So many topics have been addressed today.

The idea of a list of questions for the CC is very interesting.

For me, until I actually hear Frank's discussion during the CC, I'm not sure what I would ask.

Within his 30 minutes, he could easily give a comprehensive summary of accomplishments and future plans. In that situation, there would not be a great need for many questions.

QTN has a PR firm that can advise Frank on how to best conduct the conference.

Anything that has or has not happened in the past cannot be changed. My main interest is in the future of QTN.

Bashers don't bash bad stock.

The reason is the don't need to. But I don't know about paid bashers or not but to say there is no paid bashers out there, then thats wrong. Doesn't matter if they're paid or not, they should get the same response though and thats don't give them the time of day.

it is public information that you can see on the website she posted.

there is also a picture of Frank and Rene sitting in front of their transmitting equipment floating around somewhere. anyone in the know of Radio and Television broadcasting could look at the photo and tell you what they have there. It didn't look to impressive to me.

I find it interesting to listen to MSgulfport.

the fact that they are sending the signal to Firestone, and having them upgrade the signal doesn't sound like it should be a problem. it is probably a cheaper solution then to go and invest a pile of money into different equipment to do what they need to do. They would pay Firestone to do the conversion and they have the capabilities to send it back up for transmission on a different satellite. after all that is what Any of the DBS satellites do they receive the programming from many different satellites, combine them into another upstream that then feeds it back down to their customers.

chances are the equipment is a bit dated as the probably bought it used 5 years ago when they first intended to broadcast, and kept it in mothballs so to speak until now. Not really knowing that it was outdated they made their plans to use this equipment. I know that the industry has changed a lot in the last 5 years, just look at all the HDTV and igher resolution cable boxes that have come out in the last several years.

that does not seem to far fetched for me to believe. and would not surprise me that this has been a big part of the delay.

You have specific knowledge and skills that most of us do not have.

RCN replied to inquiries that the network would be available. I think that there was a lot of confusion somewhere along the line.

I have spoken with other "television technical" people. They say that the industry is in a "mess".

They also say that it is going to get worse before it gets better. Oh, and that the big increase in new networks--already some analog and some digital is making it--complicated or something close to that--sorry I can remember the rest. You probably know what they are talking about.

However, I'm not ready to accuse anyone of anything, yet. That could also be dangerous.

Having worked for many years in an environment where the answer to a question depended entirely upon whichever person answered it, I have experienced such frustration and did not like it either.

What I'm trying to say is that often I received misinformation based on another's misinformation--none of it intentional--just a big organization.

Hopefully, all of your questions and concerns will be addressed on the 28th.

Well, I don't feel accused, just setting the record straight of the discussion we had on the board last week. As share holder I am more or less concerned about the truthfulness of QTN. With recent PR's involving QTN with broadcast rights on the Gay Olympics, the stock should have gone up and NOT down. I have become skeptical about QTN's honesty! Besides working at a teleport I am also an investor and concerned how my money is handled by a public company.

Ok, I will need everyone’s help here because I will not have time to do this. Frank and Rene have asked me to ask shareholders(myself as well) why we see things different and fill as if we are in the dark. They asked me to pull up all the PR’s in the last year and find out what issues we have with the company. For example, The April PR, announcing buyback with an O/S 7.5, then the dramatic increase. The website, etc. If people can start from the jan 1st, untill now with issues, things can be addressed.

RE conference call. Frank and Rene will speak for 30 minutes and open the floor to about 30 minutes of questions.

I was asked if we wanted Rene speaking on the company’s behalf. I think that this should be petition and a list given so that we talk with Rene vs Frank.

No other issues are known at this time. However, since RCN San Francisco is unable to receive MPEG2 audio & video, one might think that other RCN sites have the same problem. If memory serves right, RCN is in Chapter 11 and might not have the funds to upgrade their systems.

On another note, leasing fiber lines for video is not cheap. The monthly cost from Ft. Worth to San Francisco must be horendus. If they have to do this to every RCN site it will take a big dip in their budget.

mcflow...I have no problem whatever with the CC. I have a problem with what demuse posted the CC will be . If it's a rehash it will be perceived as BS, you have to know that's corect. The PPS will be pounded, no doubt about it. I've talked face to face with Frank twice and over the phone a few times. I've met office and field employees for Q and felt strongly of Q's viability. If Frank holds a CC of things of promise, not concrete, QBID will be pumbled and will not recover soon. That is not what I expect from my dealings with the personel at Q, demuse post suggest a collapse of the PPS, that will happen with the agenda he proposes, have no dought. I was told by desert cities time warner that QTN would be available here in Jan., that was confirmed by someone else from this board. I'm greatly under the impression that great things are close for QBID. If the CC is a rehash of what we already know NOW, as suggested by demuse, we are in trouble. That is not what I expect, I hope demuse is wrong.

I'll say it one more time......these questions will have no influence on the CC. They want to how we feel so that things will be changed. for example. new sections on the website: Investor relations info......like is TMM and Q the same thing, O/S and A/S...companu exc and their bios. I'm no longer going to talk abou this. The CC is about are future...goodnight and goodluck.. if you want to sell, fine by me i'm looking to buy another 25million.

ITS THE MARKET. If it wasn't then why are all those others stocks I mentioned down at the same percentage. Blaming pps on anything else is like saying to a hotel owner in florida the huricanes is not why your sales are down its your late putting out your breakfast. When all other hotels sales are down in Florida.

Just out of curiosity, who is this dmuse guy and why does it matter what he thinks? I've seen his name pop up all over the place but don't know anything about the person other than he make lots of claims of having some sort of inside track to Frank Olsen. If the company has information to share, why are they filtering it through this random internet character? Why not release a PR or put some update on the website? Why is everyone so quick to accuse people of being paid bashers, but when people like dmuse and that marco guy make a series of bold claims and "I have great news but can't tell you" statements, no one wonders if they're a paid pumper (which Frank has been known to use in the past)..?
