I think it is accurate. I see 2,000,000 shares volume...with the last trade at 11:33. Either no one is interested or no one is willing to buy at .0002.

Qant has exhibited consistent level of support at .0002 recently , see if .0003 is out of the question , but the volume is way low , sometimes that's when a breakout may occur out of nowhere . I doubt it , but it's showing the slightest sign of life , so slight it may be imperceptible to the average bloke . Now i doubt it , but stranger things have happened .

I think it's negative .0001 now . I bought in cheap like a bunch of other " dreamers " so i'm still waiting for the day that it moves past .0002 . Look on the bright side , at least they aren't under Sec investigation , i'm still holding out hope .

Is this where Qant starts moving? It looks like over 200 million shares were purchased around 12pm. Could this be true? Thats a good $20-25,000 invested.

Quantech Electronics Launches Voice Reach with Cencion Communications Thursday March 10, 9:56 am ET

The Voice Reach Platform, designed specifically for this project, can make outbound calls to a database of telephone numbers where an automated message will be played to the receiver. The Platform will be deployed by Cencion's clients who will use the system to send automated outbound calls to their target audience. For example, the system can be used by Insurance Companies who can call their existing client base with the automated message reminding them to renew their insurance policies. The message will allow the client to respond by simply pressing one and they will automatically be directed to an operator.
The Voice Reach Platform comprises of the DimiTel DimiSwitch with a 32 E1 capacity. The system allows the creation of call sessions with more than 1,000 concurrent calls and will allow the capability of predefined marketing and customer service campaigns. The system will also provide full VoIP functionality.

You should be able to get plenty at that price. There was some talk of management releasing some financial info about the company, but it has yet to be seen. If it is released and is positive the days of .0001 may be gone.
