Howard announced, it was too late when I heard.

So are mine. I go off topic all the time, and I agree, sometimes it helps to ease the tension of what is going on with the market. I started the baseball thread to ease all the political tension over on that part of Allstocks, although one of my degrees is in political science, and because besides the stock market, my other passion is baseball. I am a baseball nut. Don't get me wrong, I am not against going off topic at all, I just thought I would point it out.

I should have started that thread, but I didn't think he would announce it so soon. I thought it would be at least another year. I actually picked up some shares when I brought that up, but not as many as I would have if I had known. I actually dumped them the next day after he announced that, and then SIRI announced they were dilluting, and it went back down. Futuresobjective did start a thread over on the free for all board shortly after that happened.

I haven't been doing pennies that long. I can't believe the number of S-8's I've already seen! Two already with IDGN! Not to mention OHNA's 1:500 reverse split! This is a dangerous, shark infested lagoon we languish in.
Terry
P.S. Bob's Cards lucked out today. It's a good thing they have homefield advantage. Well, good for them_ I'm from Texas! Bob, please understand, I'm a 193 years old, how many more play-offs do you think I'll get to watch!!!!!

I've posted it before, but the best way to make money on the pennies is to daytrade them. Get in and get out the same day, within minutes sometimes. These stocks are in the pennies for a reason. You have to make the momentum plays when it comes to these type of companies. You can invest in the best looking penny stock ever and hold it after closing, only to see a PR about a R/S after hours and get killed in the morning. Every time I lose money it is because I break my own rule about investing in pennies instead of trading them.

I am not bashing Q or saying it is an exception, but there are rare exceptions in penny land. That is just my wisdom learned the hard way.

k, I agree and am learning. Last week I did well bouncing in-n-out of ITCV...then I got greedy and went in a 4th time ...my order partially filled..wait..wait...then finally filled. By that time the play was over and I was left holding the bag. I've averaged down once, may have to one more time, but I will still come out with more profits. I bought IBZT(SHUDDER!!!) and QBID when I was a total newbie to pennies.
I am learning, but sometimes it's an expensive school! Aside from the 2 I mentioned, I do NOTHING for the long term now(I'm just so down in IBZT it's not worth selling, unless you factor in if I used what little value was left I could start re-investing in other stock).

Your IBZT is my MLON. I am in the same boat with that one. I am down so much that it does not make much sense to sell right now. I broke my own rule and got burned. I hope you can recoup. Good luck.

If it doesn't count then its possible the peak could be tomm or Friday.

Either way. If we close above .0040 it would be that 2nd point. If we do not close above .0038 then look for another good buy opportunity coming.

Goodmorning. Something already pissed me off this morning. Someone posted a website change happened and I couldn't figure out what it was.

Ok, this is what I mean from the other day:

When they add something to the website, how the hell is someone supposed to know without clicking "next page" 20 times???!!! That is ridiculas! I know I'm beating a dead horse but that is something that should quickly be changed!

Nobody wants to go to a website and keep clicking "next page" to see if there is any updates! !!

Just put the information on one page with links to open a page about that link.

NOT HARD! I hope they hear us!

I checked the site. I think they (who ever) was probably referring to the advertisers being back on the site. I dunno' though. Just a guess.

PER FRANK OLSEN:

IN 2001 IT COST $7-MILLION DOLLARS TO GET TO THAT POINT.

IN 2004, 5-YEARS FINANCING TO SECURE 5-YEARS OF BROADCAST.

IN 2004, $2-MILLION DOLLAR LOAN TO SECURE 1ST YEAR BROADCAST.

IF 1ST YEAR BROADCAST IS $2-MILLION THAN 5-YEARS IS $2-MIL TIMES 5 WHICH EQUALS $12-MILLION DOLLARS.

ADD $7-MILLION TO THE $12-MILLION AND YOU HAVE $19-MILLION DOLLARS.

SO FRANK OLSEN HAS $19-MILLION DOLLARS FOR A STATION THAT HAS BARELY GOTTEN OFF THE GROUND. NINETEEN-MILLION DOLLARS.

FURTHER, RCN HAS 400,000 SUBS AT BEST. 3% OF THE POPULATION IS GAY AND 1% OR LESS OF THE 3% WILL ORDER QBID.

TOTAL RCN SUBS: 4,000

NOW AGAIN ADD IN THE $370,000/MONTH PROGRAMMING, $200,000 FOR NEW SHOWS, $33,000 EXPENSES AND $50,000 HERE AND THERE TO BUY A NEW HUMMER AS NEEDED FOR FRANKS ENJOYMENT. HEY, ELVIS BOUGHT HIS FRIENDS CADILLAC'S; RIGHT.... THEN FRANK ISSUES ANOTHER 6-BILLION SHARES ON TOP OF 50-BILLION MORE "JUST IN CASE" GIVING US 72-BILLION SHARES. UM FOLKS, I GUESS THAT $19-MILLION DOLLARS IS JUST GONE WITH THE WIND AND WILL NEVER BE RECOVERED SINCE FRANK IS SUCH A NICE GUY.

FRANK TELLS US THAT THERE IS 35-MILLION GAY'S WITH 500-BILLION DOLLARS TO SPEND. ALL THOSE OTHER STATS, YADDA YADDA YADDA.

FRANK ALSO TOLD US HE HIRED A ACCOUNTING FIRM BACK IN 2000 TO UPGRADE THE STOCK. FRANK ALSO TOLD US BACK IN FEB HE HIRED A ACCOUNTING FIRM TO DO A CERTIFIED SHARE COUNT. FRANK ALSO TOLD US HE IS CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF UPGRADING THE STOCK AND WILL BE DONE IN 6-MONTHS. FRANK ALSO TOLD US THAT A "MAJOR ADVERTISING" CAMPAIGN STARTED JUNE, 21. HE ALSO TOLD US ABOUT NETWORK TELEPORTS AND HOW GREAT THEY WERE. THEN FIRESTONE AND HOW GREAT THEY WERE. THEN DAVENEY WAS GREAT. TOLD US ABOUT "HEY, NEXT WEEK, GREAT NEWS STAY TUNED" AND "Q IS DEFINITELY ON THE MOVE." FRANK TOLD US HOW MANY HOTLINE MESSAGES ABOUT WHAT'S TO COME WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. FRANK TOLD US ABOUT Q-MOBILES THAT WILL BE ABLE TO "FIND THE NEWS" ON-SITE. FRANK TOLD US THAT HE HAS RENTAL STATIONS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY THEN CHANGES AND FRANK TOLD US HE HAS THIS GREAT BUILDING 60-FEET TALL FOR A STUDIO SO WE DON'T HAVE TO RENT SPACE AROUND THE COUNTRY BUT THEN CHANGES HIS TUNE AGAIN AND SAYS WE HAVE STUDIO SPACE AROUND THE COUNTRY. FRANK TELLS US HE HAS HANDLED 50,000 INQUIRIES AND 100,000 HOTLINE MESSAGES WHICH WAS

FRANK SAYS LOTS OF THINGS <BURP>

THANKS LIL--I AM ALREADY SKITTLED UP THIS A.M.. READY TO ROCK AND ROLL.

GOOD MORNING ALL,

HERE IS MY TAKE ON THE PPS. IN MAY OF 2004 IT WAS ANNOUNCED BY FRANK THAT HE HAD AQUIRED 5 MIL OR 5 YEARS OF FINANCING. I TOOK THAT AS 1 MIL A YEAR FOR RUNNING THE OFFICE AND STAFF ETC. ENOUGH TO KEEP THE DOORS OPEN. AT THE SAME TIME(JUNE 14,2004)STEVE SEGER COMES ON BOARD (HEDGE FUND WIZ).
HENCE COMES OUT 2 BILLION RESTRICTED SHARES. IMHO FRANK SOLD THE 2 BILLION SHARES IN A HEDGE FUND NEGOCIATION. THE PRICE PER SHARE WOULD EQUAL TO 2 BILLION DIVIDED BY 5 MIL = XXXXX. NOW IF THIS THEORY IS TRUE THEN THE HEDGE FUNDERS ARE IN POSSESSION OF 2 BILLION RESTRICTED SHARES. THEY ARE PROBABLY RESTRICTED IN INCREMENTS OF 3-6-9-12 MONTHS. THIS IS JUST IMHO. TO MAXIMIZE THE EARNINGS ON THIER DIRT CHEAP STOCKS THE HEDGE FUNDERS WILL ONLY LET THIS STOCK RUN UP WHEN THEY CAN SELL IT. I THINK THEY GOT THEIR 5 MILLION INVESTMENT BACK IN THREE MONTHS. GIVING THEM PLENTY OF STOCKS TO MANIPULATE THE PPS. THEY OF COURSE WANT TO MAXIMIZE THEIR PROFITS. IF THIS THEORY IS CORRECT I BELEIVE THEY WANT THE STOCK TO GO UP GRADUALLY AND NOT GET AHEAD OF ITSELF. GET ALL THE DUCKS IN A ROW. RCN OUT OF BANKRUPCY IS KEY. QBID IN REPORTING STATUS. MOVING FROM A PINK IS ESSENTIAL. ALSO BUY BACK REMOVING STOCKS FROM THE FLOAT. ROLL OUT COMPLETE. CUSTOMER BASE IN FULL SWING. IT IS ALL JUST A PROCESS. I FEEL THAT THEY ARE WORKING HAND IN HAND WITH FRANK TO ACCOMPLISH THESE FEATS. WHY??? NO ONE MAN CAN DO IT ALL!! IMHO. TO MUCH HAS HAPPENED AND BEEN ACCOMPLISHED FOR 2 OR 5 PEOPLE TO HANDLE. THIS A COMPLETE GROUP EFFORT THAT TAKES MANY HEADS AND MANY COLLABORATING RESOURES. LOTS OF BARTERING AND LOTS OF CALCULATED TIMING WOULD BE INVOLVED. THE POTENTIAL IS PRICELESS AND I WOULD IMAGINE IT IS FAIRLY EASY TO GET PEOPLE ON BOARD. JMHO

NOW THIS IS JUST MY THEORY. I HAVE NO PROOF JUST MY OPINION. COMMON SENSE. I ALSO BELIEVE THERE IS AN EXTREME AMOUNT OF PRIVATE BACKING INVOLVED. THERE ARE LOTS OF PEOPLE THAT ARE INVOLVED THAT DO NOT WANT THEIR NAME OUT THERE. THIS IS ALSO JMHO. I THINK THIS BECAUSE IT TAKES MILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO MAKE ALL OF THIS HAPPEN. IT WILL HAPPEN.

WELL THAT IS MY THOUGHT FOR THE DAY!! GOOD LUCK TO US ALL. LETS SEE GREEN!!

I know you guys like to post these off topic pics, but there are specific threads for these. It gets a little tedious reading thru all your mundane chatter just to find informative posts on Q.

I agree...let's keep these threads clean with info about Q only. If you are lonely and need to chat , call a plumber or a carpet layer!! I don't have much time when I'm here and reading through all these personal and off topic comments takes too much time. CLEAN IT UP!!!
